I would like to give you a HUGE THANK YOU! I have been researching every aspect of the 21 rsv4 factory and bought one yesterday! Your videos helped me solidify my choice, they were highly informative, unbiased, detailed and easy to understand. At that price range I didn’t want to rush into the purchase and be unsatisfied with the bike. Keep up the videos you may not think they make a difference or people are not watching they are. Thank you
Wow mate, that’s a proper wonderful heart warming comment. Thank you so much , really appreciated. Massive thank you . I have done another two similar ish videos on the Aprilia. Hope you enjoy them too. I am very grateful for the appreciation and support.
Thank you very much Glad you like the content A lot of it is RSV4 centric Even the 2024 shares many many aspects with the previous RSV4 models it replaces So you will find hugely relatable content in other videos relating to your bike Thanks for the follow
No problem mate, if I am going to properly review something It needs to be such that anyone who doesn’t even own an Aprilia gets to know every single “quirks & features” -Doug Muro lol
This is the best and the most detailed review of the RSV4. Thanks a lot for this. Inspired me to get the same bike in the lava red paint scheme. Just did the unboxing yesterday. Taking it home today. Love from Bangalore, India.
Fantastic mate, really happy for you and I am glad these bikes are getting popular in India. Unfortunately, taxation system is quite expensive but I hope you enjoy it , it’s the best bike out there
So I’m going to say thank you so much for your review, your time spent on this is absolutely amazing! I just put an order in for a 2022 RSV4 Factory. I have to say I’ve never set foot on a track but with this I plan too and I’m so excited.
Congratulations, Michael and thank you for the kind words. I don't do many bike reviews, but when I do, I do them super thoroughly lol. Feel free to follow my channel on trackday stuff, I do a lot of track videos. thanks again for the appreciation and the comment
Stomp grips are a life (junk) saver. Crazy good review man, love the quick history. I loved reviewing this bike Aprilia did a fantastic job in this revision.
Incredibly good content - honestly the best review / information I found so far regarding the new RSV4! Didn't expect much in the beginning but luckily watched the entire video! Subscribed! Now I'm pretty convinced that switching from my Panigale 1299S to the new Factory will be the right thing to do for me...
Thank you so very much for keeping faith and watching the full video , I can understand how easy it is to switch off a video these days as we all need info straight away but I like to build up to a video and a man of detail , thanks for the support and subscribe . Ducati is a fab bike but RSV4 is even fabulous
Brilliant as always Abhi, really appreciate the effort and the detail of the review. It sounds as though they've done a great job with the new RSV4, unfortunately I'm still struggling with the looks a little but it's very tempting all the same.
Haha Clive, I knew you would mention about the looks. I know from the front the pictures don't do justice but these wings actually are very well blended into the fairing and don't seem so outrageously visible. I think the headlights could have been a bit more bolder/thicker. You'll fall in love with it soon ;). Thanks for taking the time out to comment.
@@ChasingTenths Funnily enough, it's the rear of the bike I'm not so keen on! I like the tank and the headlights, just the wings at the back and the slightly extended rear end is putting me off! I should just stop being a tart and get on with enjoying the bike! Cheers my man.
Thanks mate, it’s highly appreciated. I really hope there is still room for such intense & detailed videos. We now live in a quick info society, I do prefer detailed though lol Thanks for taking the time out to comment
Hahaha thank you Ennis, I think especially when you are purchasing a bike you really wish to know every little detail . The video I know is too long for our TikTok inspired society but I think there is still room for super detailed stuff
@@ChasingTenths These series are truly gorgeous, I'm seriously thinking of getting one of these 2021 rsv4s for myself after watching through your ever detailed videos, great job overall! Hoping to see your new ones now♥️
@@ennisyui thank you very much . I am working on the Tuono & Triumph 765 RS videos now. After them two I will upload some more RSV4 stuff for you . Thank you again
Fantastic video and thank you for taking the time to put it together. I've got a base model 19' Tuono which I love. I've upgraded it with TTx rear shock, akra slip on, SRJL pads, etc... I've been doing more track days lately and I'm strongly considering moving to the RSV4. This video will help considerably with my decision. Cheers!
Wow, your Tuono sounds well nice , I am working on the new Tuono V4 video but to be honest if you go for the new RSV4, the comfort levels have improved so much more with more ground clearance, pegs position , wider screen and seat , more leverage on the clip ons. You will really feel at home on the new RSV4. I wish you all the best , if you buy one please share the photos on my Aprilia dedicated page, see description for the link. We like to see what people have got and what they do with it in terms of upgrades .
