People would always try to downplay him by comparing the Buuhan fight with the Janemba one, saying that Vegito was goofing around while Gogeta straight went for the kill. If they wanted to amp fusion to potaro level, they could introduce they idea that the fusion is stronger the stronger the bond between the 2 is. This would have a cool side effect of making Gotenks somewhat relevant again as well. just a thought, though.

Depends on the Ultra Instinct. If it's mastered, Ultra Ego would be basically useless because Vegito would be dodging all the hits, making the power increase basically useless. Only thing it would be good for is giving a MASSIVE multiplier. To be honest if Vegito used UI and UE his fusion time would barely be 30 seconds.

Use UI to dodge, go UE when he's gonna be hit to amp up his power, go UI for a quick counter attack and go UE to land the hit and deal massive damage. Basically use UI for speed and then UE for power. That'd be sick to watch.
I always had this dumb idea in my head that if Goku and Vegito fused, that they would combine Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego into "Ultra Superego", after the concept of Superego, since I interpret Ultra Instinct as being Goku's Id. Doesn't fit too neatly, since the Ego is supposed to be the arbiter between the Id and the Superego, but that's my take.
i think them fusing in their ultra forms wouldn't work, the whole concept was that it had to be two people of damn near similar strength and style, now vegita has destroyer aura and goku basically has a mangekyo sharingan XD theyre so different now in terms of power that a fusion would be kind of broken.
So basically, Vegito is a psychological horror to his enemies lmao. Breaks their mental, then he just dismembers them after. On the Gogeta topic, I'd say his edge is in being a great analyst in the fight as he uses different techniques and strats to destroy Broly. First physically, then spiritually through the use of the Soul Punisher/Stardust Breaker, and finally weakening Broly by anatomy. Broly literally got the his sense beat back into him by Gogeta before he went for the killing shot. Of course, courtesy of Geekdom for covering it in-depth. Gogeta and vegito are different mentally and physically vegito is stronger then gogeta sure vegito attacks in all ways psychologically and physically while gogeta is shown to adapt to the situation and he has more of a calm and serious demeanor while vegito is more out going also gogetas portrayal in GT is quite similar to vegito but GT is it’s own beast
As strong as vegito might be now, i can only assume using any of it would cause him to immediately un-fuse due to shortening the time limit on the fusion.

They are still stretching the gap between Mortals and Gods. Beerus will always be stronger than Vegita, Goku and even Black Frieza. Toriyama just didn't plan ahead when they implied that NORMAL SSJ God Goku was using making Beerus use 70% of his power. By that logic, SSJ Blue Goku should have already been at least three times stronger than Beerus.
I personally like gogeta just a bit more because I always thought he had cooler moves in the games like raging blast and such(other than the “I’ll just use my feet” combo vegito gets because of the bonus disrespect points) and I liked gogetas design more as a kid.

Yes, Gogeta Blue was struggling against Full Power Super Saiyan Broly. A serious, near full power Gogeta Blue was hitting Full Power Super Saiyan Broly with both melee attacks, and Ki blast attacks, and Broly was taking them with absolute ease, each attack just making him more angry than hurt or damaged. Gogeta was having a difficult time permanently putting Broly down, to the point he had to use a full power Kamehameha to possibly finally defeat Broly once and for all. Gogeta was struggling in the sense that Broly just would not stay down, he kept staying on his feet. That's a struggle.

Another crazy statement about Vegito is that in a GT guidebook it doesn't just say that SSJ Vegito is probably stronger than SSJ4 Goku, it says that *BUU SAGA* SSJ Vegito is. Considering Omega Shenron is 10 stronger than Syn who is comparable to SSJ4 Goku and Buu saga SSJ3 Vegito would be 8 times stronger (since he is probably using SSJ1 grade 4, if not then oh boy he stomps), it would honestly be a close match.

This is a great analysis! I definitely agree with you over the Gogeta vs Vegito shenanigans hands down, and I can appreciate that someone can recognize the other half of martial arts in DB, the way of the mind. Martial arts isnt just about physical strength, it's also having a proper mindset, with a calm disciplined and confident closure set before you, and being able to respond naturally, or even subconsciously if you let your potential go that far. Vegito does that very well, and shows that DB is much more layered than people realize. Great video!

I'M A PROUD VEGITO FAN, AND ALWAYS HAVE BEEN. He's in my interchangeable top 3 but I'd probably say he's my favorite character. I love the fact that he attacks the opponent psychology, and how well he does it. Dude can style on anyone in Dragon Ball, and he definitely puts Gogeta in the ground in seconds if he doesn't shit talk him first.

