If the tires are glued and sealed properly, then no holes in the tire would allow no water or dirt in, right? Holes are to get rid of water, but if they sealed properly to begin with... why holes?
mikekoz68 The Reason there are Holes is to Air out the tire. At highspeed the tire "balloons". Your race tires bloated with air is bad for performance/grip, hence the holes to quickly release the air. Water and Dirt entering those holes are the side affect. Its mainly for Racing, not needed for bashing.
Is it just me or does the person running camera know fuck all about zoom and centering. If I had a Aka short course tire for every time the camera man screwed this up my Blitz would never need new tires.
gary that's motorex brake cleaner. they're a company that makes motorcycle fluids from switzerland. check out their site motorexusa and you can see their products. they are one of the best in the business.
i think its stupid to put holes in tires, yes it might get the dirt out but it also gets it back in just as easy. specially for water! water is gonna get in there so fast and mess up the balace of the tire when therefor its gonna handle a lot worst. also without the holes you get a bit of air stuck in there which is perfect for smooth landings. i usually go thru tire before the inside is damage so i strongly disagree with the hole idea.
what i know is based on my own experience, and not all pro players put holes in their tires. this discussion has always been around. some do some don't. i just think its stupid based on personal experience, i don't care if the whole world does it. don't be a follower try it out for your self then talk
I like to watch this one even having a sct tires before, its a nice refresher
Where the hell did you find a can of break clean that big! You can use it as a base ball bat for Christ sake lol.
Looks simple here why do other say you need to pull way back and glue inner bead?

So, in order to not let mud into my wheels i put some fuckoff big holes in the tyres instead of a 1mm hole in the rim.
so sense make you much!
These are race tires. They are for tracks. There is no mud or water
I say AKA should make a new rim design that's what they should do

I am sure you know more than the people who make tires, and win World Championships...lol
You need a new camera man. Better yet, just get a tripod.
LOL I don't think so.
I've had way better experience with proline wheels and tires, aka glue tho lol
Glue marks looks scruffy
