Zygomatic Implants - What are they and why they're a great solution....

Dr Bruno Silva talks about his experience with zygomatic implants. At Brighton Implant Clinic we have been placing zygomatic implants since 2013. These implants are quite different to conventional implants in that they are placed away from the usual bone positions of the mouth. The zygomatic implants are inserted into the cheekbone and they provide strong support for upper fixed teeth. We hope that they would last forever however nothing is guaranteed. In our clinic we have been placing implants since 2013 and since have had multiple patients benefit from this treatment. Some cases are more complex than others and hence the chances of success will vary from patient to patient.