@@ChasingTenths Thanks for the reply and additional perspective. The Tuono is so good I'm really debating the change. As good as the Tuono is on track I know the RSV4 would be even better. I waited until late in life to start doing track days, but I'm glad I did. It's so much fun to ride these amazing machines in their native habitat.
@@quick6629 a lot of people started doing Trackdays very late in life , I do many trackday videos on the Aprilia , feel free to check them out , but yes Tuono and RSV4 both are fantastic Trackday machines , the inherent torque of the Tuono really pulls it out of corners , it’s no slouch on track . But I am not much of an upright riding guy , the RSV4 makes a lot more sense on track . Keep both ;)
Thanks Martin, I know its super long video but I wanted to make a super detailed video which no one has done from a realist's perspective. Thanks for watching and commenting as always.
Brilliant review. Thanks. I want to pull the trigger on one of these. Accumulating the cash for it is my main barrier but your review here definitely put any brand issues to bed. Cheers.
Brilliant , to be honest , I am still faithful to my 2015 RSV4 RF but I did some Trackdays in Europe lately and these new bikes have more than 200bhp on the back wheel and I think I will pull the trigger my self either this or next year lol .. thanks for the appreciation , all the best.. let me know here when you have purchased , that would make my day
Thank you Ralph, I didn’t plan to make it so long but as I started talking about every single aspect of the bike , it just became a marathon video. Love the kawasaki Zx10r by the way Massively underrated bikes Thanks for taking time out to comment
Just watched this again Abhi , honestly a really detailed review One thing you don’t tend to see is a proper good review of the dash and how it works. Was nice to see sections on this but think you could really go to town on this part as it’s what the viewer wants to see (well me at least lol) Be interested to see some other bikes in this format of review 👍
Fantastic mate 👍, I'm going to get the 2021 rsv4 soon myself so watching as much as possible to convince myself it's the right move 😃. I'v got a 2020 tuono at moment but it's time to get the full on beast me thinks ... thanks again pal 👍
Massive great review, your knowledge and passion show through. Can you show more electronic riding on the latest vs. older model? It's one of the few components a user can't modify. Also any issues with mapping from factory (RBW and neutered as stock)?
Thanks Emily for the kind words. I am definitely super passionate about riding and especially Aprilias. I actually didn't understand the question, Electronic riding ys older models? , do you mean latest electronics versus old ones? There are no mapping issues from Factory, the maps get updated regularly by dealerships especially if you go for the akrapovic systems.I still think I haven't answered question properly , please do expand on your question.
Buddy .... I keep coming back to your Videos ... your fondness for RSV4s simply shines through .... I have a 2020 Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory, and wanted to understand whether the overall riding experience on the 2021 / 2022 is remarkably improved that justifies adding the new RSV4 to the stable ( the other consideration is the 2022 Ducati Panigale V4S ), Thank You in Advance!!
Thank you very much mate, first of all sorry for the late reply , some comments slip through the net. I know my videos can be long but I try to really put the true rider feedback in them , and quality over quantity off course. in 3 years of RUclips I have only made around 50 odd videos which are like these detailed ones and I truly appreciating you keep coming back to the channel , means the world to me.
Great in-depth video....I learned tons.... Rsv4 adjustable for taller riders....I hope Aprilia is paying you ...the cost is manageable....the tiny cockpit....not so much....great video.😎😎🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍👍👍 You plan on reviewing the 2023 Time Attack version....only one RUclipsr is showcasing that beast ?
Thank you mate very much I’ll do my best to showcase that time attack version. I will be doing a series of videos on the RS660 They are all lined up I have also done a track review on the RSV4, that’s on my channel too You might find it interesting
Absolutely you can , with added cruise control and clear mirrors and stunning visibility with lights , bigger seat and better ergonomics for comfort, and suspension which can be tuned with a click of a button to make the ride more softer , you can certainly do touring if you so wish
that's interesting , I was only told 3 days ago that it was adjustable. I am now twice as curious. I know my RF has adjustability and chassis points are still same but I will double check it with Aprilia and come back to you. Thanks for commenting about it, got me thinking
Thanks for the video. Great review again! I was hoping a bit more onboard footage though. Do you know of any good company who make "no-drill" frame sliders for the 2021 model?
I am working on the Tuono video and that has more onboard footage , to be honest , in both the Tuono video and the rsv4 video , I didn't put the under water case or a sound proofing around the 360 degree camera and now all you can hear is wind and that really put me off. I should have made sure there was a case around the camera so sound would coming through. Will definitely put more onboard footage next time , good shout that. . Cruciata is working on those fairings you mentioned Brian. This is a popular track bike , soon the market will be flooded with fairings I bet. Thanks for commenting, feel free to ask anything
