ISOLATED????? Seppuku is not the answer | No Longer Human Book Talk

Still isolated? Tried fit in? Can’t numb the pain? Can’t see another way out? According to Osamu Dazai’s NO LONGER HUMAN, SEPPUKU is not the answer either.
This video is a little more serious than the others in ISOLATED? series, since I think it’s a pretty relevant topic, especially in support of MOVEMBER and men’s mental health, which can be often overlooked in society.
Beyond looking at the themes in this old book, the main message of the video is “screw societal pressure”: don’t hesitate to ask for help if you need it. Talk to someone you trust. Mental health is no joke.
