I prepared for IELTS paper based but unfortunately 2 days back I got to know that this country (Kuwait ) does not provide paper based exams anymore. It was like a disaster for me,I cried all over the last night. Today early morning I found this video. OMG you made my day,not only day, but also my whole life.I supposed to go back to Sri Lanka and do the paper based test.It's costly and time wasting. But now Im fully confident to take the computer based test.Thank you sooooo much ❤❤❤

I was afraid of IELTS as naturally we're scared of all tests but I thought this was going to be way harder... I was wrong. I had only a week to prepare and got a band 7 overall. I just watched a few RUclips videos like this one, took practice tests on british council & IDP websites, and gave it a shot! Also, the result came out the next day (super fast!). I gave a computer-based exam on 17 August, 24. Plus I was sure my speaking didn't go well but guess what, my score's the highest in it! I think there's lenient marking. I gave it through British Council. Listening 7 Reading 6.5 Writing 6 Speaking 7 I must say listening was the easiest for me. One advice I'll give is to stick to paper-based if your typing's slow. I decided on computer one as I wanted the results early. Although my typing's way to slow, I managed somehow 😂

Just for viewers who are looking for feedback on Computer based IELTS , i just want to let them know it's really bad specially the Mumbai centre in wallstreet Kanakia andheri centre. They claim to be undisturbed environment but the exam room itself is so small and more than 20 people sit in room and the invigilator himself was with some hurried accent of which place i don't know. But it was pathetic. Some other colleague of his was creating distraction for students. They didn't give us feedback form and hurriedly asked us to vacate the room after the time was up. Plus the keyboard sound doesn't allow you to focus. Too bad experience because of all these disturbances i had to suffer for low score

If we need to drink some water or to catch a breath can we press "hide" button without informing to examiner since informing to them also consume few of sec? sound stupid but a burning question.
Sir, what if we couldn't write down the answers and audio for complete test is finished, can we use last 2 minutes given in the last after audio completion, to write down the answers which we had left earlier, or we can't navigate to that particular section.

Yes. You get a paper and a pencil. After the end of each section, they take away your paper and replace it with a new one.
