I will say it now this is the best looking green zaku out there. The longer kilt, the backpack, that slight edgy corner of the shield. Incredible!

I know it’s 5 years late but the screw covers nub wasn’t supposed to be trimmed, that’s what the manual says, don’t cut.

The articulation is kinda forgivable because they designed it with the Big Gun in mind and they always could've used EWAC blue and made it an abomination.

I should mention, the Big Gun's color scheme makes it look like it is from ZZ Gundam, kinda.

The mobile suit looks like that on purpose because this ms is made exclusively for zeon soldiers who lost legs or arms in battle it tells u in the manga

The baby blue looks like something that might work alright with a thin coat of light gray over it. (Me I'm thinking of the Fortress Gray from Warhammer 40K). As for the Zaku aesthetics, it looks like the skirt is longer, covering more of the thigh, and then the shin is longer, covering part of the foot...sorta like a heavy armor variant or something, or recoil protection. This is probably also what is making it look like it has dwarf legs, since it makes the shin look much longer than the thigh.
