I am a former police officer of 31 years service and I have watched many many of these videos. It is clear to me that there is a severe failing in police training in relation to the rights of individuals in a liberal democracy as enshrinned in the Human Rights Act. These officers are like lambs to the slaugher, without the proper training they cannot cope with this situation where their authority is challanged. They keep digging themselves into a big whole. A failure in training and a failure of police senior management.

@@harveyburton5525 Police officers unlawful and tyrannical actions create a threat to citizens lives, and the police. A good cop's worst enemy, is a bad cop.
Let's address the police actions and the police wouldn't have reason to be so fearful, because what I'm seeing the whole time is just a slap on the wrist when a cop has actually broken the law and they keep getting away with it.
Tyrannical behavior cannot be accepted. Everybody, including the police, need to abide by the law.

Great post, and thank you for speaking up and voicing you're concerns.
The statement you made "without the proper training they cannot cope with this situation where their authority is challenged" is a major problem. Its like they have the lost the cognitive ability to think in any type of pressure situation or when they don't get their own way.
Many of them breaking their oath repeatedly.
As an ex-officer do you have any influence left in the force to help make a change?
Or any suggestions how we can stop this madness of dividing the public and the powers that be?
      Kind regards.

@dennytango Exactly. I think can say there is a culture going on that doesn't work in the public interest.
Take another couple of examples. First doctors. Check out what Dr Jane Barton did. Why wasn't the whistle blown?
Now look at pilots. There there's been a massive effort into changing what goes on in cockpits. There's anonymous reporting systems for errors. The difference here is that the pilots have a vested interest into things not going wrong. When it does go wrong they are killed.
In the Police and Dr case, they don't. Someone else is the victim.

That arogant bully is completely unhinged and a danger to society. Who the hell does he think he is! "I'm going to loose my temper..". Those few words say very loudly why he should not hold the position of constable. He had no idea of what Section and even after Googling for several minutes he still couldn't find it. Seizing your equipment until you provide your details is nothing short of blackmail. Worst example of a police constable I have ever seen in all my 60 years..

Definitely Anger Management Issues 🙄 ( Answer my Questions or I will Lose my Temper) 😡 I wouldn't have believed it if had not heard him say that ? A formal complaint has to be made for using Threating Behaviour to a member of the public 🤔 just so the officer knows its ( Section 5 public order) Causing Alarm and Distress by using Threatening Words and Behaviour? And the ( Terrorism Act is section 43) as the Bearded officer clearly is unaware of these ??? 🙄

They don't bother to question a person at a concert with a rucksack, even when reported by the public. Yet they criminalise a perfectly legal activity. Hi AB love what you do the words you are looking for when so many coppers alow this bully to abuse you and do nothing is they are complicit. This happens far too often. It makes them all guilty of the offence when they stand by and do nothing. Well done for what you do. I see too much police bigotry and descrimination by police officers in my own life and am glad to see some people taking a stand. On one occasion at the start of the first lockdown my neighbour called an ambulance for it to be escorted onto my road by 5 yes 5 police cars. All because they don't like or trust the people living in this road. Without knowing us or trying to get to know us. Judged as wrong uns or criminals without any reasonable proof. And you think you see the bad side of policing. Try watching what they do to travellers and keep your cool. Keep up the good work. Peace.

You are correct sir. After 12 years in the job I can categorically confirm that most 'officers'make it upnas they go along...sitting in muster rooms together writing up their notebooks together so that they can attempt to justify most of the shit they get up to. It's a disgrace and most of them are terrified of confrontation. I've seen loads of cops make excuses to avoid dealing with angry men...attaching themselves to random calls, taking an age to drive to a call in the hope another unit gets there first and even just flat out ignoring airwave traffic.

      Just a crazy idea.....
They're leaninf civil suit by civil suit, and they don't even get their pay suspended.... they get paid leave....
And go Staughton back to work. Cos there's a shortage. Cos no one wants to do the job any more, that has the best interest of the people, before their paranoia or desire to demand submission and be satisfied.... he was GOOGLING it at the end? Surely... Cos the police weren't a viable source for a law for him to justify his little ego trip.... comes to something when the criminals and public, know the law better than the ones supposed to protect and serve...
