In computer based listening test you are not allowed to navigate when the audio is being played but if you have doubt on any answer then you can check box on 'Review' for that question and later you can go back to that question to edit or write your answer.
Its upto you. You can write answer All letters Capital, all letters small or first letter capital and rest small. If you are good at grammar then you can write answer accordingly (not necessary). But spellings should be right. (Most Important)

The screen here is zoomed in for better view. You will able to see all questions in respective section at once and use TAB button or Mouse Click to move on to next question.

It will start automatically after each section's pause of half minute (30 seconds). Better utilize those 30 seconds in skimming through questions of next section.

You can ask the invigilator for paper and pen if they allow. But keep in mind that you will only have 2-3 minutes at the end to review your answers. So you will not be able to manage time in transfering answers to computer in 2-3 minutes.
If it's spoken in audio and is within allowed word limits then you can write them. But you can't change the words like 'foreign students' instead of 'international students'. Although the context is same but listening test requires the words to be exactly same as spoken in the audio.

You have to practice enough so that you don't make any typing mistake in the real exam. There is nothing to be confused about. You will have to type the answers for the tasks like: 1. Notes Completion 2. Summary Completion 3. Sentence Completion 4. Short Answers Questions 5. Form Completion 6. Table Completion For Multiple Choice Questions, you will be selecting the right answers by clicking from the given options. For Matching Task Questions, flow chart and diagram/plan/map labelling questions, you will be draging and droping the answers into the given spaces. Speaking Test will be face-to-face with IELTS Examiner. In writing test, you will have to write the answers in the box on screen. I hope it clears your confusion.

35 score means you can get about 8 bands in Listening test. Thats pretty good in IELTS Academic.

It's not compulsory. I wrote it to differentiate the time of the day. As it satisfies the allowed word limit so it's not considered wrong.

In section to you somehow like copied the name of counselor and put it in the answer box. How did you do it?
Copy paste is not allowed in computer based test. The speed of test is a little enhanced that maybe the reason or some glitch in the video.
