Holy cow! That was intense. Those steps elevated my heart, and it stayed slightly elevated the entire time. Loved the variety. I used 5, 8. 10, 12 17,20 25 35 and 50 lbs. I completed this after a 45-minute leg workout. I'm tired but feel energized too.❤ our bodies were made for walking. It is so good for our physical and well as mental. I do alot of praying and thinking on my walks.
I'm proud of me today. Had a look at this one - starting with lots of lunges which I find very hard and also step ups where I can feel a bit wobbly! Would have been so easy to find a different workout, but forced myself to do it and now pleased at how well I did. Work on the basis my lunges will only get better if I keep practising. I love that Tracy makes things you don't always find easy, fun and enjoyable. And upping weights and reducing reps makes you feel that you've really achieved lifting heavier than usual weights for the final 8 reps. Important to keep challenging yourself, and I did that today. Enjoy Europe - at least its stopped raining for your visit

I love a good glutes and shoulders workout! 👍I liked the added weight/descending reps format. 😁Those far reaching step ups are great for the glutes, aren't they? I really felt those! 😅
Good golly was that a workout! I always have to pause the video on leg days but I literally needed to catch my breath on this one. And oh how those reverse deficit lunges get those glutes!
