That depends on the nature of the denial. Your doctor might have to resubmit for a review of denial at a higher level. You should follow up with your doctor.
Been over 4 years and I have been screwed since insurance denies everything, company lied saying I was a “bad” person but never had a write up than I was fired on medical leave. Hopeless since no attorney wanted to help and the one to at did screwed everything up plus the company doctor that falsely put 0mmi to benefit them. Now I’m on SSI and can’t work anymore smh. Statute of limitations is over with too.

They denied me at first then they honor my case after the thrd ime...so now waiting for me benefits to kick in they are months behind...😢😢😢

If the surgeon is waiting for the approval, that was initially approved but canceled by the insurer. What are the next steps to take?
