@@pinklovelyheart2007 Yes that the song they used back in 2009 for promoting the Barbie Fashionistas line. Mattel modified the lyrics of Aqua’s Barbie Girl to make it more fit for their Barbie line. It’s ironic that Mattel sued Aqua for copyright infringement. Then a decade passed, they used the Barbie Girl song for their product promotion.

The fact that the Fashionistas dolls lost their articulations in 2014 and onwards. The only good thing about the new Fashionistas are their diversity. The different facemolds, hair colors, and hair textures. But the line itself became so low quality and cheap looking. Not to mention the pixelated facepaints and the quality of the fabrics.

My main issue is that there’s literally a way of adding more diversity to dolls with out making them boring and basic they easily could have made more fashionable Barbie’s with different body types and skin tones they just decided to take the boring cheap route which I absolutely hate