They’re equal strength and have the “same weakness”, guessing that’s time limit. But he did say their personalities is the out layers. So if we can take this video evidence into account. It’s basically calculated aggression(gogeta) vs extreme calculated genius(vegito). But then again there’s not really anything offical making gogeta equal to vegito. In regards to Gogeta, both times he appeared he had an immense power difference from his opponent. With Janemba, he ended that fight in a single flurry, a couple of knees to the face and a single ki attack. He had no reason to bother with demoralizing his opponent to lower his strength. The difference was just that vast. With Broly, Gogeta seemed to want to test his own strength. Purposefully holding back as a super saiyan. When Broly evolved further, continuing his seemingly limitless growth, Gogeta decided it was over. Against a blindly raging opponent, no amount of psychological attacks would work. Broly was just blindly raging. With Janemba, it was pointless. Gogeta hasn't had time to really shine against an opponent where psychological attacks were useful, or necessary to the win. This is not to say that Gogeta is remotely close to Vegito, he's not. But he hasn't needed to show off his own genius against an opponent before. In GT, Gogeta did use psychological warfare to GREAT effect on Omega Shenron, but ultimately fell short due to the timer being significantly reduced due to the strain of Super Saiyan 4. Gogeta definitely is a little more carefree with enjoying a good fight, playing easy with his foes against Broly and against Omega, but Janemba was a different story. Gogeta I think hasn't truly shown off much of his talents. Vegito had better scenarios to show off his genius with defusing Super Buu as a plan, and demoralizing an Immortal enemy to weaken them to the point of being able to kill said immortal. Gogeta, in Fusion Reborn and in the Broly movie only needed his raw power and didn't have to deal with a foe with any kind of special traits. At best, Broly's seemingly limitless potential to rapidly grow was his only issue, but the blind rage prevented him from psychological attacks.
As a long time Dragonball aficionado myself I absolutely agree 💯 percent. I don't think people realize that when the Potara fusion takes place, the 2 fused beings become a new entity altogether. Vegito is by far my favorite fused Dragonball character (although super Saiyan 4 Gogeta in Dragonball GT was pretty badass). The fusion dance creates a fused fighter that is not a new entity but a true fusion of the 2 fighters, the Potara fusion is meant to be more permanent meaning the fused parties become a new entity altogether which is why I enjoy Vegito so much. Power level is among the best ever created, it's his fighting intelligence that I respect the most. Vegeta is an amazing fighter, some say Goku is impeccable & when you combine the 2 you get a fighter that truly understands what it takes to be the best fighter of ALL time. Goku has the right mindedness & understands the need to control ki, Vegeta has the bravado and Saiyan instinct. This video is extremely WELL DONE! Seriously this was an amazing watch & I appreciate how much effort you put into your research. Keep up the good work ✌️

He could've won the Buu fight if he had just killed Buu and IT'd to New Namek and wished his friends back. That would've been a way more safe and less risky plan than just stupidly letting him absorb him. Vegito isn't smart. He just got stupidly lucky.
Gogeta did the smart thing in both fights. With Janemba he concentrated positive energy into an attack to negate the evil energy Janemba was made of. With Broly he knew that energy projectiles didn't seem to be working on him which is what Goku and Vegeta had been trying on Broly. He only got madder and stronger. So Gogeta knew to weaken him through body shots and jabs, breaking down his barriers and making hin more susceptible to massive energy attacks. Which is what happens in the final half of the fight.

Its a vague statement meaning Jiren could have been actually much weaker and it was mostly skill or that he was only slightly weaker and skill played only some part. As for Potara in ToP the dozens statement doesn't change anything as again its vague cause it could be any number of dozens its not a definitive nerf for potara.
15:26 I actually think Gogeta knew Broly would be wished away before the Kamehameha connected, since he reacted to Shenron being summoned(and knew it wasn't Frieza summoning him). So I take the Kamehameha not as a kill move, but a "this is how much stronger I am than you" move. He also doesn't have a surprised reaction to Broly teleporting away, which is another tell that he precog'd the wish being done.
I think ya gotta rewatch the scene, gogeta is for sure suprised. Also gogeta isn’t aware of chelai and Lemo or their relationship with broly. Him knowing it’s not frieza wouldn’t give him any reason to think someone would be trying to save broly. Nah, he definitely was going to wipe out Broly. I’m not too sure on this, but Gogeta and Vegito are their own entities, and pretty much are their own people, in my opinion. Gogeta tried to calm down Broly with the soul punisher, and it didn’t work because Broly wasn’t evil. It worked on Janemba because he was the embodiment of evil, and Janemba reverted back into that regular Afterlife Worker, lol. The Soul Punisher is supposed to get rid of evil, once Gogeta saw that it didn’t work, and Broly was just rampaging, he knew he needed to kill him.
Gogeta didn't know that at all; the moment Stardust Breaker didn't work on Broly (Remember, Broly was grieving Paragus' death when he turned LSSJ then rampaging seconds after. Stardust Breaker wipes out any and all evil within a being's soul + the binding technique Goku did as a SSJ God also failed to restrain Broly; as stated, Broly in Super isn't evil), Gogeta was gonna kill Broly right then & there.

