I am the proud owner of a 2019 GT1 in ceramic silver. I bought it new in October for $37k & thought that was a good deal! Mine is RWD too and it doesn't need the AWD option especially in AZ. Great video, thanks!

Like you I have been watching the Stinger market. I liked them from day one. You have the color I covet but when I heard you paid $36k for a new 2019 I SUBSCRIBED! I am looking to buy late this year or early next year and was thinking a 2018 model so I wouldn't be spending so much but apparently you have shown me there is a way around it.
You got a great deal. Much better lease discount than was available when I bought mine. Also, that $7k dealer discount is awesome. Congrats.

Nice job, love the blue! Good job getting the price down, I got my Ceramic Silver 2018 GT1 AWD at the end of 2018, sticker was $49,900 and I negotiated down to $45,500 OTD with a traditional loan at 1% apr. Love the car!

I just picked up on 2/27/20 a 2020 GT1 AWD with a white exterior and a red interior.
The car really moves big time in comparison to my recently leased/turned in 16 Optima SX-L.

Cool trick to be able to buy out the lease without penalty. I recently bought my first Kia, a Telluride and I have never before have been subjected to as much of the old school up charge hustle as I saw in the finance office. They had a negative $750 number in a box on the sales agreement for dealer discount. So it was a negative negative number that made it a $750 extra charge. I challenged them on it and they denied it but when I showed them the math they fixed it but somehow the $750 discount vanished as it was a “mistake”. Even the Kia salesmen seemed par. I guess it’s just the average price point gets a certain type of finance and sales staff.

That's the number one thing keeping people out of Kia dealerships...their personnel. I wish they made Stinger a separate brand like Toyota did with Lexus and made a Stinger brand coupe, sedan and SUV.
@@mike_t_007 I came very close to buying a K900 but they wouldn’t budge enough on the price and bought a CT6. The staff at the Cadillac dealership was night and day compared to Kia.

Question-----you said that you were able to buy the left over car that had approximately a $52,000.00 msrp for appeoximately $36,000.00 (or$18,000.00 off)...Question is, was the out the door price of $36,000.00, OR $36,000,00 plus taxes and dealer fees plus plus? ....Thank you

I am in the market for a GT1 or GT2, 2020 but not able to test drive because the showrooms are closed for test drives. I can buy the car but not test drive it..go figure. Only thing available in my area is AWD. Can you give me your thoughts on how that would drive in comparison to RWD?
The only thing I've seen is that if you're tracking it hard that the AWD has a bit of understeer. Day to day use (especially if adding power) the AWD will get out of the hole better.

I'd leave them if it was mine to let people know they got smoked by KIA. Not that I think this brand is any worse than others cause I like them more and more every day but we all know how some people react ..
Marcin xxx I just hate how the kia logo badge looks on the car(maybe I'll get used it?). I'm a bit scared to debadge it as I've had bad luck with it on my last car but I think the E looks better with the car. Or the other thing I was thinking of was tinting the badge with some left over tint
I don't plan to put the E cause frankly I don't like the way it looks. If anything I might replace it with their new logo they are coming out with just so it's not so BOLD and plain looking. New one seems to be smoother.

They're "quick" I would say. Definitely launch great. Probably high 12s stock. Can get 100 whp with a tune and intakes. Then walk 5.0s
What is the horsepower on those?