Haha fantastic, if you are new to Aprilia , join “The Aprilia Factory” group on Facebook. I am one of the admins there and all your answers can be sorted there, it’s a huge group . Plus , in the description of my video are my managed pages, join them and absolutely feel free to ask me anything and everything about Aprilias
@@trashedlife1 wow, congratulations, you wouldn’t regret , I Absolutely enjoyed riding this bike hard that day for 2 hours and it was much more alive than even my 2016 RSV4 RF
On Aprilia Dealerships, My Nearest one is over a 8 hour one way trip from where i live here in the us, used to be one 5 hours away but they recently closed permanently, so its just a little bit difficult to get things done here.
I totally understand Dan , in US it's a bit far , its much easier in UK , there is a dealership an hour max from everywhere unless one is very remote. but on the whole , for such a small brand they are doing really well , but with the backing of piaggio behind them , they should have more dealership I reckon.
Hello Abhi, this is one of the most in depth review out there and this deserved praise! Great video you did there. There is only a few topics, that are still floating around that prevent me from buying. There is German magazine that stated, that the whole bike starts getting unsettled by giving it throttle while hitting small bumps in corners on the racetrack. They assumed that the reason for this is the new swing arm, which you also described as being stiffer. Can you confirm this behavior? Also, there are reports that the anti wheelie is still rather unrefined, as it brings down the front wheel pretty harshly. Is that still the case?
Thank you very much for the kind words. I know exactly what they mean by the small bumps , I felt them too but that can easily be dialled out by sorting the settings on the rear suspension. The electronic suspension is very good , it goes from extreme hard to extreme soft and if someone doesn’t play around with it then it won’t do what you want it to do. It has the ability to either glide over the bumps or absorb them , absorption is better sometimes harder setting isn’t the answer , a slight give in the suspension can be better. In terms of the wheel , you can lower it down to absolutely minimum , but then at the same time you need to slightly stiffen the electronic damper and the bike will go up and come down with not much drama. I found no such issues , anyone who tests this bike needs to constantly adjust the setting to try different things , the bike truly changes
@@ChasingTenths Thank you for your answer. The setup they chose was like follows. What are your feelings about it? Front Compression: 23 (Default is: 17) Front Rebound: 17 (Default is: 19) Rear Compression: 6 (Default is: 12) Rear Rebound: 16 (Default is: 16) Steering Damper: 11 (Default is: 9)
@@ExpressionOfNothing wow, they really mentioned these settings on the magazine , that’s very thorough. I really can’t comment on it unless I ride with those settings and feel it . So as journalists I have high regards for them , I am sure their feedback is actually better than mine. But what I would say is that these little things they mention are nip picking , every time you ride a bike you have to mention something bad and they probably didn’t like bumps on that particular settings and the wheelie setings .to be honest, nothing on that bike can be NOT dialled out , everything can be set up to change different things
@@ChasingTenths Thank you for responding, I really appreciate it! Also I'm really happy to have found your in depth review, as most other reviewers are just invited to some press event where they barely even have enough time to get to know the bike they are talking about. Keep up the great work!
@@ExpressionOfNothing thank you. That’s exactly what I do , i would rather review a bike late but after thorough research. I am grateful for your support
Very good full complete and detailed video ! Very good work! I have the tuono factory 2021, i want to know if the full exhaust evo2 for the 2020 and under MY fits my bike please?
Hi.one rider sent this comment:Breaking and entering corner are top, on the exit the Bike is more nervous, I did try different setting, change of rear suspension, no improvment. What do you think could be the problem?Shouldn't it be the same with the new pendulum? When you tried out the new model on the track, did you feel it too?
I have ridden both and to be honest the bmw is a better road bike especially if you are taller and looking to do a lot of road miles , it’s hot heated grips and stuff but comparing it to the Aprilia . You have so much more character with the Aprilia , that v4 snarl, unbelievable handling , bmw doesn’t come with Brembo and ohlins , not saying that BMW’s is bad but it’s nice to have top notch offerings on a bike. Handling wise , there is no better bike out there than the Aprilia Power now is on par with the bmw Suspension is amazing Electronics are brilliant Aprilia definitely wins top trumps. The inline4 bmw engine is a bit boring but has a lot of grunt
Absolutely, you can easily put the TTX on there No issues at all To be honest , secretly I am a bigger fan of the non factory. Think of that as a blank canvas and you really put your stamp on it . :)
