The more I watch this video, the worse it gets , they could barely string a coherent sentence together between them . I think the four of them are beyond retraining and frankly I doubt they could be trusted with traffic duties . Keep up the fantastic work you're doing AB 😎
This is the worst one yet. They didn't even bother try and abuse a specific power they just abused their entire position. Disgraceful and should be subject to immediate disciplinary action. Hold them to account AB
The police (brotherhood) law is the gift that keeps on giving. “I’ll simply arrest you, no problem” - main problem here when can’t state law, section or articulate a crime. “I’m giving you enough” “You don’t need to challenge me”…just on a relentless mission or shall I call it power trip to obtain details “as simple as that”… “because I work in the building”. Alarm and distress?! I don’t think the police acting lawful under capacity of their duties can use section 5 of the public order act 1986 on themselves, please correct me if I’m wrong.
These guys haven't got the first clue. All the gear, no idea. Police have have recruited some lemons here. Were I that cop: "Filming eh? I knew we should have washed the cars this morning. Ah well, have a nice day sir"
Only sacked? That is a bad example to set. So if I keel someone, I just lose my job? If I kidnapsomeone I just lose my job? Or if a judge imprisons an innocent person for many years, should just get sacked? No. No. No. They have with force, taken the highest authority over us. If they as much as harm a hair on an innocent person there is close to death penalty - cause of their position.
@@anderslarsen4024 You are correct. Given they committed false imprisonment and assault (Section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988) they should be arrested and charged just as anyone else would. The Police are no immune from prosecution for breaking the laws that they take an oath to uphold.
Doesn’t she realise that stating she doesn’t believe you’re a terrorist and then arresting you under terrorism law is stupid and unlawful? This is the easiest claim you’ll ever make. Half baked officers making half baked apologies for abusing the law is not something the public wants to pay for. This is a simple abuse of the law. If the police want to maintain a shred of public trust, sack these idiots. We pay these clowns and then taxpayers also foot the bill for the claims made against them. It’s time for this to stop.

From moment one of your interaction you could see who the aggressor was going to be. It’s written on their faces, utter contempt for members of the public and a complete lack of regard for the rights their unlawful actions will ignore.
What a disgrace. Basically they will arrest you if you don’t do as they say. Shocking. You’re doing a great job, thank you for sharing this video. I appreciate you 😊
They just make it up as they go along,do not really know the law just hope you get frustrated and say something or do something that they canthen use to hold you.
If she`s a detective, then she should be ashamed of herself for not knowing the law, as for being alarmed and distressed, she should stay in doors then and keep away for any nasty criminals that she might encounter. Oh sorry they seem to be inside with her. Get the claim in AB.
So alarmed and distressed by someone looking through a back gate she followed them for a long distance. How brave. Then went into brain fog because they took a picture of a car. Needs to be relieved of duty because if she encountered someone actually commuting a crime she may go into a catalytic state.
Section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986 A section 5 offence comprises two elements: A person must (a) use threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour, or (b) display any writing, sign or other visible representation which is threatening, abusive or insulting; and The words or behaviour, or writing, sign of other visible representation must be within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby. I understand why officers get stabbed and killed now, this power trip with the wrong person will land them dead, I don't feel any empathy for cops that get killed any more if they are all acting like this.
Every time someone comments, if they sent a letter or an email via the police website it would have more impact. It would also show them that people are watching these videos and concerned about the abuse if power or lack if knowledge of their officers.
Funny you should say that, I know a retired officer and she’s told me stories and she’s said that she’s been with some officers who say I’m gonna have this guy and they’ve tried to incriminate them
"Policing Law" Ahh, thanks for clearing that up for us, detective. How these officers passed their GCSE's, let alone the intricate structure of sections of law for their exams in the force is something I can't fathom. They think we're all stupid. They think if they throw threats around like "you're detained under the terrorism act" then we'll fall over ourselves in fear. If a cop can't explicitly describe the particular law under which they're claiming you may have breached, they really need to hand in their badges and go work at McDonald's or something.
