President-elect George W. Bush is moving to fill out the second half of his cabinet, aiming to nominate two additional members this week in Washington.
A news conference is planned for Thursday, after Bush arrives in Washington from his Florida vacation.
As he trolled for top appointees on Wednesday, he went fishing off Florida's Gulf Coast.
It's Bush's first trip to the "sunshine" state since the election recount there stalled his claim on the presidency for five weeks.
The president-elect surrounded himself with family at the resort of Boca Grande for two days, playing golf back-to-back and fishing for snook with his father on Wednesday.
The former president and the president-in-waiting motored off together in a small skiff in the morning.
The elder Bush, who recently had hip surgery, boarded the boat slowly, carrying a cane and fishing rod.
Behind them in a separate boat were the president-elect's brother Jeb and sister, Dorothy Koch.
In a third skiff were two of her children.
Later, Bush played golf with Jeb and family friends Will and Bill Farish.
He shot par on the fifth hole, watched by his mother, former first lady Barbara Bush, and cheered by locals.
Boca Grande, on a tiny Gulf Coast spit of land called Gasparilla Island, is known as the nation's capital of tarpon, a prized sport fish that can weigh more than 300 pounds.
Much of the Bush clan is staying on the island.
Brothers Marvin and Neil were there, too, as was nephew George P. Bush and daughter Barbara.
Bush is expected to fill two more cabinet positions as he rounds out the second half of the appointments in his inner circle of advisors.
Asked if he still planned to nominate ex-senator Dan Coats as defence secretary, he told reporters that "nobody's out of the running".

You might wanna watch for whistle blowers though, a whistle blower from the pentagon came out saying that what conservatives were going to have put upon them "will make Nazi Germany camps look like Disneyland."