As far as I am aware John, there is none I couldn’t see it on race mode while riding or road mode or user mode. To be honest in a way it was distracting for some people who were too taken in by that feature and would keep looking down at the dash while riding But they should have given the facility to turn it on because of the 6 axis imu
@@ChasingTenths thank you, still waiting on my euro 5 RSV4. Im thinking about to change the ratio (shorten it for more midrange) but i dont wanna loose topspeed. How is the ratio in stock, revs the engine in 6th gear to the redline or is there still some air to shorten it without loosing topspeed?
@@sideshowbob939 ratio is fine John, I took it on a very very long straight There’s plenty of grunt throughout Unless you really will take it full time on the track , you won’t need to change the ratios Maximum go one up on the rear if really need be For track two up on the rear
I have a 2023 RS660, I use it on public road, no track as of now, and I wondering if it is a good move for me to go with an RSV4 2024 (standard or Factory).
RS660 is pretty much half of the two cylinders of the RSV4, done by the same team in Noale .. the RSV4 is an absolute animal but a tamed animal .. if you can afford it , I would definitely get the RSV4 factory , it’s got everything you need and being a factory it would retain its value … If you were a expert track rider I would ask you to buy standard and put track upgrades on it
@@ChasingTenths Thank you very much. I think I will next season (I'm in Canada) go to the track to learn with a coach how to use a sport bike. Not to use it on street but to know my bike better. Then I will purchase the RSV4 and redo some track day again with a coach to upgrade my knowledge on this new bike.
Thanks for your answer… but i read that s1000rr position is more confortable in long travel… Is for you true? Your video are special and complete in every parts .. I find you yestarday ,and Now i wach their more times 💪😎
@@simonebonato yes . The S1000RR is a better road bike .that’s for sure as it comes with heated grips too. But RSV4 is a better road and track bike altogether. And really really full of character
Hi Abhi, please can you cover data logging in more detail. The YZF-R1M has had a great data logging feature and phone app since 2016 so that is an area for Aprilia to improve. Please let us know what the 2021 RSV4 can do with the Piaggio app, or what the after market options are that you have used? Thanks!
That’s an excellent point , because this video was so much more road centric. I didn’t talk too much about track stuff but still i talked here and there about how the bike is on the track . I will definitely mention any data logging stuff in the next track summary video . For sure
Nice review! ive owning this factory model , and got 3000km on it( road and track) tried so many diferent settings ,and now on manual suspension. But one thing , launch control , do you tried it? Becouse i tried it several times, but it doesnt turns on😅 And yesterday , i felt something weird , on 100% throttle the engine makes something like cuting off the power , miliseconds ,and now i am feeling nervous about it ,becouse its new motorcycle😐
Hahaha. You are truly speed addicted then mate. May be ask your dealer, they can actually switch launch controls on and off from ECU these days to save the clutch , may be after your first service it wasn’t turned on or may be your map needs updating . But I can’t understand why it would cut power on full throttle 3000km is enough for it to go through the teething problems . It’s a stunning bike Congratulations on it though. Let me know what the dealer says about launch control & that issue, I am curious now
How is RSV4 for road comfort wise compared to kawi, Yami, honda etc?.....I know the suzuki/bmw are fairly decent....... Having cruise control is pretty slick on road bike though, and heated paws
The new RSV4 is pretty decent on the road as the ergonomics have changed drastically , I did a 2 hour ride and I had no cramps or issues but then I am 5 feet 8 but someone over 6 feet might find it slightly cramped on long journeys, the previous RSV4 models were a lot cramped than this one, the new lower slung swingarm and tank has allowed them to create more room for the rider . So it’s much much better now . And yes in my opinion too BMW is best road machine . But you don’t get that amazing v4 symphony;)
@@Alex1090-d2j to be honest a lot of it depends on the rider , but the way the engine configuration is and the weight distribution and the smooth power delivery of rsv4 plus a very planted front end , the rsv4 is better in corner entry for sure
😂😂😂😂😂 In the previous video I did on this bike I actually put a pic of lots of cats when I said the same thing lol That’s funny mate. I am actually in the gym right now too lol
I see you are a pro . Can you tell me the difference between youre rsv 4 factory and s1000rr m pack? Wich one has more tech and more powerful? Thanks 👌🏽
Haha , I wish I was a pro :). However, I can tell you the both their electronic packages are brilliant , S1000RR M has always been road and race specialist , RSV4 is an out and out race & track animal, but now it’s more ergonomically good. I would say both bikes have similar electronic offerings, BMW is new & very much advanced and I would say it has more German new tech for all sorts of conditions road & race , on the otherside RSV4 is more race orientated. It’s a very difficult question, my head says BMW has a better electronic pack, my heart says RSV4. Both are great bikes with superb electronics . BMW is slightly ahead on electronics I would say
