CBUM PREP BREAKFAST PANCAKES RECIPE - [653 kcal | 65 g protein] 1. 1 Whole egg in blender [2 for bulking/high days] 2. 250 grams of egg whites 3. 70 grams of oats [add more for higher carb day, lesser flat pancakes] 4. Sunfiber for digestion/fluffiness 5. 1 Scoop of GI (Revive) 6. 50 grams of Pumpkin (for moistness) 7. 1 1/4 scoop of Maple Waffle protein (or any other protein) 8. "Shit ton of cinnamon" (about 27 pats downwards) 9. Pinch or two of salt 10. 3 seconds of water (from a dispenser, approximately 1/2 cup of water - feel free to change here for consistency of pancakes, less water less flat, more water more volume) 11. I freeze my protein pancakes after making the batter. I have these big, square ice molds that allow me to get six portions out of two scoops of protein powder. Since the pancakes are frozen solid when they hit the pan, they can’t spread thin and instead become exactly like those Japanese pancakes if you cook them in low heat: crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. It’s far more delicious to me than thin pancakes, but I’m more thrilled about how much time they save by helping me make only one batter a week, though. (I think Chris mentioned liking flat pancakes, haha)

Man, I got some of your maple waffle protein. I made some waffles with it, because I am a waffle guy more than a pancakes guy. It is the best tasting protein I have ever had. Please make this a permanent flavor profile. Vitamin shop in OKC says it's a limited run.
