I am absolutely loving this range of icings. Since making one when you first shared, I don’t make anything else. And I get so many compliments about it. Best ever, thank you so much. Keep the varieties coming 🥰😋🥰
I agree with you! Why go to all trouble with the too-sweet, powdered sugar buttercream ever again? This is SO easy, flavors so easily, and is always rich, creamy, delicious, decadent, did I mention it's really good? And with some of the different ways to flavor with chocolate candy bars, it's a no-brainer!
Oooh that sounds interesting. I don't know how I missed this video. I've never seen strawberry fluff for sale but like you I have reg fluff and a strawberry Emulsion in my pantry. Can you please tell me how much of the Emulsion you added? The brand I have is LoriAnn's. I have several flavors. They're kinda strong. Just want to make sure I add just enough without over doing it. Thanks...
Your Frostings are amazing. I have been practicing my macarons and I have paired them with your frostings so many times. Since they are so easy to make I can make them last minute. That way when my shells are hollow or crack, I don’t feel like I wasted time making a filling. Haha! Your frosting are foolproof, my macarons on the other hand...😒
Surprisingly enough. I find that I like these frostings better because the sweetness is there but not so strong as when powdered sugar is used. I do like them for my macarons because the shells are so sweet on their own. Try a frosting with the condensed milk I think you will be pleasantly surprised. I love them!
I just made this condensed milk strawberry buttercream it turned out amazing its so light and fluffy not overly sweet just perfect . Thank you for sharing this recipe .

You can use fresh strawberries but the acidity may split the buttercream. It might be better to make a sauce/syrup and use 1/3 - 1/2 cup. You can find a strawberry one and raspberry one in this video that will work ruclips.net/video/_EZ9PDuNYeA/видео.html

I'm really liking your buttercream videos. Just a note about the recipes: You might want to add the metric volume measure for the tins of sweetened condensed milk in your recipes, as the difference between grams and ounces (weight), and fluid ounces and milliliters (volume) can be really confusing for those of us who live in countries where sweetened condensed milk is labeled according to milliliters. A standard can of sweetened condensed milk is 395g or 14 ounces by weight, or 10 fluid oz or 300ml by volume. 🧁
