I was dumb forgot my login password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me.
@Isaac Cesar Instablaster =)
I really love your enthusiasm and it is contagious. Your love and respect for cooking is genuine. Such a young boy and mastering international cuisine. All my respects and you got one more follower for you and Red Star!
Thanks so much! :)
Good job, son! Love your energy and detailed explanations. Love the spices and condiments in the background. I’m a spice addict!🤗 that’s what my son tells me. Love also, the fact that you just get to the point. I wish you lots of success! Your parents should be proud!☺️
Hi Eitan, I’m a 15 year old who loves to cook and I absolutely love this recipe. I’ll be the naan and butter paneer tomorrow, just wondering how many people the naan will serve?
I subscribed chef! And only by seeing the precision and love you incorporate in your cooking!
You're really good at what you do Eitan! So nicely and elegantly you cook and explain. Your style of cooking makes me wanna see more of your content! Good job! Wish you the best! :)
Wow. This kid is amazing.
Great Job Chef Eitan ! This is the first time me watching your video. I love the way you are explaining the process and instructions on how to make it. I will try at home for sure. Thanks!!
Thanks so much! :)
Fantastic technique and polished presentation. Loved the shout out. New subbie.
it looks delicious hun! 🤗❤️
Eitan, amazing! You rock. Thank you. Love your explanation of the dough prep particularly the yoghurt comment. Love your style. Clearly contagious. Get a tandoor and redo this video please. I just bought one. The first try was amazing but I did not remember the recipe. I screwed up the second try. I think you should replace the oil with Ghee at the last stage of prep. The Ghee allows you to work the dough more easily IMO and adds flavor. And drop one tbsp of sugar. In the tandoor you literally dab your finger tips in water and lightly poke the dough with your finger tips before placing in tandoor. It's amazing how your mastered this amazingly complex yet simple technique of baking bread. And you do not need two packets of the sponsor made yeast. I think one should suffice for this quantity of dough. Keep it real and thanks.
Dont make him by a tandoor
Good idea i gotta try it out!
Great work! I'm doing a Tex Mex place in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. I make my own tortillas but gonna try your Naan recipe for Taco Tortillas! Thanks Bro!
Here from Lilly's Vlog.. Loving your recipes. Will definitely try this 😊👍🏼

Not sure how old you are, but you look like you are about 12 years old. :)
This video is amazing. God bless you and I so cannot wait to make this bread. :)
Also, I grew up on Red star yeast. Best there is out there.
Hi Eitan , I love this’s bread but don’t know how to make n now i would love say thank you to u teach people can do it 👍
Can I use pan iron cast ? Thankyou very much & all the best to u 💐🍀
Hey! loving your videos. Keep it up 🤘🏼 I'm from India and we make naan even day and it goes really well with any masala curry 😋 and you can also use baking soda as a raising agent instead of yeast.😊
Hey! Thanks! I am so happy you like them! That's so cool! I prefer to use yeast when making naan because it gives it a really great flavor. You should try it once! Let me know what you think! :)
@@eitan No Yeast has a nasty flavor. Try using sour dough starter and then your talking.
good job
What could you substitute the yogurt with to make it non-dairy?
You are great. Baljit
The yeast is perfect. The flour is perfect. The water is perfect. The dough is perfect. The garlic is perfect. The pan is perfect. The burnt bits are perfect. The taste is perfect. The perfect is perfect.
HI Eitan. What's the name of that pan? I live in Brazil and I wanna try to find it. Amazing recipes. Thanks for sharing. 🙏🏼
Fernando Marcos Martins hi! The pan is called a Tawa but you can use any pan that doesn’t have a non-stick coating!
@@eitan thank you for responding to Fernando. I'm also trying to find a quality tawa. Can you tell us the manufacturer of the tawa pan you use?
@@schlyker I got it at a random Indian shop one time but you can look on amazon!
Really fantastic recipe, thanks! I love easy naan pizza (goat cheese, fresh tomatoes, some peppers, what have you) and cant wait to try it with fresh naan
That sounds delicious!
Hola , chef me gustaria mucho que dieras los ingredientes en gramos saludos des españa
Holy mother of cow how much yeast did you use 😂
Good Job Chef Eitan Bernath ! Loved watching your vid. Please put the prepared naan in a plate rather than on the counter where you had rolled the naan, as raw yeast on the counter can make you sick. Wish you great success and good luck !
That would be so delicious with butter chicken and just dive in with a piece of that delicious garlic naan bread.
yesssss
You just described my favorite Indian dish
Came from Lilly's Channel and I am definitely not disappointed!
Cool recipe. What can I use instead of yogurt to make it pareve?
Hi! Thanks so much! You can try to use thick coconut milk or parve coconut yogurt. Let me know how that works!
I will try this tomorrow...been surfing the net for a healthy biscuit and nan,,,since i’m on diet.
bon appetite needs to have you on!!! one of their chefs is like your older brother!!! should do a video together!
That would be so fun!