Goku isn't dumb, he's just passive. He knows how to use what he knows good enough to get what he wants, to put it simply. Although he doesn't have a very diverse vocabulary, he knows how to articulate himself well and make very important decisions throughout the series. His passivity, child-like naivete, and habit of acting coy or confused is just how he communicates his innocence and purity. It's his way of setting himself apart from his peers and his opponents.
Well goku is stupid outside of fighting, but goku in fighting he is a master artist in terms of iq, sense he learns to be a martial artist all his life.

The usual argument is that Vegeta and Goku don't like to fuse but the reason is that fusions are too strong, Vegito or Gogeta would have wiped the floor with Jiren. The thing is, depending what multipliers you take, Vegito SSJ3 is stronger than Goku SSJG. There are two main theories for fusion that I've heard, the first one says that the base power of a fusion is equal to the sum of the maximum power of both parts, so with this theory Vegito base will be equal to Goku SSJ3 + Vegeta SSJ2. The second theory says that the base power level of both fighters are multiplied and that is the base level of the fusion. With the first theory and if you take the maximum multiplier I've seen around for SSJG which are either 1 million or 2 million, SSJG Goku will actually be stronger. With the second theory however, Vegito SSJ3 would be much stronger than Goku SSJG. Although Goku said in his fight against Beerus that not even with the fusion he would have reached that power level but we must remember one important thing, SSJG has Ki while Vegito didn't, so in my opinion is very much posible that in terms of raw power SSJ3 Vegito would have been stronger but that doesn't mean he would actually be stronger or capable of defeating a SSJG.

Beerus just happened to be even stronger than what Goku felt before. This is even faster the initial ritual failed where Goku became stronger than anything in the Buu Saga and Goku still didn’t feel comfortable fighting Beerus.

As a Dragon Ball FighterZ player I can confirm, with the experience of fighting Vegito Blue as he is in the game now, He would truly be unstoppable in True Mastered Ultra Instinct.
It is my head canon that Beerus could only use a small percentage of his power in Battle of Gods because he was asleep for so long. A similar concept to Gohan in Resurrection F where he could barely go SSJ.
Plus he likely hasn't fought anyone near SSJG Goku for millennia so his skills could be rusty, especially since he's also probably groggy from waking up early.
I gotta disagree here. We've only ever seen Whis play around and not once has he been shown to take anything seriously when it comes to fighting. He took down Beerus with one little chop and just danced around with Broly who could still take blows from Blue Gogeta. I believe that Whis is far and above any fusion or form that Goku and Vegeta have or could pull off anytime soon.

Whis has never fought even somewhat seriously, power scaling him makes as much sense as scaling Freeza's maximum power (which we now presume to be Black Freeza) based on his first form on Namek before he fought anyone. There is literally no evidence that any of the mortal characters are even close to Whis. The fact that Seth had to resort to the awful, thousand-time debunked "god scale" to be able to argue Vegito was on his level tells it all

Beerus Stan’s will still say Beerus is stronger because we haven’t seen Beerus at 100% power even though he should of been surpassed by the end of TOP and at latest the Moro arc. EDIT: I’m specifically referring to Anime Beerus who should have easily been surpassed by the TOP if not the Moro Arc.
Nah, post Moro arc, Vegeta still stood no chance against Beerus. Chapter 69, they fight, and Beerus barely even tried, despite Vegeta training with the yardrats and being relative to UI Omen Goku (he fought Moro right after UI Omen Goku lost, and performed better against Moro). Beerus is still wayyyy stronger, he still has access to UI Omen too. He’s insanely powerful in the manga. He took on multiple GoD’s at once, and almost won before the T.O.P. Happened

