Yo I grew up like 5 blocks from Kalustyans (this store). I used to go there every other day with my dad to pick up spices for his restaurant. I remember when they were much smaller in like 2008-ish, and I’d always beg him to buy me the rock candy they had in glass tins. The giant blue restaurant at the start of that block is pretty legendary too.
