I have embossing folders with similar subjects as some dies, one that even came with some dies. I will play around with them, and maybe use a light colored texture for the dies. Some of my recipients have vision troubles, and may not see the accent pieces. Thanks for reminding me to bring them together to make something neat.
Thank you for the beautiful card idea! I bought that bundle and can't wait to use it now after seeing your video! I am not sure because i haven't used it but I thought the die fit in the embossing folder so you could die cut and emboss at the same time. Again great video!
I love Wink of Stella. I use it on any card I can. 😊 Another SU! demo put her die in with the folder at the same time. It clicks into the folder. Just thought I'd share. I don't have this set, but it has such beautiful flowers.
so pretty_ tfs. I wish I knew a good sandwich using the Sizzix or Spellbinders machines. I have 4 machines so I really can't justify getting the SU machine. Just got the Worn text embossing folder.
There are multiple options for this Charlotte, you can use bulletin board paper, contact paper, or photo flat lay backdrops--you can look in local craft stores, hardware stores or for the photo backdrops there are some great Etsy shops that sell a variety.
Lovely card never thought of using white on white never heard of the brush/pen you were using . Also I have a guillotine would a paper cutter be better
Deb Thill, did it emboss the flowers with the die in there too? I have this set as well and it’s it so pretty. I’ve only made one card with it so far. I had an idea in my head but it didn’t do as I thought it would so just cut the flowers and leaves out and put on solid paper. I need to play more with this set.

From experience I usually squeeze my wink of Stella on my craft mat or piece of scrap paper. Many times it will gush out. Then I don’t mar my card. 😊
I have found a gum eraser will remove the excess Wink of Stella then you can reapply if needed. Beautiful cards, Jackie!

Tfs, love the cards. Can the Bloom hybrid embossing folder and dies be used with the Big Shot machine to emboss and cut? New to card making etc.

It’s a hybrid because you can actually put the die inside the embossing folder, so you can die cut and emboss at the same time. :-) I hope that helps!
