Kayla, all the steps you dissected in this video are 100% legit. This is the approach everyone should take when presenting visual identity work. Context is key. As long as you make sure you have enough relevant materials to show, that are in presteem quality, and, you support them with clear articulated arguments, then you are golden. The worst that can happen is for the client to love multiple visuals from different concepts. But, as long as you establish a proper blueprint to build on from the start, based on the initial research & discovery, then it's usually easy to combine assets to meet the client's needs. I'm so happy you enjoyed the video 🙌 Just like you say, you can end up with them liking different parts, but you can usually just have a conversation about how each design connects to their goals and they feel more confident in one. This is where it is so important to have a clear decision maker 😊 Thanks for watching!
