That is the most chill chihuahua I have ever seen in my life. I LOVE lentils! I can't even begin to express just how much I love lentils. I totally threw together what I had one day and it turned out insane good. It was more like a lentil stew. Thick, hearty and really flavorful. Totally different from how you did it. Anyway, I think lentils is a very forgiving food. So, no matter what you throw in there, lentils are amazing. I totally start drooling with the empanadas though. Jesu' Cristo, mujer!

Some are less than 5 minutes. 3-Bedides paper towels, we used newspaper or back then brown paper bags to soak up oil.😃

Instead of using 1 Anaheim Chili, use 1 Green Bell Pepper. I also use it in my Spaghetti, Steamed White Rice, Meat Loaf & Steak Guisado. Green Bell Pepper makes a big difference & sooo tasty 😋

I have been devouring your videos for two days now. You are so wonderful ! I am an old cook... I can and preserve and do all of that. But, my Mexican ( FAVORITE FOOD) is pretty boring.. more like Tex-Mex all the time. I"ve watched your flour tortilla video two or more times. Girl, YOU ROCK! You keep saying " as not to offend anyone"... I'm not sure how in the world you could offend anyone. I promise you, if you lived close to me... we would be shopping buddies. Keep it up! Thank you for teaching us how to do Mexican right, and what equipment to use. ( Like the pan with the tortillas).

Instead of using 1 Anaheim Chili, use 1 Green Bell Pepper. I also use it in my Spaghetti, Steamed White Rice, Meat Loaf & Steak Guisado. Green Bell Pepper makes a big difference & sooo tasty 😋

Honey I just love your show and your sis too! I am making 2 of your recipes this week wish me luck! I have one question. How does an ice cube set the flavor of what you are cooking? Im so thankful to have found a true Mexican American cook to help me. I didn't listen to my grandma when she cooked her Mexican dishes so now I am gleaning. My GI system can't handle high level heat and you have shown me low heat peppers I have not known about until recently. Thank you and love you!
