The young black girl was nice. I would have forgot about the audit and helped her find the place. The second one actually told someone on the phone that your name was 'Scotch Egg' and still didn't pick it up.
That 2nd woman needs to read the sign on the window. The company might not want any verbal abuse against their staff, but that also means that their staff can't verbally abuse members of the public. It works both ways.
PC Abdul seems like a rare breed these days, refreshing change to see that. He should he doing some of the training of others on how to treat public. Good work Mr Chegg as always, I enjoy both your solo audits and when you team up with UKMTT I think you work well together