Some years ago someone thought to lower the Education Standards for Police Force would encourage more recruits, but we have recently seen the evidence that it actually recruited lots of Thugs & Imbeciles into the Force which we can see on youtube videos, idiots who quote laws that do not exist in order to harrass people and thugs who go out in order to incite violence at peaceful rallies, some of which have seen police brutality and pepperspray being used on innocent bystanders as seen by the recent Tommy Robinson court case where Bodycam Footage going accidentally missing afterr having Tommy banned fromentering london for the past 4-5 months just to cause inconvenience to Tommy and his Family at great cost too.
According to police these days you cannot take pics/film public buildings, fly your Countries Flag, stand with your hands in your pockets or wear a face covering on cold days, where do they find these imbeciles?.
• Refused to advise you which section they were using for the detention • Confirmed that your actions were legal • Confirmed that they didn’t have suspicion that you were a terrorist and yet used the Terrorism Act • Arrested you for not providing your ID when you are not required to under the section used • Remained dismissive and rude throughout They need to be tweeted at non-stop; and anyone who doesn’t like what they saw should submit a complaint via the West Mercia Police site
I believe it was the absolutely appalling conduct of the West Midlands police that forced the government to introduce the Police And Criminal Evidence - PACE- act. It seems it didn't work after all. Still populated by semi literate criminal vermin.
Even after confirming his I.d via another cop via previous interaction. They still wanted to carry on with the worse thing ever. TAKING YOUR FREEDOM! THEY got so used to doing it. They actually think it's legal. They actually think they're aloud. They think they can willy nilly. Without no questions. No eyelids. But oh no. Wait. Thousands of views to our abuse of power position and law. Fabrication and conspiration. Better make a video. No we as the public don't accept it. Because it's the minute by minute norm and standard police procedure
this comment caught my attention. A simple oneliner and yet, it basically captures the whole policing problem in the UK. This is truly disgusting and sad.
As part of your settlement agreement you must demand a public statement and acknowledgment that the DC and officers did not know what they were doing. And used the terrorism act unlawfully.
i 100% agree with this. you MUST demand a public apology. we do NOT employ Police officer to arrest someone for "acting suspiciously". that is the most retarded reason ever. oftentimes i can not understand how can you keep so calm when presented with this made up nonsense. because i wouldn't. couldn't. those cops you film make me want to scream on my monitor. these are the people charged with upholding the law. pathetic..
Nobody is required by law to provide the Police with their details unless arrested (Rice v Connelly 1966). In fact, according to RvC1966 a person is not even obliged to talk to the Police at all. And, every court in the land has agreed that refusing to give details when not legally obliged (again, RvC1966) is not reasonable grounds for suspicion that a person has or is about to commit an offence. Even PACE section 24(5)(a) which gives an Officer powers of arrest if they believe the wrong details have been given, is presupposed on PACE section 24(1), 24(2), 24(3) and 24(4) which states that there must already be a presupposition that a person has or is about to commit an offence. The DC acted unlawfully by using a threat of arrest to procure a members of the public's details. The detainment was false imprisonment; which, is a criminal offence. Further, they commit assault under Section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 by making physical contact and cuffing AB. In conclusion, all 4 officers have very kindly provided AB with grounds for a civil case, the consequence of which will be a large compensation payout for AB.
The public are more aware of the poxy laws than these buffoons I cannot comprehend how people defend them when they act like this how are they not clued up on AB and other it cracks me up keep taking them to court mate
Take it from a seasoned veteran ex detective - all of these so called 'cops' are a downright embarrassment to British policing. Clueless, entitled, inept, impotent and very very dangerous. People with as little knowledge as them should NEVER be allowed to police our streets. Disgraceful.
This is why real criminals get away with not guiltys at court because they lie and don't know what they are doing these type of police today are frightening and dangerous above the law do as they like not acountable to anybody
Agree completely bud. I too am an ex Police Officer who served for 33 years. I recently used my camera to film from the public car park and street at the rear of Blairgowrie Police Station. It was for a totally different, but lawful , reason not an audit. I was approached by two Police Scotland officers and despite giving them an explanation of why I was filming they prevented me from going about my lawful business, assaulted me ( causing injury ), Illegally detained me and threatened me. All now subject of an official complaint. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and unfortunately the few good Police Officers left out there get tarred with the same brush. They have totally lost contact with the ordinary law abiding members of the public. They do not know how to talk to them and see themselves as better and above the law. Just for info they did not lock me up and simply allowed me to walk of without me giving them my details and them allegedly suspecting me of being a terrorist.