Honestly its hard to tell as we have never seen Whis pushed at all, or Beerus. I mean you got ultra instinct and ego and the real question becomes if they have even used those moves. I think they are at base, like goku without transforming.
As a long-time fan of Dragon Ball, for me, I love both fusions and I couldn't care less about who is stronger than the other, I think they're unique in their ways and both are badasses. If you love Dragon Ball for real then you'd appreciate both and what they can do when fused simple as that. Great video love your content!
Imo I think Gogeta and Vegito using the ultra forms would honestly be counterproductive. Ultra Instinct and Ego are polar opposites when it comes to using them, you need to have your mind clear and free of doubt and emotions to use UI and you need to be obsessive and continuously focused on destruction to use UE. Their fighting styles are also complete opposites, one needs to you dodge while the other relies on tanking hits. Goku and Vegeta have individually mastered their forms, mixing their personalities would deter them from using one of the ultra forms properly Gogeta/Vegito would benefit a lot more if they stuck to the SSB forms and found a way to ascend from there, maybe they could go SSBE3+Kaioken×20 thanks to their bodies being more durable? Idk
The main issue with that idea is that you’re running under the assumption that Vegito and Gogeta operate that way despite having no supporting evidence. At no point does Vegito or Gogeta refer to themselves as Goku or Vegeta, instead claiming their own unique individuality. They’re not Goku and they’re not Vegeta, they are simply Gogeta and Vegito. If anything, having the knowledge of the forms their parts possess would actually make it fully possible for them to activate them at will and they’d probably do so to a greater effect due to their heightened intelligence. Vegito and Gogeta also use their own unique abilities and fighting styles, further separating themselves from Goku and Vegeta. Vegitos displayed abilities that Goku and Vegeta have never shown before, has shown intelligence in battle that surpasses Gohan and Piccolos, and has the knowledge of Ultra Instinct that Goku has cultivated to the point where he’s achieved something beyond Mastery of the technique. And we have to remember, Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego are techniques rather than transformations. Given Vegitos sheer prowess in combat, intelligence, and Gokus understanding of Ultra Instinct I’d argue at least Vegito could use Mastered Ultra Instinct at will. And that requirement for Ultra Ego also has nothing backing it up, Vegeta simply stated that he learned it from Beerus and the form isn’t elaborated on further unlike Ultra Instinct which has been explained in depth from Whis and other reliable sources within DBS.

To add to your point on ki, the Dragonball superheroes movie double downs on this with vegeta saying jirens attack potency wasn’t that much greater than theres but his focus, precision, and ki control were astronomically better.
I like that this is about Vegetto over Gogeta. I know the debate between the two is as old as time. But to me. Vegetto favors Vegeta and Gogeta favors Goku. The mild difference between the two is the personality. Gogeta brings out the nobility and heroics within Goku out of Vegeta, and Vegetto brings out the arrogance and pride of a warrior out of Goku. Bringing out Goku’s warrior pride is a way larger buff, IMO, than improving Vegeta’s warrior heart. It’s debatable with Super and Vegeta’s focused development on his mind and spirit being a source of improvement. But I’m going w Goku bringing out his inner Chad is the more powerful buff. Vegetto > Gogeta. Head canon or actual canon. W/E. PS- SS4 Gogeta is just so amazed at his own power he’s just dumb arrogant so let’s ignore the “bringing out nobility and heroism” comment

The way I've always seen Fusion vs. Potara is that they've both got equal potential, but Potara is guaranteed to give a perfect fusion between 2 fighters, whereas Fusion is dependent on the performance of the dance. So, unless both fighters perform the dance absolutely perfectly, it'll always end up being worse than Potara.

I could only see Vegito > Gogeta being plausible if you assume the strongest fighter lowering their power level would actually affect the resulting fusion’s strength, which might not be the case. Even so, the dance won’t work if the gap between powers is large enough to make a difference, and Goku and Vegeta are basically equals nowadays

Vegito would have both. He’s the ultimate fighter and the greatest master in the universe. Remember potara doesn’t just enhance strength, it enehances all of it’s component’s abilities. Which means Vegito has better mastery of both their arsenals. Fusion on the other hand has no such statements.
I don't see any reason why he couldn't, conceptually anyway. UI and UE are basically chaos and order (yin and yang). Seeing how Vegito is the perfect warrior, I wouldn't be surprised in the least if this is an actual thing that shows up down the line. A true master not favoring one side of the coin over the other type line would fit well.
UI = water, UE= fire and together =steam Anything is possible at this point. A new transformation will definitely come from this. Imagine the toys it will sell $$$😂
Okay, this is off subject but I've had this theory for quite some time. I'm almost 100% positive that the fusion dance is summoning some kind spirit of some kind that takes over the two bodies and mixes their powers in the body in the most showboaty they can. Gotenks and gogita both act nearly the same and were more worried about having cool entrance scenes than the actual fight at hand. (And my own personal detail I feel I've noticed) they both seem to base the style of their attack styles on sports like volleyball and basketball. It's just odd that the 4 all act like sports fans, but vegito act like a mix of their 2.
I'm glad Seth actually came to the same conclusion I did when scaling these DB characters, for years I had to debate people and I continuously said the movie character scaling is absurd, Broly through statements and feats should logically be beyond universal+, same with Gogeta from Fusion Reborn and possibly Goku as well since he shook the entire afterlife with just powering up, the afterlife being possibly bigger than the living universe because it houses old and new souls that have passed on and then there's also Grand Kai's realm which is possibly universal in size, having galaxies and such within it and then you have statements like "Broly is the strongest antagonist in the movies", some people say just the Z movies but even if we agree on that, he's stronger than the Super movie antagonists as well, seeing as it's arguable of Broly and Cell Max are Beerus level and Beerus is a Z movie antagonist, coming from the movie "Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods" it's not really far fetched to believe Broly is stronger than Super Broly anyways due to the way he's scaled, we know he destroyed most of the south quadrant of galaxies and he did this while restrained with the crown on his head, meaning that any feats he had was him while nerfed and let's say hypothetically his full power in Super Saiyan at that point in time is universal, Legendary Super Saiyan is FAR superior in terms of power and it's a constantly rising thing on top of that, Goku's scaling is also ignored in that movie because you have him causing a weakened Broly to bleed with a kick but then later Super Vegeta's ki blast can't even make Broly flinch before he even transformed and lost the crown, so either Broly passively grows in power regardless of the form just constantly or Goku in base is stronger than everyone else present (which I wouldn't put it past them to do, it's movie Goku after all..) and in Super Saiyan which is a 50x increase, possibly more since he's probably using Grade 4 and he can't even damage Broly at all, even with help and using Kamehameha with a 2.2x increase it didn't scratch him, and at the end of the movie the infamous punch he landed on Broly could've possibly been a Spirit Bomb type of attack to actually hurt him, the reason I say this is because we know the Spirit Bomb can hurt you as long as you have evil in your heart, regardless of the strength of the person using it, I also wanna point out that I will never use Second Coming or Bio Broly for scaling the original as Second Coming is a weaker version and Bio Broly is a clone who lost to Goten, Trunks and Krillin, but yeah..him being hit with a Spirit Bomb would explain the explosion that happened to his body and how Goku somehow was able to harm him, because if you paid attention Goku's punch landing didn't hurt Broly but whatever energy he put into it did...

