Awesome 👏 I have to replace an elbow on my pool system and it came right off it will be back in service in no time 👍
Excellent presentation...valuable video! No BS..
Yours is the only video that shows how to remove an outer fitting, which is what I need to do. I have a drain pipe coming in the wall in the kitchen. The old sink needed an elbow to move the drain over a bit and now I no longer need it, but there isn't enough of the original PVC to cut it off and attach a new pipe to it.
Peeling those ends out is easier when using a needle nose plier. One jaw can be inserted completely into the joint and then the pliers rotated...
Good stuff!
People are wanting to save the fitting not the pipe
Always good information. Do you run a handyman service in your local community?
Would the hole saw get hot enough by heating it with heat gun, or do I need to buy a torch?
Everyone has a video on removing and saving the coupling but what about saving the pipe?
Can you use a hairdryer instead of heat gun?
Use a solvent weld cement and it won’t ever come apart.
toothpaste works great
I cant imagine how bad the smell is a super heated pooh hole!🤮