As a reasonably seasoned ex uniformed cop (I never had enough brains to be a detective) from a land far from England I cannot help but agree with you. The two uniforms I would give a bit of slack to as they are obviously young and immature and were caught up in the group mentality/seniority thing. The PC in plains clothes didn't say much at all so that leaves the so called detective (who wasn't at all keen on identifying at first) and I think you've said it all there is to say about her. Is there some sort of selection process to become a detective in England because if there is it failed miserably in her case.
@@robinrodger9566 I'm ex Police Scotland too - I tried to whistleblow after a PPU enquiry was essentially swept under the carpet and it ended up costing me my career.

And here we have the perfect example of why auditing is a thing. Audits are precisely to identify this abhorrently poor policing… from a DC of all people?? Everything about her conduct was wrong; pathetically poor knowledge of the law, a condescending and patronising demeanour throughout, and an inability to listen. At no point would her ego allow her ears and brain to work alongside each other. Surely she has to wonder what’s going on when the ‘suspect’ knows more about the law than she does. I hope this one ends up in court, as that officer needs to learn some painful lessons if she is going to improve as an officer.

It’s all about putting auditors on notice to mitigate the “auditing Profession”. As push comes to shove , it will only get worse for police as they are ultimately on the losing side.
Stop suing the POLICE CORPORATION (PUBLIC PURSE) and sue them for their PERSONAL PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE and they will never get insured again so they lose their jobs!!!
They do have insurance covered by Police federation (like a union) established in 1919 The Insurance premiums is paid by , yes the taxpayer , but it is your local tax = council tax the costs they occur comes out the insurance but the following year the premiums will go up , so when the cost arise the following year , those higher premiums , your council will increase the council tax for policing funds to pay for those premiums My council tax in 2020 was @ 3.9% ,, 2021 increased to 6.7 % the fire authority get the a raw deal where 2020 @2 % 2021 remained same @2 % but I do agree what you say "personal liability" the only way to that is,, get rid of the Federation all the best ,,,Will
@@TheBILLANDERSON individual constables do not have insurance . The chief Constable pays the damages from the funding of the police . It would be impossible to get insurance because the premiums could never cover the payouts. If a Constable commits a criminal act he could be made to pay you compensation directly if the force dismisses him. The police federation does not hold insurance for constables in cases of misconduct. The chief constable is vicariously responsible for the constables in his force.
When i first watched your videos i thought you needed to get a life and stop harassing the Police. However now im totally behind what you do. You are a legend. Ive literally binge watched all your videos and it really has opened my eyes to the way police officers and security officers behave. Thankyou for making certain officers think before going into attack mode. ❤️❤️❤️
So anyone who wishes to become an auditor or even a photographer needs to get a life? Look up the definition of an auditor, they can keep people in check but as you can see, it doesn't always work. I think you may be far behind (lacking) for the definition and concept of 'work', especially.
She was more clueless than those below her! What contempt and arrogance on display here, simply because you’re exercising your completely lawful rights and her ego couldn’t deal with that. Tyrants. And to top it off, she arrests completely unlawfully, given the detention under section 43. Kerching!! Yet more reason for the good work you’re doing AB, keep it up! Thanks!
The police - the greatest - but not only - evil we face right now. Sure not 100% of the police are bad. Maybe it is just 20%. Jimmy S proved the vast majority of the police are all pdf-iles themselves, assisting or knows about it. Sure, maybe only 10% of the police are pdf-iles. Maybe even 5%. Would you drink your orange juice if 5% of it was poison?
You'll have to take it to court, kidnapped and held in a cell for 5 hours, what would happen to you if you did that to someone, they have to be held accountable.
5 Hours of unlawful imprisonment, looks like they will be paying you quite a lot of money, Keep up the great work AB, It's laughable that they don't know the law that they arrested you under.
If it's true that they didn't notify his "notified person", and there wasn't an impeccable reason for that, then it would seem to me that he wasn't even arrested so much as he was *disappeared*. The right not to be held incommunicado is one of the more important ones. I hope he keeps us updated on this.