I'm pretty sure El manga legendario states that even if Goku and Gohan fused through the potara, their fusion would not be stronger than vegito because of the rival boost.

I always had this dumb idea in my head that if Goku and Vegito fused, that they would combine Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego into "Ultra Superego", after the concept of Superego, since I interpret Ultra Instinct as being Goku's Id.
Doesn't fit too neatly, since the Ego is supposed to be the arbiter between the Id and the Superego, but that's my take.

On the Gogeta topic, I'd say his edge is in being a great analyst in the fight as he uses different techniques and strats to destroy Broly. Broly literally got the his sense beat back into him by Gogeta before he went for the killing shot. Of course, courtesy of Geekdom for covering it in-depth. Toriyama just didn't plan ahead when they implied that NORMAL SSJ God Goku was using making Beerus use 70% of his power. By that logic, SSJ Blue Goku should have already been at least three times stronger than Beerus.

Yes, Gogeta Blue was struggling against Full Power Super Saiyan Broly. A serious, near full power Gogeta Blue was hitting Full Power Super Saiyan Broly with both melee attacks, and Ki blast attacks, and Broly was taking them with absolute ease, each attack just making him more angry than hurt or damaged. Gogeta was having a difficult time permanently putting Broly down, to the point he had to use a full power Kamehameha to possibly finally defeat Broly once and for all. Gogeta was struggling in the sense that Broly just would not stay down, he kept staying on his feet. That's a struggle.

Vegito will always be the strongest fusion! apart from that he looks extremely cool, has an admirable badass character and comes across as super cool! his fighting style is also outstanding. Most of the time he only needs his legs to fight because the opponents are usually too weak for him to have to use his hands. He acts according to the motto: make me use my hands. He is and remains the coolest character i love him!

Considering Omega Shenron is 10 stronger than Syn who is comparable to SSJ4 Goku and Buu saga SSJ3 Vegito would be 8 times stronger (since he is probably using SSJ1 grade 4, if not then oh boy he stomps), it would honestly be a close match.

This is a great analysis! I definitely agree with you over the Gogeta vs Vegito shenanigans hands down, and I can appreciate that someone can recognize the other half of martial arts in DB, the way of the mind. Martial arts isnt just about physical strength, it's also having a proper mindset, with a calm disciplined and confident closure set before you, and being able to respond naturally, or even subconsciously if you let your potential go that far. Vegito does that very well, and shows that DB is much more layered than people realize. Great video!

I'M A PROUD VEGITO FAN, AND ALWAYS HAVE BEEN. He's in my interchangeable top 3 but I'd probably say he's my favorite character. I love the fact that he attacks the opponent psychology, and how well he does it. Dude can style on anyone in Dragon Ball, and he definitely puts Gogeta in the ground in seconds if he doesn't shit talk him first.

