WOW, what a beautiful Easter basket and centerpiece. I love the loops at the top, and it's surprising how well the napkin decopages onto the ropes - it looks like you painted the chicks on there. ♥😍
FOrgot to ask. instead of napkin, can I use fabric for decoupe? On mod podge , is there one better than another? Iheard you mention water prood? Thanks
@lutishahill1393 yes you certainly can use fabric! I would paint glue on the fabric, let it dry and then cut out the design. Makes the design so much easier to cut out.
