It is called Plant 2. My DT 10L was assembled there as well as My DT 11 which with serial number 895, had EELL wood as all built to 1000 had the upgraded wood. All assembled shotguns in Plant 2 are returned to the original assembler for servicing. I had an issue with the DT10L after one year of servicing in Italy. I was offered a DT 11 in exchange. This was a fabulous shotgun. with lovely wood, crisp triggers of under 4 pounds and great patterns that aftermarket chokes could not reproduce! As I have been shooting in Europe at major events for over 22 years, I have had my Beretta shotguns for the most part serviced by Mario and his mobile workshop, until he retired a few years ago!. He was the feedback to the factory engineers for any required up grade etc. In Europe one gets free free servicing and upgrades for ones shotguns.

One does not know, seeing this film, if it is a documentary or a publicity for Beretta. Surely, Beretta must be very pleased to see such a praising overview of their industrial complex and on their products. As a viewer, however, I must say that, in this case. I do not care at all where the demarcation is. This is a completely enjoyable visit to a place that I would not have access on my own. The fact that you can go about the place, pick up whatever you want to show us, and apparently say whatever you want to say about what you are holding in your hands, is very, very pleasant to follow. The artistic direction of this video is also top notch for the category. No wonder that I eat it right up. Congratulations on an outing to a beautiful place that fills one with pleasure. Top Job!

this bought tears to my eyes. growing up shooting in UK i managed to get a new but cheap gold trigger sporting Beretta and it was the best by far i ever had. Friends i shot with ended up buying much more expensive ones than i could ever have afforded but i still loved mine. funny i made my living installing boilers made by Beretta the quality was also astounding . I look at this documentary and it brings those years back . thankyou so much

The cleanliness and obvious quality of the custom shop blew me away. In the early 2000's, I worked in the metal finish dept. at Thompson / Center at their Rochester, NH factory. The "custom shop" was one old-timer at a dimly lit workbench in the center of my department. Me and another guy helped him out when he had mirror finish jobs on barrels, etc. The Baretta shop is like another planet.

Fantastic craftsmanship and dedication goes into the making of each Beretta high end shotgun, and will last generations. Great camera work and production. May I suggest using gloves when handling these shotguns. If my dad saw you touching the barrels with naked hands, he´d make you clean and oil them thoroughly, as he did when he caught me! fifty some years ago.

Great and informative video as always. Having toured a handful of U.S. firearm factories it never ceases to amaze me the stark difference between the American and European gun makers. Beretta has done a great job of successfully blending hand craftsmanship with modern production technologies - more so than any other company I've seen. Now if only I could find a winning lottery ticket so I could afford a SL3 or a Marc Newson 486.