In regards to Gogeta, both times he appeared he had an immense power difference from his opponent. With Janemba, he ended that fight in a single flurry, a couple of knees to the face and a single ki attack. He had no reason to bother with demoralizing his opponent to lower his strength. The difference was just that vast. With Broly, Gogeta seemed to want to test his own strength. Purposefully holding back as a super saiyan. When Broly evolved further, continuing his seemingly limitless growth, Gogeta decided it was over. Against a blindly raging opponent, no amount of psychological attacks would work. Broly was just blindly raging. With Janemba, it was pointless. Gogeta hasn't had time to really shine against an opponent where psychological attacks were useful, or necessary to the win. This is not to say that Gogeta is remotely close to Vegito, he's not. But he hasn't needed to show off his own genius against an opponent before. In GT, Gogeta did use psychological warfare to GREAT effect on Omega Shenron, but ultimately fell short due to the timer being significantly reduced due to the strain of Super Saiyan 4. Gogeta definitely is a little more carefree with enjoying a good fight, playing easy with his foes against Broly and against Omega, but Janemba was a different story. Gogeta I think hasn't truly shown off much of his talents. Vegito had better scenarios to show off his genius with defusing Super Buu as a plan, and demoralizing an Immortal enemy to weaken them to the point of being able to kill said immortal. Gogeta, in Fusion Reborn and in the Broly movie only needed his raw power and didn't have to deal with a foe with any kind of special traits. At best, Broly's seemingly limitless potential to rapidly grow was his only issue, but the blind rage prevented him from psychological attacks.

As a long time Dragonball aficionado myself I absolutely agree 💯 percent. I don't think people realize that when the Potara fusion takes place, the 2 fused beings become a new entity altogether. Vegito is by far my favorite fused Dragonball character (although super Saiyan 4 Gogeta in Dragonball GT was pretty badass). The fusion dance creates a fused fighter that is not a new entity but a true fusion of the 2 fighters, the Potara fusion is meant to be more permanent meaning the fused parties become a new entity altogether which is why I enjoy Vegito so much. Power level is among the best ever created, it's his fighting intelligence that I respect the most. Vegeta is an amazing fighter, some say Goku is impeccable & when you combine the 2 you get a fighter that truly understands what it takes to be the best fighter of ALL time. Goku has the right mindedness & understands the need to control ki, Vegeta has the bravado and Saiyan instinct. This video is extremely WELL DONE! Seriously this was an amazing watch & I appreciate how much effort you put into your research. Keep up the good work ✌️

Gogeta did the smart thing in both fights.
With Janemba he concentrated positive energy into an attack to negate the evil energy Janemba was made of.
With Broly he knew that energy projectiles didn't seem to be working on him which is what Goku and Vegeta had been trying on Broly. He only got madder and stronger. So Gogeta knew to weaken him through body shots and jabs, breaking down his barriers and making hin more susceptible to massive energy attacks. Which is what happens in the final half of the fight.

So I take the Kamehameha not as a kill move, but a "this is how much stronger I am than you" move. He also doesn't have a surprised reaction to Broly teleporting away, which is another tell that he precog'd the wish being done.

Nah, he definitely was going to wipe out Broly. I’m not too sure on this, but Gogeta and Vegito are their own entities, and pretty much are their own people, in my opinion. Gogeta tried to calm down Broly with the soul punisher, and it didn’t work because Broly wasn’t evil. It worked on Janemba because he was the embodiment of evil, and Janemba reverted back into that regular Afterlife Worker, lol. The Soul Punisher is supposed to get rid of evil, once Gogeta saw that it didn’t work, and Broly was just rampaging, he knew he needed to kill him.
Gogeta didn't know that at all; the moment Stardust Breaker didn't work on Broly (Remember, Broly was grieving Paragus' death when he turned LSSJ then rampaging seconds after. Goku isn't dumb, he's just passive. He knows how to use what he knows good enough to get what he wants, to put it simply. Although he doesn't have a very diverse vocabulary, he knows how to articulate himself well and make very important decisions throughout the series. His passivity, child-like naivete, and habit of acting coy or confused is just how he communicates his innocence and purity. It's his way of setting himself apart from his peers and his opponents.

@@alexdeghost2729 to be fair ssjg wasn't either and fusions don't appear much in the series because the concept is too OP. The usual argument is that Vegeta and Goku don't like to fuse but the reason is that fusions are too strong, Vegito or Gogeta would have wiped the floor with Jiren.
The thing is, depending what multipliers you take, Vegito SSJ3 is stronger than Goku SSJG. There are two main theories for fusion that I've heard, the first one says that the base power of a fusion is equal to the sum of the maximum power of both parts, so with this theory Vegito base will be equal to Goku SSJ3 + Vegeta SSJ2. The second theory says that the base power level of both fighters are multiplied and that is the base level of the fusion.
With the first theory and if you take the maximum multiplier I've seen around for SSJG which are either 1 million or 2 million, SSJG Goku will actually be stronger.
With the second theory however, Vegito SSJ3 would be much stronger than Goku SSJG.
Although Goku said in his fight against Beerus that not even with the fusion he would have reached that power level but we must remember one important thing, SSJG has Ki while Vegito didn't, so in my opinion is very much posible that in terms of raw power SSJ3 Vegito would have been stronger but that doesn't mean he would actually be stronger or capable of defeating a SSJG.
@@ivanmunoz9055 None of what you said matters because after his first face off against Beerus, Goku, who knows the power of Vegito, says that he would still stand no chance against Beerus but once he becomes Super Saiyan God, is comfortable with the idea of fighting him. Beerus just happened to be even stronger than what Goku felt before. This is even faster the initial ritual failed where Goku became stronger than anything in the Buu Saga and Goku still didn’t feel comfortable fighting Beerus.
Those boosts lost their meaning a long time ago power levels literally don’t matter. Either someone is really weak, weak, strong, or super strong. That’s it.