Really enjoyed the video as I'm currently in the process of buying 1. One thing I noticed that was not mentioned was security. Is there an Aprilia Thatcham approved alarm/immobiliser fitted as standard? Aprilia accessories for the RSV4 Factory E5 list Electronic Antitheft for £109. Is this in addition to the std fit alarm/immobiliser, or is this the only OEM security that you can buy from Aprilia?
That’s a great point , I couldn’t see any alarm or datatags or gps tracker signs , but immobiliser is there for sure as standard . That £105 item is definitely accessory on top. Thanks for appreciating the video
hi friend.I was watching a review yesterday, and one person said that the 2021 model is not as accurate on the track as the 2019-2020 model. He said that the 2021 version has become more stable, but less accurate. Is this true or has the accuracy not been affected?I'm sorry that I often come to you with my questions.
@@alexbroder1587 I beg to differ Alex, the 2021 is much better on the track in every way, every single way.. The smooth power , the stiffer swing arm, the better electronics, the better ergonomics, better display on the dash, in every single way, it’s much better
@ it’s much better than that, because the centre of gravity is lower, the rear swing arm is 4 inches lower than before but the twin spar chassis remains the same. So the turning is much precise and sharper.
@ hi Alex you don’t need to apologise at all. Your question was very valid and I can completely understand why the other guy was saying that the 2019 to 2020. Motorbike was better but there is nothing to apologise, feel free to ask any questions about the Aprilia .
Thanks so much for video. Although I ride a r6 on track. I'm very interested to get a rsv4. But I do have some imposter syndrome. Always worried if I will be faster on track because of the bike and not that I am a fast rider. Did u ever feel this way ?
You will always be faster on a 1000 cc but sometimes it always depends on the track and sometimes I have seen people go slow on a 1000 as it could be intimidating. If you aren’t scared of speed then go for the RSV4 The key is to keep evolving , keep riding hard and keep getting coaching and the best tyres . Thanks for watching and appreciation
Having moved from Supersport 600 to RSV-4 I can confirm that the chassis and suspension are great so agile as a 600 despite 25kg more weight. It's all about the centre of gravity. So you can get away with riding it like a Supersport while you learn how a Superbike should be ridden.
Great video mate. Hello from Australia. How tall are u? I’m currently on a 2020 s1000rr and people keep telling me that I’ll be too tall for an rsv4. I’m 6’. But I still lust after her 😜
Hey Asif , thanks for the appreciation, to be honest I have 4 friends on the new RSV4 factory who are more than 6 feet The new bike is not cramped It’s absolutely fine No issues at all No discomfort even on a endurance race weekend
Appreciate the comment Steven, I honestly can’t ride and talk and justify a detailed review like that . Because you always forget to mention something. The whole point of this was to decipher everything the bike has to offer siting calmly and talking . However, I tend to agree that there should have been more riding involved there. I promise you, the following Tuono upcoming review will have a lot more riding. Thanks for being constructive in your comment . Lovely 😊
The US Indicators not being in the headlamps is due to a entirely arbitrary law made by people whom know nothing about motorcycles (most actually actively hate motorcycles). The Law needlessly requires that the Indicators be no less than a entirely fabricated distance from each other to be road legal. Some states police will issue fines for violations of this, others will outright lock you up for it. Similar nonsense with LED or HID Headlamps going on, we are trying to fight against it, but as is normal with US Laws, it is a needlessly complicated and largely corrupted mess.
Thanks for the detailed info on this Dan, it’s quite sad really because all around the world it’s ok but I have a lot of family in elk grove , California and I know how things like that can be a bit of a inconvenience
@Chasing Tenths the easiest easiest to understand us law is to imagine every state as if it were its own content and every county as it's own country, each with approximately 30-40% of politicians being educated and 60-70% being corrupt and ignorant. It has basically become an oligarchy with a number of limitations that lessen each year.
@@ChasingTenths i just bought a base model in the us, im geeking out over here. id like to figure out how to my blinkers like that. those are nice, there has gotta be a way. maybe someone on the af1 forum has a solution.
Hi bro.I have seen reviews on the Internet when people said that the rsv4 does not shift well from side to side and rolls hard.Is it true or is it a lie?
@@Alex1090-d2j that is not true at all, I have ridden the 2015, 2017 , 2019 and 2021 They are absolutely amazing in change of direction It’s one of its sweetest points plus corner entry I have owned this bike for 8 years It’s the best track and Road machine
Absolutely, you can . I am a big fan of the non factory version because you can truly treat that as a blank canvas and put your own mark on it and upgrade whatever you wish
That's what I would do, it be a fraction of the 6k upcharge as well from the base model.... Actually you can do alot for 6k to that bike....exhaust, tune, susp, and wheels if so desired......

