  • This video shows you how to cook chicken and egg fried rice in the Pressure King Pro.
    This Recipe can be adapted for all machines and works in 3, 5, and 6L as well as other machines such as cook works, morphs richards, and instant pot.
    The ingredients needed are as follows.
    Chicken Breast (Strips or Diced. I used diced in this video then shredded at the end mine was also frozen)
    1 oxo to make Chicken Stock - 500ml of stock.
    Frozen Peas
    3 cloves of Garlic
    1 onion
    Soy Sauce. Recipe indicates to use 3/4 of the PKP cup that came with it but it does turn it too salty. so i used 40mls which was around a 1/4 of the PKP cup.
    I used ground cumin to season the chicken, as well as a small amount of chinese five spice.
    2 eggs.
    The method is simple if you follow the video, its a great easy recipe for you to do, and its such a filling dish.
    With the ingredients i did, there was enough to feed 4 people with enough to freeze 2 portions left over. so six people out of that meal wasn't bad at all!

    I made this recipe following the video and it was one of our favourites. I think it helps to follow a recipe when you see someone else make it. You were right about the soy sauce. 😊 xx

    Had my pot about 2 years. The Chinese fried rice was the first recipe I did from the book. Never added chicken to it. Be better with onion and garlic too.
    Do you need to increase stock if adding chicken?

    Hi Sammie, I have the 6 litre, 20 function Pressureking Pro, can you tell how to cook popped corn in it, that is if you can, I would be most grateful. Hope you have a great day.

    • @iamphoenix6310
      @iamphoenix6310 6 лет назад

      Be hell of alot quicker to cook on your stove, add oil to a heated pan, take off the heat for 60 seconds, put back onto a medium heat, add your corn, put lid on and watch it pop. Pressure cooker will have you waiting for pressure to release!
