Tc prevents it from wheelies even wen aw is off. I test rode one a while ago so wen I rode it I turned everything off to actually get everything out of it. Was wheeling in 3rd gear so it’s not like it’s heavily restricted as his making it seem. Yes restricted but not by much. It’s still a 1099 cc and you feel that. Stock and all
It’s more restricted than you think. The way they set up the maps if you don’t turn off traction control completely it will still hold back power to keep traction. When I would try to wheelie even with the wheelie control off it would still cut because the slight loss in traction coming up. I would either have to turn everything completely off in road individual mode or put it in race mode to and turn down the settings, to get “100%” out of it. If he turned everything completely off or put it in race the emergency hazards wouldn’t of turned on either or just go to the settings to turn it off

Some “tuners” will try and say anything to sell their tuning to people. When you’re going up against the best in the business all you can do is try to scare people with FUD. In reality no bikes are blowing as a result of BT tuning.
I run mine on 93 octane not flashed and it'll pull the front tire up at 90+mph in second ..just by simple letting of the throttle and hitting it again...
just picked mine up 5 days ago, coming off a 2008 cbr600rr, I was wondering throttle response is way too sensitive and jerky, and I can barely ride under 50km/h in first gear feels like is going to stall and bucks a lot? I also noticed in almost all the gears anything under 5000 rpm feels terrible and yes I haven’t completed my break in period. This thing feels like a ROCKET and is really comfortable and planted in corners.
@@jondoe5532 I kind of disappointed, saved up alot of money and it took me a long time. Did my research on the bike and wasn’t expecting this. @@jacksht6308 i have a gabro racing upmap and the velocity stacks on order and i believe that these items will transform the bike from the stock settings. if you can get a tune with a decat pipe I'm sure it will help with the power curve and fuelling but i feel this bike is still slightly high geared and poor for low speed 3k rpm and below street riding which is why i bought a 43 tooth rear sprocket, i bought the 2009-2011 rsv4 525 pitch 43t talon and it fits. a 44 tooth would be even better for low speed driveability but you lose a little bit more of top speed capacity. if you are still running your bike in and below 600 to 700 miles they do seem to have slight electronic faults, i had a yellow check engine light after 100 miles and it restricted the bike slightly via the exhaust valve not opening fully but it cleared itself after 500 to 600 miles of riding. the rear sprocket will help you the most for the least amount of money and i have read that these bikes will top 200mph with the stock gearing so they are not geared for low speed street riding and i can not help thinking that the long gearing may also help in sound and emission figures. if i were you, i would definitely buy the larger sprocket but just be aware that the bike will wheelie more over slight bumps in the road. also try the engine brake management on the lowest setting which is setting 1, this will help to lower the on off throttle jerk, it lets the bike roll more freely. just be aware that you will need to brake harder in those high speed to low speed situations where some more aggressive engine braking can help when you downshift quickly through the gears whilst also braking. i know that my last honda had almost zero engine braking on throttle on/off so i am thinking your old honda 600 might have been the same sort of free rolling feeling, you just need time to get a feel for your new bike and on jerky bikes and when i go through a really slow bend, usually a 90 degree junction when im turning left or right, i drive upto the turn and then clutch in and let the bike roll through the turn while using some slight front brake to control the bike from running wide as i make the turn and then let out the clutch slowly whilst applying some power to drive out of the turn.