I love the idea that all you recepies are kosher
do u eat naan without paneer curry pls say you do
I smiled all the time and said, finally i have find a easy but good recipe for naan..... but that smile disappeared when i saw that you need a gas stove. 🤦♀️💔😭
Where did you buy that flat pan?
I got it at a local Indian shop but you can find it on Amazon. It's called a Tawa!
My family has been using Red Star yeast for probably around 100 years (or more).
so cool!
You are a very good cooking show host..like pro..i hope you can make a lot of recipe video especially israeli food..bec i have limited knowledge about your food like hummus, baba ganoush only.
Thanks so much! I'll decidedly do more!
Great video, u fortunately we don't have star yeast here in my country. I have looked into your website, it doesn't say how much it is either. If you could put it as in mg that would be awesome. Oh and please speak slower, as English is my second language it is a bit hard to follow what you are saying. Thanks.
eitan do you have hairy knuckles? thats my main problem when kneading by hand
A stand mixer works really well worth he dough attachment. Also start the process by using a silicon spatula to mix in. A bigger bowl also for room to move. I have hairy knuckles myself lol I do naan, rotti and scallion pancakes. I bought an extremely large stainless bowl that works so well for these types of foods
Cool Ad bro.
Thanks bro good shit hey whose your RWC team Japan ,if you have one? ya prolly a football man tho...
Wheres the recipe? How much flour do i need? How many naan does it make?
If I cut the recipe in half do I still let the dough rest for an hour? Thanks
Nicole Cayting hi! Yes you still need to let it rest an hour
Recipes for me
Where is the recipe
Recipes for teens? Just kidding . You are awesome
Legit ate some naan right after
haha
😋😋😋😋😋
Is it a crime that I think to use it as a pizza dough? 😂🤤🤤🤤
Son! You will probably be the next Gordon Ramsey! ☺️
You actually pronounced Naan correctly
(Cont.) to cook the top of the naan.Just turn the skillet over and fire away Until it’s chard to your satisfaction.
active dry yeast not good for health but its the best yeast and nothing is totally perfect must have a good side and bad side 🙂

Do I detect an advertisement for. Red star?
L L - read the description :)
non dairy option?
tehilara yogurt is optional. My Mother in Law is indian and she uses milk and is great. You can try with water only but misses lots of its original texture and taste.
@@jessicalibertadguzman6930 I will definitely try that!
Ok, so if bread is cooked on tawa/flat pan, it's roti or paratha(if stuffed)
If in Owen, then it's naan
He looks so cute...
CAN YOU SEND ME YOUR KITSCHEN🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Kermit makes the naan
Make a Bracha on the bread next time, don't forget to bentch
No measure ???
You are a very good cook Chef.. I like all your videos.. Only thing is you talk so fast , hehe..
Haha thanks!!
Idoit but it fill down on the cooker before finishing
I don’t have a tandoori, so is not going to come out the same
I don't either but this technique gets it really close to a tandoor!
If you have an electric stove, you can use a butane torch that you use for cream Brulé.
Kinda hard to do with an electric stove. Can I just use a regular fry pan and flip it over?
Great video thanks Eitan, I would suggest replace butter with olive oil to avoid cholesterol problems especially if we eat naan every week. Adding also some garlic on top of the daw before cooking is just delicious.
sorry to spoil the party. lot of these videos with turning upside down direct to the flame method - make the naan look good in video. But a truly great naan is crisp with dough cooked fully inside. Naan is flaky rather than doughy. I understand it is hard to have tandoor at home but the intensity of heat is hard to replicate at home.. maybe with pizza stone in the oven. Older folks might have digestion issue with above method.
Eitan, the difference between cilantro and coriander is not a USA thing, but a biological thing. Cilantro refers to leafy greens the plant, while coriander refers to the seeds of the same plant. Enjoyed your video.
Naah. We call them coriander leaves and seeds respectively. He was right ..cilantro is actually a Spanish word which got 'americanized' , it's not used in the east as far as I've seen. 😊
Nice try but you missed special ingredients, its yougurt and baking powder and some sugar . that's what makes naan supper soft .
taking too much sorry
Lol hes pretty aggressive
ummmm lol
he calls himself a chef he should give us the measurements for the ingredients first how are we to know how much to add
as always the link to the fully typed out recipe is in the description box! All my recipes are on EitanBernath.com
@@eitan thanks but wouldn't it be easier for the listener to include the measurements as you are making it then at the end of the video mention your site for written copy's when i am playing your videos on my laptop in my kitchen i listen as i work i do not read as i mix but that,s just me
Theo Henderson I would but with the amount of ingredients in a given recipe, I would for sure mess up saying the measurements often so it’s easier to just type it out. I will work on saying where you can find the recipe earlier in the video!
@@eitan thats cool thanks
You make some technical errors in almost all your recipes, especially this one. I have disliked and unsubbed, but I will suggest you infuse your dough with chaat masala, never use active dry yeast, remove yogurt as you never want to add sour notes, never use olive oil, and use a superheated oven source not stovetop. Leave desi food to desis.
Learn how to knead and use a clean bowl to rise your dough and stop calling yourself a chef
Living upto your name, are we ?
