This is the best gun manufacturer video I have ever watched. So professional, so detailed totally enthralling. I now want to go there for my next shotgun. Amazing 👏
i love this and all the special presentations, i.e., the two Longthorne documentaries. Well produced and edited. Keep 'em coming. You've come a long way from the early days when you and your associates would layout your favourite pellet air rifles on a table. :)
This was a trip definitely worth taking. Congratulations to the production team and to yourself, Johnny. Absolutely enchanting visit. This deserves a prize as a technical documentary video production. It also deserves accolades as being exactly what gun-lovers want to see: soul being put into steel and wood. Keep Passionate and Carry on!
I wanted a 20 gauge for casual clay and dove shooting here in the U.S., my choices were the 20 gauge Beretta EELL or the Rizzini Regal Deluxe. I went with the Rizzini.
What an experience that must have been. My envy runneth over. That S2000 mini 410 has got me wondering if I take the plunge on a nice 410 O/U, maybe the Rizzini would be the better option. More soul. I'll have to say I got a good laugh watching Edward's description of the English green and expression of Ferrari yellow hull.
The .410 is my favorite bore for skeet (along with 28 gauge). I almost ordered/purchased a 410 barrel for either my Perazzi MX8 or MX8-20, but ordering a new 410 shotgun (as a whole) would be more cost effective. Keep in mind that if lead shot is banned, and bismuth and tungsten are too expensive as alternatives, the 410, 1/2 oz. case will not accommodate the same volume-to-mass steel load. The case will be obsolete. The 28 gauge may then possibly accept a 1/2 oz. steel load.
Wow, never be so compelled to watch from start to finish, faultless production, I met the main Rizzini man at the shooting show a couple of years ago, what a true gent, I’m a Perazzi fan but would like to try the 460 and then of course take the fitting trip with John Henry from Bywell’s who took me for the Perazzi, it’s great to see that Rizzini don’t charge extra like many others, your video has definitely created much interest, thanks again for a fantastic production very informative.
You’ve really outdone yourself with this one. You’ve come a long way. You and your team have long since gone from just another “gun review channel” to an industry respected gun review and showcase channel. Think about it. If someone like Rizzini thought it important to invite you to their factory and give you a personal tour, it means that you have earned their respect and that what you have to say about their products matters to them. I’m betting Rizzini isn’t the only one following your channel.
Another great film guys, I have watched so many over the last week and was strikes me more than anything is the difference between the experience here and the one of the American factory. They feel like what we image a gun maker to be and even though not everything is done in house it's a whole village working together.
I have mine for 17 years probably have over 100,000 rounds through it sporting clays model 32-in and I'm just amazed on how they are made I love mine and I would never sell it keep it going guys
I have a left handed Rizzini made just for me and I love it. The Color Case Hardened Receiver is my favorite feature. With it's 30" Barrels, it swings ever so smoothly when I'm Shooting Sporting Clay's. My friends with their Browning Citori's hate me... 😁 I also sell Industrial Tools and Abrasives so I was salivating over all the Stocks being finished.
Johnny, you are in the Mecca of shotgun making. Rizzini shotguns are not common here in California, but all I seen have been beautifully finished. Beretta and Perazzi dominate the clay shooting parks, certainly in Southern California. Perry Pappous
TGS showing here why they are the absolute kings of gun/shooting content nowadays, can’t think of anyone that even comes close. Amazing work, what a vid this was
Hi John, spent many happy days shooting at the Italian Grand Italia championship in my younger days, loved the food, wonderful people with shooting grounds to die for. You really looked like you had a fantastic time it really shows through, this video goes up with the best you have shown so far, absolutely wonderful.
Brilliant great watch me and my old man just sat and watched with enjoyment id love to see other videos done to this standard though i guess its a tall order and alot of time. But this is probably by far one of your best.
Thanks for showing this! I'm about to buy my first over and under, and finding out about Rizzini is in the same price point as Beretta or Browning. But these fellows feels so heart warming and Rizzini seems to be quite rare in Sweden. Might endup with one.
Just to come back. YES I bought a Rizzini O/U BR110 Sporter with adjustable comb. With just 2.5 grade walnut, but atleast I got the darkest one in store. Never were interested in the quality of the wood and other details until I came across this channel. It's great to be honest, it's comfortable and the craftmanship is on point.
At 19:09 there is a box of Caesar Guerini items in the oil room. Looks like there are a few companies that do a lot of things for many of the manufactures.
Brilliant video, JC & Sash. I own a lovely 20 bore straight hand stock Rizzini which I love. Very good gunmaker and wonderful to see their passion for gun making come through in the video.
That is a world class documentary that could be shown anywhere and be considered made by the best of the best. Holiday in the sun come tgs come Attenborough’esque docu. Loving it Mr Carter and team. Can we get this on the bbc or discovery or history channel?! What has changed since 2019 with Rizzini, minus a factory tour and time with Edward King? The new guns seem to have better engraving and a gorgeous front end in the sporting. The video shows the passion of the makers and partners such as ASI, I look forward to trying a Rizzini one day.
I'm sure that was a great couple of days, and over too soon. Thanks for sharing! Now, we need a show outlining the Rizzini family, and their various companies (including that a Rizzini married a Fausti). I think their are 3 or 4 companies in the mix...
I just realized my dream gun that I'm gonna drool about in my brain is a custom Rizzini RK1 for stalking roe deer and hunting Swedish Forest grouse with small Spitz dogs
This factory tour is brilliant. It helped me make my decision to purchase my LH Sporter in 28 gauge, and I love it! Thanks Johnny and team for the documentary. Got an inexpensive SxS on order to see if I like it before I order the BR550 😉
Phenomenal video congratulations. To put it mildly the Italian gun trade is very incestuous. In that Valley there is people from every family working on everybody else's product. Some companies make parts for many other brands. Rizzini has come a long way from what they once were. They have always made a good product but now it's far better. Outsourcing reduces cost. I still prefer everything made in house.
Thanks to so much Admin You brought for your viewer a very informative channel about best gunsmaker of the world i think The Baretta, Longthrone,Rizzini best gun smith in Only in Italy❤
Very cool video, I actually just bought a Rizzini and had not yet seen this video... Makes me even more proud to be Rizzini owner. I may need to get the stock tweaked a bit but other than that it appears to be a solid, out of the case, shotgun.
TGS, you should talk trash about Krieghoff so you can get invited to tour their factory lol. Great video, this is probably the best one of yours, and certainly one of the best sporting gun factory tour videos out there.
@TGS Outdoors Fantastic! Absolutley brilliant video. The quality of your videos just keeps getting better amd better. More manufacturer tours, more Uk clay pigeon tours, more @AntMcleaenon and definitely more beautiful guns! Greetings from Austria👍🌿🇦🇹
What a great video, i have just bought a second hand Rizzini and i was not sure about it but now i am even though it was not mega money as i am just getting back into shooting after ten years away. Nice one everybody.
Around 31:24 you see the shape of the handle for an engraver's hammer. That sums up the video for me, it doesn't have to be that shape, but making it that shape makes it easier to do something really well.
An amazing video Johnny. You and your team have put something together that's truly amazing. Rizzini aren't that well known here in Australia, but I have the option to buy an older model that was imported here some time back. After watching this video, and the experience that goes into making them, makes me want it even more..😊👌
Really like the look of this side by side. Waiting for my licence to come through. Will be coming for tuition & gun fitting / buying (under £750 budget) Want to shoot clays, go beating and maybe get on some pigeon shoots 👍🏻 your channel has really got my interest. I live in west oxfordshire
Hi Johnny bought a Rizzini BR 440 loved it that much I bought another one very underrated clay gun in the uk saving for a factory visit as I want a 460 EL Great video keep up the good work
You should think about checking out RFM they are really starting to branch out. They now have an importer for the us and are building bespoke guns. I recently ordered a 24ga boxlock and it should be here before the new year.
Italians and their design/passion/love for beauty. No one else comes close.
Thanks!
This is the best gun manufacturer video I have ever watched. So professional, so detailed totally enthralling. I now want to go there for my next shotgun. Amazing 👏
Agreed!
Holland and Holland used to have one on youtube but removed it in whole and put parts of it on.
Bloody hell you just raised the bar with this one, respect to the production team. Top banana.
As an American i understand now why these works of art cost so much, unreal how many process's they go through. I GET IT NOW, I UNDERSTAND, T.Y. TGS.
As Italian I thank you for this beautiful documentary , bravo !
Extremely well made film , well done , absolutely loved it . Keep them coming .
I have to say, probably one of the best videos i have seen on a gun company- absolute top class, film making and content well done lads !
i love this and all the special presentations, i.e., the two Longthorne documentaries. Well produced and edited. Keep 'em coming. You've come a long way from the early days when you and your associates would layout your favourite pellet air rifles on a table. :)
I’m glad I purchased my Rizzini 28 gauge with 29” barrels two years ago. Shoots like a charm on pheasants!!
👏 👏 Thankyou very much
I wanted a 20 gauge for casual clay and dove shooting here in the U.S., my choices were the 20 gauge Beretta EELL or the Rizzini Regal Deluxe. I went with the Rizzini.
17:10. Wow a ducks head embossed into the stock , that IS craftsmanship !
hahahah just went back. saw it instantly and cant unsee it now