As a Dragon Ball FighterZ player I can confirm, with the experience of fighting Vegito Blue as he is in the game now, He would truly be unstoppable in True Mastered Ultra Instinct.
It is my head canon that Beerus could only use a small percentage of his power in Battle of Gods because he was asleep for so long. A similar concept to Gohan in Resurrection F where he could barely go SSJ.

I gotta disagree here. We've only ever seen Whis play around and not once has he been shown to take anything seriously when it comes to fighting. He took down Beerus with one little chop and just danced around with Broly who could still take blows from Blue Gogeta.

Whis has never fought even somewhat seriously, power scaling him makes as much sense as scaling Freeza's maximum power (which we now presume to be Black Freeza) based on his first form on Namek before he fought anyone. There is literally no evidence that any of the mortal characters are even close to Whis. The fact that Seth had to resort to the awful, thousand-time debunked "god scale" to be able to argue Vegito was on his level tells it all
Whis stopped Moro fused with Earth's punch with a single finger and not even paying him any mind. A threat that Beerus determined was worth getting involved himself before plot made him not. I just don't understand how people think any of the main cast is anywhere near Whis.

Nah, post Moro arc, Vegeta still stood no chance against Beerus. Chapter 69, they fight, and Beerus barely even tried, despite Vegeta training with the yardrats and being relative to UI Omen Goku (he fought Moro right after UI Omen Goku lost, and performed better against Moro). Beerus is still wayyyy stronger, he still has access to UI Omen too. He’s insanely powerful in the manga. He took on multiple GoD’s at once, and almost won before the T.O.P. Happened

As a long-time fan of Dragon Ball, for me, I love both fusions and I couldn't care less about who is stronger than the other, I think they're unique in their ways and both are badasses. Imo I think Gogeta and Vegito using the ultra forms would honestly be counterproductive. Ultra Instinct and Ego are polar opposites when it comes to using them, you need to have your mind clear and free of doubt and emotions to use UI and you need to be obsessive and continuously focused on destruction to use UE. Their fighting styles are also complete opposites, one needs to you dodge while the other relies on tanking hits. Goku and Vegeta have individually mastered their forms, mixing their personalities would deter them from using one of the ultra forms properly
Gogeta/Vegito would benefit a lot more if they stuck to the SSB forms and found a way to ascend from there, maybe they could go SSBE3+Kaioken×20 thanks to their bodies being more durable? Idk

The main issue with that idea is that you’re running under the assumption that Vegito and Gogeta operate that way despite having no supporting evidence. At no point does Vegito or Gogeta refer to themselves as Goku or Vegeta, instead claiming their own unique individuality. They’re not Goku and they’re not Vegeta, they are simply Gogeta and Vegito. If anything, having the knowledge of the forms their parts possess would actually make it fully possible for them to activate them at will and they’d probably do so to a greater effect due to their heightened intelligence. Vegito and Gogeta also use their own unique abilities and fighting styles, further separating themselves from Goku and Vegeta. Vegitos displayed abilities that Goku and Vegeta have never shown before, has shown intelligence in battle that surpasses Gohan and Piccolos, and has the knowledge of Ultra Instinct that Goku has cultivated to the point where he’s achieved something beyond Mastery of the technique. And we have to remember, Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego are techniques rather than transformations. Given Vegitos sheer prowess in combat, intelligence, and Gokus understanding of Ultra Instinct I’d argue at least Vegito could use Mastered Ultra Instinct at will.
And that requirement for Ultra Ego also has nothing backing it up, Vegeta simply stated that he learned it from Beerus and the form isn’t elaborated on further unlike Ultra Instinct which has been explained in depth from Whis and other reliable sources within DBS.

I think the only the that might be counter productive is the dodging/taking hits. I like that this is about Vegetto over Gogeta. I know the debate between the two is as old as time.
But to me. Vegetto favors Vegeta and Gogeta favors Goku. The mild difference between the two is the personality. Gogeta brings out the nobility and heroics within Goku out of Vegeta, and Vegetto brings out the arrogance and pride of a warrior out of Goku.
Bringing out Goku’s warrior pride is a way larger buff, IMO, than improving Vegeta’s warrior heart. It’s debatable with Super and Vegeta’s focused development on his mind and spirit being a source of improvement. But I’m going w Goku bringing out his inner Chad is the more powerful buff.
Vegetto > Gogeta. Head canon or actual canon. W/E.

