Hi, I have been given a pressure king pro but it has sat in the kitchen for a few months, I have been very dubious about using it as my nan back in the 80s had her pressure cooker explode so it scared the crap out of me. But you have made this look very simple and a very helpful video to get me started. Thank You

Love this!! Had my pkp for 2 years used it twice and both times failed as I couldn’t work it proper, so it went straight in the cupboard. I made the stew today after watching this and it has restored my faith in using it thanks to you and explaining how to use it! Great videos and recipes and I will be trying all of them!! 🙂

Thank you Sammie's? It was straight-forward and almost idiot proof. I would like to add to the recipe rather than make 'pissy' sniping comments.
In my humble opinion, you had such fine ingredients that you didn't need a stock cube (or four) nor did you need 'gravy granules' at the end. One bay leaf (no stock cubes), if you have good ingredients to start with, don't 'eff with them.
If you really REALLY think you need to thicken the stew at the end, then use a few spoons of 'insta mash' or whatever it's called locally. job done.

Hello Sammy my name is Lucy and I'm from London a friend very kindly has sent me a 5lt. Cuisine King pressure cooker as ahh long story having the kitchen done all on the cheap and have been without my stove for 5 weeks now. I was watching your video whilst you cooked a beef stew just listened again, so you are aware that really it's best to add flour as your browning the meat ,I personally love salt but still would only use one Oxo cube and Stockport sachet ( let me be clear I haven't ever used a pressure cooker ) hence I've subscribed to your channel cos your young and come across as very nice ,oh and of course I want to learn how to cook in my new gift . Sorry this message is so long but do try with the flour again as it will keep the costs down and a tad more healthier , I personally add a dash of worcestershire sauce sea salt a cube but always flour . Anyway petal best of luck to you and I shall look forward to seeing more of your videos xx

Being a total novice with PKP this has been really helpful. How much water did you put in? Did you measure it ? Do you think it would be possible to put less water in and for it still to work. Thank you very much. The instructions are not great with the PDP 6 Litre and I have been very apprehensive using it.

Hi. I have just got the 3LTR pkp. I've loved watching u cook ur beef stew. It looks yummy. Can I ask you to please show me how to do the chicken noodle soup 🍜? I've had my pkp for over 3 weeks but it's frightening me just looking at it 🤔 I would really appreciate it. I'd just like to say, out of majority of the videos I've watched. I found it much more useful due to the fact you talked us through every step.

I use a similar method to this as it is one of my favourite meals. I tend to brown the meat once it has been floured so that it thickens the stew. I like this video because it got me started on my PKP journey

Thank you for sharing that the different size machines brown in different ways. I have a smaller unit and you can't just hit the stew button. Been trying to work out why that is for ages but as you say the stew button only browns the meat initially on the large machine. !

Claire Hall hi Claire, thanks for your suggestions we will be doing more videos on how to guides to use machines etc. You only need to open your machine once it’s finished and you have done your Pressure release do not open it until all your pressure has gone. The only time u wait after ur machine has beeped is if your doing natural release.