@@8s9s96 that will be a sad day. I would load tungsten for hunting, but at $1 round just for the tungsten shot, no way would I shoot clays with it.
The way he explained the reason we love guns was spot on and I subbed because of it. I couldn’t have explained it better myself.

Bertusi were stock finishers to the local trade
If you love guns, this film is a must see.
Brilliant video, JC & Sash. I own a lovely 20 bore straight hand stock Rizzini which I love. Very good gunmaker and wonderful to see their passion for gun making come through in the video.
Wow! Blown away, without doubt a fantastic experience and good to know such companies still exist.
Superb film, pure passion in every frame, thank you for sharing
The stock making is beautiful to watch.
Another brill one thanks Jonny and team
С великим удовольствием посмотрел, один из лучших обзоров по ружейной Италии.
That is a world class documentary that could be shown anywhere and be considered made by the best of the best.
Holiday in the sun come tgs come Attenborough’esque docu.
Loving it Mr Carter and team. Can we get this on the bbc or discovery or history channel?!

I'm sure that was a great couple of days, and over too soon. Thanks for sharing!

Yes I second that, seems that not all rizzinis are equal?
Ausume Magnificent videoclip!!

Amazing film! Loved every minute of it. When I saw it was an hour long I knew I was in for something great.
"its distinguished, and dignified, and then you turn it upside down and its IN YOUR FACE FERRARI"... had to pause for a bit to stop laughing

One word sums up this video: ( SUPERB )
What are the green tarp coverings for on the hill at the shooting range?
The lead shot rolls back down the hill and gets recycled
what an amazing video......thank you......
Totally enthralled.
Fabulous film. Absolutely loved it. Conveyed not only the amount of work, the skill but also so much passion for their work. Awesome. 👍

i recently ordered a William Powell continental side by side which is being made by Rizzini. My mind is now totally at ease.
