This is a ramen shop born in Kagoshima that has won the New York ramen contest twice in a row.

I lived in Japan for a year back in 2015. I ate Ramen 3 to 4 times a week. I hope to go back there some day, the food is extraordinary.
I really like the commitment and the passion of the team. This high level energy is a component of this Ramen. Congratulations for sharing this experience!
To make an incredible, delicious and highly desired bowl of ramen is really hard but harder still is to make your ramen as consistent as the first time you had it , requires the kind of commitment and time that all great chefs must endure... Not for the faint hearted...

Im very skeptical about ramen being good, I was always under the impressiom that it is the same as instant ramen but jesus,.... I tried it once and got so addicted to it, the flavor is so rich, I always think how they make the brought so reach and have varieties of flavors

Just make sure you go to a good spot. Going to a bad place can really reinforced the thought that its the same as that instant ramen. Don't do that to yourself!
@@liftingturtle1055 - I hate how so many people get that same impression that Ramen is the same thing as Cup O' Noodles or Instant Ramen when it is soooooooo not the case. I'm also addicted and I'm glad my area has a lot of variety of Ramen houses to choose from. Its just a shame its not exactly healthy to eat as an every day thing lol.
Just tasted for the first time a tonkotsu ramen a few days ago, altought it was a little expensive it was one of the best food I've ever tasted in my life.

I’ve enjoyed so many exceptional ramens all across Japan and this was a fantastic insight into how it’s done. So many highly specialised artforms such as this in Japan have been perfected over time with keen observation and attention to ritual which has often turned out be the framework of the science behind what they’re doing when creating these extraordinary things. The noodles, soup, service everything is so dedicated and when you receive any meal in this way, it’s the best experience and it shines through the quality it is given. Great video, thank you

Comfort food at the highest level. The broth , the ramen , the meats , garnish all combine to deliver a very delicious meal. Great for hangovers. A must try.

Most of the ramen in Japan is average if the broth is made from pork or chicken. I’ve never been to this place but it looks great.I can definitely say that Ichiram will blow your hair back if you have any (Pork broth)

I don’t like how they preseason the bowl.
Most ramen spots put hot warm to temper the bowl to give it a nice warm feel of the bowl.
But if that’s what they do, that’s what they do !
