    Thank you
You are the only person anyway that I could find who explained how to use the K6 .
I find it difficult to understand that Kingrinder do not issue proper instructions, it is very odd that they sell a great product but nothing more .
Anyway thank you for explaining so well 🙏

I just brewed my first cups with my newly purchased K6 and trusty Dedica, so you posting this is such a coincidence to me. Really like your simplistic format btw. Good thing I opted for K6 since I'm more interested in that output compared to K4

@@crabbynebula I don't have a K4, but based on most reviews, K4 produces better body while K6 has better flavor clarity. It's up to you what you want. I'm already leaning for clarity and I also do pourover so the K6 was an easy choice for me

@@crabbynebula 2 different espresso from the k4 and k6. k6 offers brighter and cleaner espreaso abd k4 makes heavier body espresso with more texture.

i have a k4 and had the same issues with static. after measuring my beans i spray them 2-3 times with water using a small spray bottle (from muji) and shake the beans before putting them into the k4. this reduced almost all of the grinds that get stuck at the top and there’s much less retention (almost the same amount of grams come out as i put in, 0.1g loss at most). i do not notice any difference in taste or pulls doing this with my dedicated ec885+unpressurized filter

Very interesting indeed. Is there any way of mechanically adjust the zero point of the grinding scale on those grinders so that the "true" zero does coincide with the zero marked on the scale?

Hello, I also have the dedica ec685 model. When I put it in the single shot basket with 7 grams of espresso, I do not have any problems with the extraction, but when I put it in the 2 shot basket with 14 grams of espresso, the same situation happens to you and the coffee does not flow. It flows very little. By the way, I bought the espresso in powder form. I use the same espresso in both attempts. What do you think is the problem? Thank you very much in advance, your video is really informative.

I got the K4 to make espressos and when watching videos it seemed pretty easy to grind through. But I was very surprised at how hard it is to turn even at 90 clocks, I wouldn’t want to make more than 1 espresso a day with it. I am a woman and admit not much arm strength but I didn’t expect it to be this hard. My husband has more strength but still finds it tiresome. Will it get a bit easier once I I’ve “broken it in”? Thanks for this vid it really helped me dial in!

No changes after ~1 year of breaking in (10 kilos- minimum). K4 user here. Already possess electric 83 flat burr grinder, but still enjoy the body of espresso from my kingrinder sometimes. Using 55+- setting for sweet spot of 1:2 at around 25sec JFYI for medium roast

You can use a drill with a 1/4" bit adapter to run the grinder instead of the handle if it's too tiresome manually.

DF64 witu stock italmil will be good enough for a good latte as it will give espresso of good body and texture and good for milk based drink. However you can also consider any other conical grinder within ur budget.

I have never used a pressurised basket before on my channel except my very early video on a very cheap Donglim 20 bars espresso maker from China. That is probably 6 or 7 years ago. In this video, the Dedica Arte comes stock with pressurised basket but i swap it out with my filter basket from the La Specisalista Arte using non-pressurised filter basket.
