You’ve heard of red velvet cake, well this is the lemon version of that beloved cake. It’s a tangy, zesty twist on the classic red velvet cake.

Can I use cake flour instead of all purpose?

That should be fine, but you'll need to make adjustments. For every cup of AP flour that the recipe calls for, you'll use a cup of cake flour plus 2 tablespoons.
