@@apurba4578 it does because an R5 Sac Sword on XQ has a chance to refresh every rotation whereas a refine 1 takes 30 sec (longer than the 21 sec cooldown of his E) to proc.

this is why mihoyo should bring on/off constellationn feature to genshin,
whales can show case characters in any constellation the viewers want,
more videos about characters build etc.
we can make this kind of competition with limited constellation much easier to implement.
it's free publicity for mihoyo if they implement this feature

Yep it’s minimal investment for high reward on their part. Hell even if they did a few tournaments with prizes to kickstart this it wouldn’t even cost them that much, plus it’s endgame repeatable content that actually makes you leverage all these mechanics charecters weapons and other investments you normally don’t need for the main game.

18:20 reason why amber is banned cuz she can use elegy of the end bow and her c6 buffs her team. Also amber has access to noblesse oblige and instructor set. Her burst has a really fast pyro application even tho it only lasts for 2 seconds. Amber burst can even flat out beat childe hydro blades in terms of element application anyway. Imagine amber ayaka duo with benny and kazuha/sucrose. Really deadly team if I do say so myself lol.
Edit: One of the comments here says melt Chongyun burst with c6 elegy noblesse/instructor Amber is disgusting duo against bosses

Cant wait for NA players to do this, seems entertaining to me. But balancing is kinda hard, with the fact that everyone has different artifact rolls.
Don't count on it, NA is just drama, complaining, low effort memes and click bait, they won't do anything meaningful like this.
The easiest way to do it is to for the contestants to use only one hyper whale acc. so they'll have access to the same artifacts
Or mihiyo could give out accounts to borrow with the same artifacts stats and same weapon lvl characters etc
might be able to do it within keqing mains staff

@@yuntsuchen C0 is already good enough and you saying her investment level is high isn't correct, infact she is one of the most low investment characters in the game because Blizzard set is too good.
My C0 melt Ayaka can kill primovishap with one rotation using harbinger of dawn. Keep in mind that's a 3 star weapon and most dps, if not all, can't do what Ayaka does at C0 with a 3 star.

you can actually learn a lot of skills from how they play it. so many little tricks, and it's very eye opening on how they can make normally non-meta combo works by precise timing, positioning and rotation

This is SUCH an amazing concept, but idk how balanced it can be since artifact rng is so different for every account, I guess if it’s the same 2 accounts in the whole tournament then it’s fine
you can balance artifacts around substat rolls. For example, limiting crit substats to 25 overall rolls on a character and such.
they can re arrange the artifacts on the account, it's not a problem
the account has resin refreshes daily so it's not a problem
also I think they reviewed each account first before doing the pick/ban phase

Artifact rng is mean to both whales and f2p/low spenders, so i dont think it's THAT big of a deal

I think this is a very doable, cool, and interesting concept and might just be the end game content we needed.. For balancing issues, I think the EO could prepare a couple of whale acc to the contestant so both team get access to the same resources whether it's artifact roll or constellation

The joke was Serpent Spine at R5 is about as strong as R4 5* weapons so it's odd to not limit refinements on that weapon.
@@scorn9018 only as or slightly stronger as r2 5 star claymore(wgs and unforged in best scenario) which is quite strong enough, somebody did the math in reddit. there is no way a sub 100$ weapon is stronger than hundreds or thousand spent on r4 5 weapon (the whale is gonna complain that way)

I myself don't want PvP in this game, but this looks more like PvE v PvE, which is just PvE with extra restrictions and pressures. I like the League-style draft pick and ban system they added here. Keeps things fresh, especially since Mihoyo doesn't buff characters often.
Also maybe we can learn more from the players themselves and influence the meta too. Finding out hidden broken combos and builds that they found.

I was going for yoimiya (trash amber) so I could have pyro resonance with klee (yea I was newbie) and then I got ayaka at 28 pity. Was the the worst but actually the best moment of my life