Oh dear me.... thats a clear breach of law on so many levels. I am ex job (28 years). The problem now is that 60% of police officers have less than 4 years service. A further 20% have less than 2 years service. An experienced skilled Custody Sergeant would have de-arrested you on the spot and taken the arresting officer aside for a quiet chat. It would have ended with a sincere apology and a tour of the police station in my day. I could cry what has happened to the job I loved so much. 😭. My advice is to issue proceedings for wrongful arrest, false inprisonment and common assault and battery. The arresting officer has also likely commited criminal offences by abusing her powers in this manner. 😳 A DC should know that taking pictures in a public place does not constitute an offence and that there must be aggravating circumstances to warrant use of s43 (your conduct and demeanour clearly did not warrant arrest). Refusing to provide details in this instance does not warrant a PACE arrest. I think her senior officers and that of the Custody Sergeant won't be at all happy with the manner you were dealt with. Keeping you locked in a cell for 5 hours is plain wrong onso many levels. It looks to me like these tyrants need a stiff lesson given. Good luck with your County Court form N1. 👍 As for lame timid officers claiming to be harrased alarmed and distressed (POA 1986), that is an affront to most serving police officers in these circumstances. Retired officers (real thief takers) will agree with my opinion here as will many serving officers. Not all are bad officers just a minority but these need taking out the equation pronto. All those officers you had the misfortune to meet that day need to rethink their career path. In my day we joined the job to lock the bad guys up, now the British policing model has changed and many officers think they are revenue collectors and tyrants. The police needs to return to its former policing model which was admired worldwide. Policing by consent isnt what happened here.
@me me : Lack of experience is not a barrier to promotion now. The "graduate entry" program means having a degree overrides everything else. Newbies can do basic training and then go straight into plain clothes work. Gone are the days when newbies had to do uniformed work for a couple of years before becoming a detective.
Where do they get these people from. 🙄. That standard of policing and their defective interpretation of the law is an utter disgrace. What is more concerning is that the Custody Sergeant failed to recognise it was a wrongful arrest on the basis no crime had been disclosed. The police do NOT possess powers to walk up to the general public in a public place without first having reasonable grounds to believe a crime has occured or is being comitted is about to occur (Criminal Law Act 1967). This kind of lame lazy use of s43 and PACE s1 is astonishingly stupid and reckless behaviour by clearly inept officers who should know better. The Police Chiefs Council has published guidelines stating clearly public photography is NOT a crime. I value your claim in excess of £10,000 when you consider you were deprived of your liberty for 5 hours. It was also an assault and battery the moment the cuffs were used. Im sure this willresult in a part 36 offer to settle once the facts are looked at closely.
A Detective? She couldn’t detect her own arsehole. AB tied her up in knots. She didn’t like it and pulled out the I’ve got a bigger gang than you card. Doesn’t know the law. Has no credibility and wings arrests accordingly. She is an utter disgrace to all decent cops, retired and serving.
She and all of them there who thought they did not need any real legislation to arrest a free man engaged in a lawful activity and had no clue what they were doing but feeding their own ego's SHOULD be charged for their abuse to this auditor under the colour of law. They committed a criminal act and should pay for it with prison. They are all a disgrace to our country.
This video is a great example of why we should never have a police. But - we use the police now to see who joins the police - they go automatically on the evil people list.
That DC has probably never been challenged before. Expecting AB to be a good boy and do as he's told, or else! An entitled and nasty piece of work that one. She was so angry she could barely talk. Really glad you stood your ground and hope all the officers involved get what they deserve

Its not a matter of if, but when somebody knocks her out. She can't continue to act like that. People have lawful excuse written in legislation especially when it comes to self defence. Many people would feel severely threatened by her irrational behaviour.
Oh dear, how very embarrassing. They struggled to string together a coherent sentence let alone conduct their enquires within the realms of their powers. This has to be one of the worst examples of poor policing captured in film for a very long time.
She behaves like this on camera to a man who clearly knows more about the law than her. I can only imagine how she treats the average person who has a basic understand of the law!
This is such disgusting behaviour from several police officers, your work is important as it records these and holds them accountable as much as any member of the public can.
