Tooth Extraction And Immediate Implant Placement

A broken central incisor tooth was removed and an implant placed during the same appointment. The implant was stable and able to support a fixed provisional crown on the implant on the same day. The video was filmed throughout the procedure from start to finish over a 4 month treatment plan. The patient requested a 'nice white tooth' that was longer than her previous crown.

Though the color matches perfectly, obviously the implant is wider and longer than the natural tooth.

I have to get the Same one replaced soon. It was fractured. I wonder if the procedure is faster and easier to perform if it is done the same day they remove the fractured tooth and the cost?

Wrong shape and too long; I wouldn’t be happy with this result particularly with the front teeth.
