This is like a gulp of fresh air. Seems the rest of police forces across England and Wales have a lot to learn from this short 8 minute video. You as a member of public just went about your hobby and police went about their job without abusing their powers in any way shape or form. Saw you, assessed the situation and determined that you were of no threat and went on about their day. All around great experience.

If they all behaved like that, then cameraman wouldn't need to film them. Don't worry about that though, next time will be back to normal. I'm cynical.

Not according to the latest charges of rape brought against the Police in today's Daily Mail (and every day's daily mail): A Sheffield police officer who has been charged with two counts of rape will appear in court tomorrow. Former police constable Rowan Horrocks, 26, is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court accused of raping a woman in South Yorkshire on November 28, 2021.
Clearly been told to leave people filming alone. Why the difference? Directive by the guy in charge do you think? I wish they wouldn’t say Mate but can’t beat being at least pleasant. Nice change for you