This is such a disgusting abuse of power. The fact she didn’t know which section she was arresting you under just goes to show that they detain people first, violate their rights and then figure out how to justify it later. Sickening to watch
Every Police station has it's own culture; e.g. some stations have a culture of engaging with the public in a positive way, and engaging in deesgalation: whilst other stations have a culture of treating the public with contempt on every occasion. The culture of a Police station is driven by those at the top; therefore, it is not the bobby on the beat to be angry at, but the senior officers who set the example for the bobby on the beat to follow.
No it’s not. He’s just randomly filming people. It’s weird and cringey he just wants an argument. Should do what they did in the 80s and just Trojan him for causing an argument
@@BW.trading1 The point you are clearly missing here is that HE WAS ENGAGING IN A LAWFUL ACT. You may not like the activity but it is lawful. What is disturbing is that just because certain individuals don’t like this (lawful) act they manipulate the law and abuse their powers to harass a law abiding citizen and illegally obtain personal details. In this context it’s easy to dismiss as ‘he deserved it’ but what if an officer didn’t like something you were doing or just didn’t like the look of you - would you be happy being put in handcuffs?
Looks like you have another Civil Action. I won't say i cannot believe they actually arrested you because like i said before as A Criminal Appeals Paralegal i have seen many arrested, detained, taken to court, and in some cases special sittings held with bail refused and the person incarcerated with no evidence of what they would be accused of. As an x police officer, a police officer is not allowed to pull out the “harassment, alarm and distress” card for themselves unless a very high threshold is met that is beyond normal policing expectation, it applies more to the public. Otherwise police officers could arrest people constantly for harassment, alarm and distress!
No grounds to reasonably suspect you of a crime, and an arrest which they admitted was to find out who you are, which is information they didn't have a lawful right to under the circumstances = unlawful arrest and improper exercise of Police powers.
I honestly feel sorry for her husband who may have to climb on it occasionally to make her feel human. Let's hope he has a nice dolly bird on the side to help him regain his humanity for such a filthy deed!
ABSOLUTELY shocking... they literally don't even understand their own job and the laws they are trying to enforce. Ladies and Gentlemen, quit your jobs you power tripping bums!
Filming anywhere near a police station is immediately presumed as terrorism by most police. They need to ‘get a grip’ and stop using S43 (or the “policing law” 🤣) to arrest members of public on a whim. My blood was boiling watching this but I did calm down once you said you’d won the case. Good work 👏
The arrest was so egregious in that they used made up laws and didn't even follow any procedure or policy that AB should go the whole hog and demand £10k from them. Plus retraining and demotion of the DC. She should learn that she must do her job properly and not just how she feels like it.
Its the only way to do it. Suing the force takes it from taxes. Sue her privately take the money from her have it on the courts records. She deserves to be absolutely ruined
That's what all the new laws being motioned will be. All encompassing and vague. The police, crime and sentencing law, the online harms Bill, the CHIS law, etc. Anything the govt don't like can be stopped with these laws due to their vagueness and the police will absolutely adore the extension of power.
Their ignorance and arrogance are breathtaking. But more importantly, it is genuinely alarming that they treat the public with so much contempt. And then they wonder why people distrust police so much. Honestly, whenever a police officer or car is around, a lot of people feel intimidated, not feel defended or ‘safe’.
Again, this woman is letting her ego and emotions take over and affect her professional judgement, all this happened while she knew she was being recorded, my concern as a member of the public is how she acts when she is not being recorded. Truly scary and unsettling stuff
She has no proffessional judgement if she doesn't know the law...more worrying is that someone there knew she was out of line and they done what they always do....turn a blind eye and say nothing.
This is precisely the problem with the DC: she was unable to act objectively, and instead based her decotions on an emotive premise, e.g. "He is refusing to comply with me, therefore i'm going to use force and threat to make him comply". What she forgot, is that the public are not automatically obliged to comply with the Police. In fact, Rice v Connelly 1966 states that the public do not even have to talk to the Police unless arrested. In other words, you can stand and stare blankly at the Police and not say a word... and this is all perfectly legal and cannot be used as a presupposition for an offence.
I was a law lecturer for 25 years, and while a lot of legislation is written horribly badly (like the Covid laws as we're about to find out!) police detention and investigation laws are pretty clear, and they're not just there for fun, Parliament has taken great care to balance your - my - our freedoms with reasonable opportunities for the police to investigate reasonably suspected criminal behaviour. And these idiots ride roughshod over it all and treat you like dirt! So well done again AB, I'm as proud of your behaviour as I am shocked and depressed by theirs.