Thank you very very much , this means so much to me
So I’m going to say thank you so much for your review, your time spent on this is absolutely amazing!

Always lovely to hear from you
@@ChasingTenths yea man you nailed the super detail!!
I am glad I saw this video. Good job my friend. I am picking mine up next week! I am so excited!
Superb Roberto , congratulations
@@cliveshalice8490 aaahhhhh ok , makes sense . :)

@@ennisyui oohhhh that’s interesting. Fantastic

Keep both ;)
This is the most detailed break down video about the 2021 Aprilia RSV4 Factory out there. Awesome stuff @ Abhi.

I have a 2020 Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory, and wanted to understand whether the overall riding experience on the 2021 / 2022 is remarkably improved that justifies adding the new RSV4 to the stable ( the other consideration is the 2022 Ducati Panigale V4S ),
Thank You in Advance!!

@@ChasingTenths thank you
I remember seeing somewhere that the engine position is no longer adjustable?

great video
Thank you very much mate
Thanks for the video. Great review again! I was hoping a bit more onboard footage though. Do you know of any good company who make "no-drill" frame sliders for the 2021 model?
I am working on the Tuono video and that has more onboard footage , to be honest , in both the Tuono video and the rsv4 video , I didn't put the under water case or a sound proofing around the 360 degree camera and now all you can hear is wind and that really put me off. I should have made sure there was a case around the camera so sound would coming through. Will definitely put more onboard footage next time , good shout that. .

No problem, most welcome, I tried to include everything in it
Hello Abhi, this is one of the most in depth review out there and this deserved praise!
Front Compression: 23 (Default is: 17)
Front Rebound: 17 (Default is: 19)
Rear Compression: 6 (Default is: 12)
Rear Rebound: 16 (Default is: 16)
Steering Damper: 11 (Default is: 9)
@@ExpressionOfNothing wow, they really mentioned these settings on the magazine , that’s very thorough.

@@alexbroder1587 no , I didn’t feel that at all
The bike was very compliant
Corner exists were on point and no issues whatsoever to report
How does it compare to the s1k? I undecided between the two.
Handling wise , there is no better bike out there than the Aprilia
Power now is on par with the bmw
Suspension is amazing
Electronics are brilliant
Aprilia definitely wins top trumps.
The inline4 bmw engine is a bit boring but has a lot of grunt
The non factory look gorgeous.i hated the red seat. Is it possible to upgrade RR to use ttx suspension? I assume it would plug n play.
Absolutely, you can easily put the TTX on there
No issues at all
To be honest , secretly I am a bigger fan of the non factory. Think of that as a blank canvas and you really put your stamp on it . :)
No lean angle on the dash anymore?
As far as I am aware John, there is none
I couldn’t see it on race mode while riding or road mode or user mode.
To be honest in a way it was distracting for some people who were too taken in by that feature and would keep looking down at the dash while riding
But they should have given the facility to turn it on because of the 6 axis imu
@@ChasingTenths thank you, still waiting on my euro 5 RSV4. Im thinking about to change the ratio (shorten it for more midrange) but i dont wanna loose topspeed. How is the ratio in stock, revs the engine in 6th gear to the redline or is there still some air to shorten it without loosing topspeed?
@@sideshowbob939 ratio is fine John, I took it on a very very long straight

