Totally love that you found your die. I have been going through the 5 best Tuesday Tips and when I got to the part where you found your die, it just made my day!! I have had something similar happen and I have to tell you, you are so right! It can wreck your day, week or month! Happy day when found!!🥰
Beautiful cards, simplistic elegance. I do love how cheerful you always are, how you take us through each step, sharing great tips and choices and last but not least the free PDF. Thank you for being such a great teacher.
Great cards. Unfortunately, I agree with you - we've been using more and more sympathy cards. These are beautiful and I will definitely be trying them . Thanks for sharing,
Connie, yay - it showed up.............FINALLY! I think there is someone who breaks into my house and hides things from me, sometimes for 2-3 weeks - how annoying! Last year I wanted to do a card with die cut letters (NOEL). Couldn't find the E, finally showed up this year stuck to the back of something, just like your circle. Thank you for this beautiful card. My friend who celebrated her 100th birthday today will not see Feb but we're all happy that she made it to 100!
The bright colored card is perfect for your friend's birthday or or anyone's happy occasion. All beautiful cards. I have watched your videos & CASED a lot of your cards, I have even done a creative retreat. You never disappoint!
Can I just say thankyou for feeding my addiction to card making! On a lighter note I bought a desk hoover that charges with a usb and it's ace for collecting the itty bitty bits of card, glitter and embossing powder! It's now saving my sanity x
Great cards, Connie. Always good to have sympathy cards on hand and ready to go😀. So glad you shared these lovely cards, Thank You!!! I have a HINT to remove all of the little pieces from your dies. I take a Paper Pumpkin box and put the foam inside, put the paper in there and use the Pick Tool and brush!! All of the little pieces stay in the box and now you can contain them until you are done!! NO MESS😁!!!
I'm in my early 40s which isn't old, but I know an enormous amount of seniors in late 70s, eighties and nineties who were individuals that I grew up with as well as family members.
Beautiful cards. We use the bells for our dogs too! I agree sometimes it's just for attention or to go out and lay in the sun. Luckily, usually one of the 5 dogs end up going potty.
Unfortunately for me, this time he was serious and I had a bit of a mess to clean up. Get a puppy, they said. It will be so fun, they said. Aww, who am I kidding, I love that sweet little guy!
@Simply Simple Stamping | Connie Stewart I know that feeling also!!! We got a puppy in August so I totally relate! He's not getting the "no jump & no mouth". We're wishing the next month's pass fast!!! Best of luck with yours!
Might I suggest adding your sentiment and your ribbon prior to adhering the focal point to the card base so you avoid sticking it down to the base altogether? Love, love these cards!
Adding a tip that might be helpful. When using the brush to remove the bits from intricate dies, keep the paper in the die, flip over on foam pad and brush the die. This helps to not tear the die cut paper.
Connie, I have lost one of the gnome dies. I have looked and looked. They are available in the new mini catalog, because the new gnome stamps fit with them. But, gee, i sure hate to order a whole new set of gnome dies, just because I lost ONE! I am not giving up quite yet, but it has been awhile, since I last used it…. Great cards, Connie!
Hi Connie, I finally got a chance to see the replay. I loved all of your cards. I loved the retreat. The projects were beautiful, and awesome as usual. Thank you for all your tips, tricks and creativity and for sharing them with all of us.
Beautiful card. I love your demonstrations. Just a question- Could you put the sentiment on the intricate die first and place a dimensional behind where it's hidden on the back of the intricate die cut? Then when you adhere the panel to the card base it would also help to elevate the intricate die cut too. Once again, thanks for making card art so much fun!
Must have been lots of angels getting their wings! Lovely cards, Connie!!

I was thinking the same because it will be squished to the card base if sent thru the mail.
Probably! That way you could 'desticky' the adhesive before putting it on the card. Thanks for the tip!
@@simplysimplestamping I love your designs!
Sorry, I couldn’t be in the live, I hate to miss them! You always make such beautiful cards! 🥰