The way I've always seen Fusion vs. Potara is that they've both got equal potential, but Potara is guaranteed to give a perfect fusion between 2 fighters, whereas Fusion is dependent on the performance of the dance. So, unless both fighters perform the dance absolutely perfectly, it'll always end up being worse than Potara.

I could only see Vegito > Gogeta being plausible if you assume the strongest fighter lowering their power level would actually affect the resulting fusion’s strength, which might not be the case. Even so, the dance won’t work if the gap between powers is large enough to make a difference, and Goku and Vegeta are basically equals nowadays

No vegito will have ui,vegito is way more patient than gogeta.
Vegito would have both. He’s the ultimate fighter and the greatest master in the universe. Remember potara doesn’t just enhance strength, it enehances all of it’s component’s abilities. Which means Vegito has better mastery of both their arsenals. Fusion on the other hand has no such statements.

I don't see any reason why he couldn't, conceptually anyway. UI and UE are basically chaos and order (yin and yang). Seeing how Vegito is the perfect warrior, I wouldn't be surprised in the least if this is an actual thing that shows up down the line. A true master not favoring one side of the coin over the other type line would fit well.

Okay, this is off subject but I've had this theory for quite some time.
I'm almost 100% positive that the fusion dance is summoning some kind spirit of some kind that takes over the two bodies and mixes their powers in the body in the most showboaty they can. Gotenks and gogita both act nearly the same and were more worried about having cool entrance scenes than the actual fight at hand. (And my own personal detail I feel I've noticed) they both seem to base the style of their attack styles on sports like volleyball and basketball. It's just odd that the 4 all act like sports fans, but vegito act like a mix of their 2.
I'm glad Seth actually came to the same conclusion I did when scaling these DB characters, for years I had to debate people and I continuously said the movie character scaling is absurd, Broly through statements and feats should logically be beyond universal+, same with Gogeta from Fusion Reborn and possibly Goku as well since he shook the entire afterlife with just powering up, the afterlife being possibly bigger than the living universe because it houses old and new souls that have passed on and then there's also Grand Kai's realm which is possibly universal in size, having galaxies and such within it and then you have statements like "Broly is the strongest antagonist in the movies", some people say just the Z movies but even if we agree on that, he's stronger than the Super movie antagonists as well, seeing as it's arguable of Broly and Cell Max are Beerus level and Beerus is a Z movie antagonist, coming from the movie "Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods" it's not really far fetched to believe Broly is stronger than Super Broly anyways due to the way he's scaled, we know he destroyed most of the south quadrant of galaxies and he did this while restrained with the crown on his head, meaning that any feats he had was him while nerfed and let's say hypothetically his full power in Super Saiyan at that point in time is universal, Legendary Super Saiyan is FAR superior in terms of power and it's a constantly rising thing on top of that, Goku's scaling is also ignored in that movie because you have him causing a weakened Broly to bleed with a kick but then later Super Vegeta's ki blast can't even make Broly flinch before he even transformed and lost the crown, so either Broly passively grows in power regardless of the form just constantly or Goku in base is stronger than everyone else present (which I wouldn't put it past them to do, it's movie Goku after all..) and in Super Saiyan which is a 50x increase, possibly more since he's probably using Grade 4 and he can't even damage Broly at all, even with help and using Kamehameha with a 2.2x increase it didn't scratch him, and at the end of the movie the infamous punch he landed on Broly could've possibly been a Spirit Bomb type of attack to actually hurt him, the reason I say this is because we know the Spirit Bomb can hurt you as long as you have evil in your heart, regardless of the strength of the person using it, I also wanna point out that I will never use Second Coming or Bio Broly for scaling the original as Second Coming is a weaker version and Bio Broly is a clone who lost to Goten, Trunks and Krillin, but yeah..him being hit with a Spirit Bomb would explain the explosion that happened to his body and how Goku somehow was able to harm him, because if you paid attention Goku's punch landing didn't hurt Broly but whatever energy he put into it did...
When he said that broly was stronger than the other Z villains. I'm 99.9 percent sure he meant the original 13 dbz movies.

@@kawakiuzumaki5934 There's more than one version of Broly, the original is stronger because of how the old movies worked in terms of power scaling and hax abilities, I don't even need to really explain how powerful Broly would have to be to scale above characters like Janemba or Hyrudegarn who are most definitely universal+ in power, especially in Janemba's case and Janemba is powerful enough that he breaks concepts like life and death, and he's got a body that can only really be beaten by attacks that purify him since it seems like once he transforms his body is durable enough to withstand attacks from characters like Gogeta who should be many times stronger than the Goku who shook the entire afterlife and it's been said Broly scales above them in power.