If the police spent less time worrying about political correctness and more time focusing on real crimes maybe they would be doing a better job than they currently are.
If the 🐖 s spent anytime at all on real criminals, especially Pxrvxrts and Pedo's 3 things would happen the 🐖 s would never leave the station and the vast majority of 🐖 s would be behind bars and the crime rate would fall by over seventy percent.
When they ask why, you really should say something like "because my 160,000 subscribers enjoy watching the massive overreactions to totally legal actions from police who don't know the law".
Wow, the standard of joining the Police has dropped, the woman hadnt a clue what section she was detaining you under, very worrying, disgusting behaviour by all the officers.
It's the same, old, 'you're under arrest because you won't do exactly what I tell you to do, under the, 'terrorism act', that sounds good, but haven't a clue what it's actually for', manoeuvre.
Despite what the official line is they now welcome thuggish unintelligent brutes on the premise that when it kicks off they'll be better able to deal with it
This is the standard they want. I don't know why people still believe it's a mistake that so many officers are like this?! They want immoral robots who obey orders without question. How else can a corrupt government enforce nonsensical immoral legislation if they employ honest, good people?
The families act the same as the cops. Playing victim and labelling innocent people as the bad guy because their egos don't allow them (or their family members) to be in the wrong
This is a clear example of why so many crimes go unsolved. This woman didn't know her arse from her elbow. When I was serving in the Met in the 80s I remember a constable had to go round to a person's house to apologise when he screwed up. This excuse for a cop should be made to apologise for her poor knowledge of policing.

NOT INCOMPETENCE THEY KNOW THEY ARE ABUSING POWERS , LAWS, AND POSITION.....Ego fueled actors acting upon emotion...Dis-respect, harassment, abuse, unlawful detainment, unlawful arrest, hostile intent, deliberate, false accusations, = basically terrorist activity by uniformed and plain clothed law abusers. No evidence of criminal activity. Nothing other than emotional ego. . Not fit for purpose. Which includes all officers involved from the street to the cell.
The first male officer on scene, you could see in his eyes the barely concealed aggression and anger, it was obvious he was looking for any excuse. The senior female officer, how the hell did she move up to that rank, either diversity politics or sexual quotas, because she didn't have a clue on the terrorism act, or its sections. All she knew was how to tell you that you were under arrest. Again, she was dying to assert her powers. Under the "policing law" you have to give your details, its scary how untrained these officers are.

Great post. Please take them to the cleaners
Great comment

Its not a matter of if, but when somebody knocks her out. She can't continue to act like that. People have lawful excuse written in legislation especially when it comes to self defence. Many people would feel severely threatened by her irrational behaviour.
Maybe she does this all the time...she definitely does this all the time she is definitely single...... if she isn’t poor bloke...
" I have the power!" said the egotistical cop.
Oh dear, how very embarrassing. They struggled to string together a coherent sentence let alone conduct their enquires within the realms of their powers. This has to be one of the worst examples of poor policing captured in film for a very long time.
Or one of the BEST examples of poor policing.
You can't educate pork! literally
Women, emotion, and a bit of power = power trip.
She behaves like this on camera to a man who clearly knows more about the law than her. I can only imagine how she treats the average person who has a basic understand of the law!
Her explanation of “which law” was “policing law”.
It doesn’t get worse.
Slam dunk.
A detective constable as well, surely someone who has been promoted to a higher rank would know the law.
I really hope she doesn't have kids. If she does, I feel desperately sorry for them. If she doesn't, then I really hope she never has any.
This is such disgusting behaviour from several police officers, your work is important as it records these and holds them accountable as much as any member of the public can.
Sue them.
Arrest that man! he is doing yoga and that is unusual for a man! VERY SUSPICOUS!!
