I prepared for IELTS paper based but unfortunately 2 days back I got to know that this country (Kuwait ) does not provide paper based exams anymore. It was like a disaster for me,I cried all over the last night. Today early morning I found this video. OMG you made my day,not only day, but also my whole life.I supposed to go back to Sri Lanka and do the paper based test. It's costly and time wasting. But now Im fully confident to take the computer based test.Thank you sooooo much ❤❤❤
Also I had this experience last night in my country does not paper based exam anymore (Sri Lanka) 😢I'm also completely depressed and can't figure out what to do I haven't any knowledge for computer based exam💔
You saved my life by perfectly explaining everything. Thanks to you, I no longer have to make assumptions about what the test would entail. I greatly appreciate it.
You are such a life saver and explained everything so perfectly. Now I don’t have to assume how the test might look like because of you. Thank you so much! 💙
God bless you for this piece of information. I really found it helpful.Initially i was afraid of the CBT but now am good to go by Gods special grace.Thank you
I really don't know how to attend the Computer-Based IELTS exam. The video explains how to attend Exam. Thank you for the information. Please upload more videos like this
I was afraid of IELTS as naturally we're scared of all tests but I thought this was going to be way harder... I was wrong. I had only a week to prepare and got a band 7 overall. I just watched a few RUclips videos like this one, took practice tests on british council & IDP websites, and gave it a shot! Also, the result came out the next day (super fast!). I gave a computer-based exam on 17 August, 24. Plus I was sure my speaking didn't go well but guess what, my score's the highest in it! I think there's lenient marking. I gave it through British Council. Listening 7.5 Reading 6.5 Writing 6 Speaking 7 I must say listening was the easiest for me. One advice I'll give is to stick to paper-based if your typing's slow. I decided on computer one as I wanted the results early. Although my typing's way to slow, I managed somehow 😂
Hi I have cbt ielts on 28th November. Iam also practicing on the British council my score is B2 upper intermediate so can I score good in ielts . I am good at listening but I suck at reading it's so hard.
You are a great teacher. Your channel has helped me a lot to clear my IELTS in first attempt. Lots of love, hug and prayers to you and your beautiful wife♥️
Thanks a million. May Almighty bless you. You really explained so perfectly that the all confusion has gone. Anyone is going to have comp-based Ielts would definitely do much better just because of u. ♥️
I have a question about the Writing section. Can we switch between Task 1 and Task 2 during the exam? For example, if I finish Task 1 or Task 2 first, can I go back later to make changes or add extra information to the one I wrote first, after finishing the other one?
Today, I came to know about the 15% off on computer based IELTS, and I just made up my mind that, being an IT guy, this computer based test is perfect. Whatever the doubts I had remaining has been cleared so far from your video. Thanks
Hello Sir, Thanks for posting this informative videos. Is the format still same for upcoming exams, especially the listening one or it has been modified in any way?
Very detailed and useful. Although I'm scared I wont use half the features because of the time pressure 😅 Which features do you suggest are highly recommended for someone giving computer based delivered tests ?
Thanks Sam. You put your best... Just for viewers who are looking for feedback on Computer based IELTS , i just want to let them know it's really bad specially the Mumbai centre in wallstreet Kanakia andheri centre. They claim to be undisturbed environment but the exam room itself is so small and more than 20 people sit in room and the invigilator himself was with some hurried accent of which place i don't know. But it was pathetic. Some other colleague of his was creating distraction for students. They didn't give us feedback form and hurriedly asked us to vacate the room after the time was up. Plus the keyboard sound doesn't allow you to focus. Too bad experience because of all these disturbances i had to suffer for low score
@@theretohelp8224 got it bro, Did you complain about it after test? Because mine is due this week at same venue and they are not even picking up the call. I checked on the IDP helpline number, but they said I can only provide feedback post the exam. Now I'm little bit scared 😂
@@Whatt_the_Fun exactly. And i also sent an email to them but they nicely say that they can't do anything after exam. And what they will do to our scores is what we get skeptical. But i would have still given the feedback but they never provided any feedback form and whole staff was really irritating. I wonder his English language when he was at speed of 100 per min words and we could barely hear what he literally said in exam room
Hey that's nice session, but one thing that you were supposed to inform is to book the speaking slot.. because the video is based on computer based to do tell us also about how is speaking arranged
Thank you so much for this detailed video. I have a question about the timing. If I finish section one and I still have got time, is the remained time going to be added in the next section?
Thanks for this. I have the test tomorrow and I wasn't aware of any of these features. One doubt I have is, when I go for a break, will the time shown in the timer be paused too?
If we need to drink some water or to catch a breath can we press "hide" button without informing to examiner since informing to them also consume few of sec? sound stupid but a burning question.
