Hi i have had a couple of implants placed in the past, each time i had a CT scan. I now need another implant, what type of scanner do you use and what are your thoughts on the risks of having multiple CT scans.
brian blade thanks for the inquiry multiple ct scans are not recommended it’s possible that your dentist can work with your previous ct scan. Not all ct scan machines are the same, newer cbct machines can take much smaller areas of scan so not exposing the whole jaw I would check with your dentist first if it’s required