This is such a disgusting abuse of power. The fact she didn’t know which section she was arresting you under just goes to show that they detain people first, violate their rights and then figure out how to justify it later. Sickening to watch
yes its the designer arrest model

Glad you are okay and thank you for all the work you are doing exposing the Misconduct of the Police that happens on a daily bases. God bless and protect you going forward AB
They abuse all powers all the time they are simply full of shit
Truly horrifying……… Corruption in UK is off the charts! Serious changes needed
As an x police officer, a police officer is not allowed to pull out the “harassment, alarm and distress” card for themselves unless a very high threshold is met that is beyond normal policing expectation, it applies more to the public. Otherwise police officers could arrest people constantly for harassment, alarm and distress!
Appreciate your comment, very useful
Plus lying to investigate seems the norm with the poor education.
Useful and constructive comment, thank you Alex.
I literally had to watch this for the 3rd time,, that woman is seriously frustrated,,,, absolute DRAGON!!!!!
No grounds to reasonably suspect you of a crime, and an arrest which they admitted was to find out who you are, which is information they didn't have a lawful right to under the circumstances = unlawful arrest and improper exercise of Police powers.
I hope you sue again AB! These cops are ridiculous.
All their doing is sharing knowledge. Me for example never knew "filming cars" was a terrorism act in the UK
Absolutely despicable behaviour, she should lose her job. 100% win on a civil claim here.
Please tell me he took action in this.
Not ladies or gentlemen but a bunch of incompetant clowns that you and all of us are being increasingly be charged more for via our CONtax!!!!
Well said.
If this is the standard of policing in England today...... We're all in trouble. Well done AB, you are a star. Keep it up, We're all right behind you.
You mean the UK as a whole
@@idaslpdhr I've always been led to believe it's always been worse in Scotland. Not sure about Wales and Northern Ireland.
Oh yes there's a standard. it is scraping the bottom of the barrel for the dregs i say ..
This is the standard for the area. They will find any reason to arrest or to subdue.
Filming anywhere near a police station is immediately presumed as terrorism by most police. They need to ‘get a grip’ and stop using S43 (or the “policing law” 🤣) to arrest members of public on a whim. My blood was boiling watching this but I did calm down once you said you’d won the case. Good work 👏
They just keep on providing the evidence to repeal s43 because they don't know how to use it. S50 should be next.
But abdul who screams kill the west is left alone 😂
I don't think a police station was ever attacked in Britain ever.
That was a previous case he won
@@UKCHEEZ No he isn't, stop posting bigotry.
It’s scary what they got away with before people could record interactions
The arrest was so egregious in that they used made up laws and didn't even follow any procedure or policy that AB should go the whole hog and demand £10k from them. Plus retraining and demotion of the DC. She should learn that she must do her job properly and not just how she feels like it.
She can’t be demoted, she is the lowest rank.
Yep, one of the worst I've seen in a while. Total nonsense.
@@barneybiggles She can be demoted to office cleaner.
Sad but Mad- my thoughts exactly mate-well said
I would consider a private prosecution of the arresting officer.
That might make them think...
Its the only way to do it. Suing the force takes it from taxes. Sue her privately take the money from her have it on the courts records. She deserves to be absolutely ruined
This "policing law" seems all encompassing, yet un-enforceble due to it's non-existence.
the ooh ehh ahh uhhh policing law
She is the policing law
Just image how many other people she has fitted up
She has no proffessional judgement if she doesn't know the law...more worrying is that someone there knew she was out of line and they done what they always do....turn a blind eye and say nothing.
Nailed it. She's a crook in uniform
PROFESSIONAL JUDGEMENT? CAN'T USE WHAT YOU DO NOT HAVE !!!!!!

Very eloquently put.

This is a clear example of why so many crimes go unsolved. This woman didn't know her arse from her elbow. When I was serving in the Met in the 80s I remember a constable had to go round to a person's house to apologise when he screwed up.
Nothing you did was illegal, she abused her powers simply to ID you, knowing that you were going to be released straight after, as there was nothing to charge you with, not giving ID for not committing a crime isn't an arrestable offence. Bunch of imbeciles.

What frustrates me the most is that they didn't have the decency to even call the person who was dependent to let them know! How sickening is that!
That station also needs a mass audit to teach them the lesson.
Wow... the officer who arrested you had no offence. Then the officer who put cuffs on you used illegal force as they had no powers of arrest.
Then the custody officers authorised detention although no offence was stated, an offence which the arresting officer did not provide but drummed up by the custody officer. All involved need to be dealt with by their professional standards
