My husband was really suffering with anxiety but always cancelled appointments, wouldn't even meditate. I went to therapy and meditation and finally left the country to learn about myself for 5 months. He saw I was changing and getting stronger and he got the help he needed. Just celebrated our 10th anniversary and we're closer than ever.

I admire you. I grew up seeing my mother be physically and emotionally abusive to my father. My brother and I became mentally I'll from it all and were locked up in mental and penal institutions at an early age. I intellectually knew I didn't want to be stuck in pain like my parents but it has been hard to maintain that freedom. I'm glad for those who have.