For track two up on the rear
I have a 2023 RS660, I use it on public road, no track as of now, and I wondering if it is a good move for me to go with an RSV4 2024 (standard or Factory).
RS660 is pretty much half of the two cylinders of the RSV4, done by the same team in Noale .. the RSV4 is an absolute animal but a tamed animal ..
if you can afford it , I would definitely get the RSV4 factory , it’s got everything you need and being a factory it would retain its value …

Becouse i tried it several times, but it doesnt turns on😅
And yesterday , i felt something weird , on 100% throttle the engine makes something like cuting off the power , miliseconds ,and now i am feeling nervous about it ,becouse its new motorcycle😐
Hahaha. You are truly speed addicted then mate. May be ask your dealer, they can actually switch launch controls on and off from ECU these days to save the clutch , may be after your first service it wasn’t turned on or may be your map needs updating . But I can’t understand why it would cut power on full throttle
3000km is enough for it to go through the teething problems .
It’s a stunning bike
Congratulations on it though.
Let me know what the dealer says about launch control & that issue, I am curious now
Merci
Most welcome 🙏🏼
@@ChasingTenthsHi bro.How is rsv4 managed? How does it enter the turns?Better than panigale or BMW?
@@Alex1090-d2j to be honest a lot of it depends on the rider , but the way the engine configuration is and the weight distribution and the smooth power delivery of rsv4 plus a very planted front end , the rsv4 is better in corner entry for sure

@@ChasingTenths thank you for reply and have a dry asphalt ❤
Don't make gearing changes unless you know how to adjust the chassis for that change.
Well said
hi friend.I was watching a review yesterday, and one person said that the 2021 model is not as accurate on the track as the 2019-2020 model.
I agree with that. But in terms of sharp and precise control, is it the same as the 2019-2020 model?
@ it’s much better than that, because the centre of gravity is lower, the rear swing arm is 4 inches lower than before but the twin spar chassis remains the same. So the turning is much precise and sharper.
Thank you very much and I'm sorry again.
If you aren’t scared of speed then go for the RSV4
The key is to keep evolving , keep riding hard and keep getting coaching and the best tyres . Thanks for watching and appreciation
@@ChasingTenths appreciate the feedback. Look forward to your newer vids
@@a383W thank you Alfred
Having moved from Supersport 600 to RSV-4 I can confirm that the chassis and suspension are great so agile as a 600 despite 25kg more weight. It's all about the centre of gravity.
So you can get away with riding it like a Supersport while you learn how a Superbike should be ridden.
Great video mate. Hello from Australia. How tall are u? I’m currently on a 2020 s1000rr and people keep telling me that I’ll be too tall for an rsv4. I’m 6’. But I still lust after her 😜
Hey Asif , thanks for the appreciation, to be honest I have 4 friends on the new RSV4 factory who are more than 6 feet
The new bike is not cramped
It’s absolutely fine
No issues at all
No discomfort even on a endurance race weekend
48 minutes of talking and 2 mins of riding isn’t a great review. Respectfully. Your track and product videos are better IMO.
Tidy video.. more on-board and V4 engine sound next time.. its an expensive bike but finally has moved on and now keeps up with competitors
Yup , I totally agree with you , next time more footage for sure. I still think it will be the best bike out of the bunch again like most years ;)

Hi bro.I have seen reviews on the Internet when people said that the rsv4 does not shift well from side to side and rolls hard.Is it true or is it a lie?
@@Alex1090-d2j that is not true at all,
I have ridden the 2015, 2017 , 2019 and 2021
They are absolutely amazing in change of direction
It’s one of its sweetest points plus corner entry
I have owned this bike for 8 years
It’s the best track and Road machine
Thanks bro🤜🤛@@ChasingTenths
@ most welcome Alex
The non factory look gorgeous.i hated the red seat. Is it possible to upgrade RR to use ttx suspension? I assume it would plug n play.
