I totally agree with Ivy's code of a girl having her own money. Even in girl to girl friendship please have money. Some girls are out here just depending on other girls and it's not cute. You can't come everyday with excuses that you don't have money. If you can't afford certain things sit out, stay home basi.

I hold a different opinion on one of the girl codes: dating someone who has previously dated your friend. While this held true in younger years, when one is older and with life being what it is, your ex might just be your girl's perfect fit. And especially if you've already moved on from him and are say married, then you cant be out here catching feelings for your single pal having a relationship with your ex, which might just work out perfectly, and also if he dated you a while back. As you grow older, life isnt always black and white. Infact, it's mostly grey
