When i was 12 Uriah Heep and Slade were the big ones in Norway . Heep is the last classic psychedelic sounding band , at least with the original singer . One advice , take a real now and then as it can be too much . But still 50 years on they sound fresh to me

The song lives from the fantastic vocals of David Byron who was one of my favourite singers in rock music. This part makes me like the song. But all in all there is not so much happening in it and it had so much airplay that it is probably their best known song but at the same time one of those I heard too many times to still enjoy it. So in my opinion every other song on this wonderful album is stronger, much more unique and much more worth listening.

In case you're interested in checking out more bluegrass music I would like to suggest a couple of other artists to give a listen, if interested. "Blue Moon of Kentucky/Kentucky Waltz - Bill Monroe - Emmylou Harris - Live 1995" (by the channel: Van's Old School Music) --Bill Monroe is considered the "Father of Bluegrass" music. William Smith Monroe was an American mandolinist, singer, songwriter, who created the bluegrass music genre and Emmylou Harris is an American singer, songwriter, musician and activist. She is a highly regarded figure in contemporary music her work spans across many genres and she is regarded as one of the leading music artists behind the country-rock genre of music.

If you enjoyed this, well this is the precursor to; Demons and Wizards and the Magicians Birthday, and there is great tunes littered in their discography. Great review as always.
