I too have done all of these things and mine is still turning off after about two hours.

then you need to open your ps5 and look if there is a dry spot on the cpu then replace liquid metal. if not replace the power suply

Its not the fan in all the cases, mine its doing it too and I clean the hell out of ny ps5 inside and outside. Its a software problem. If none of that work you will need to get a new one or send it to Sony.
