Women give Submission and Respect , Men respond with Love and Tenderness and understanding.

Four questions to ask regarding your relationship: 1. Is this an important relationship in my life? 2. Do I value this person and do they value me? 3. Am I willing to take 100% responsibility for the state of this relationship? 4. Am I willing to do the work regardless of what the other person puts in?

@whowhat when that's because yall are raising feminine men. A lot of yall have son husband's. Yall baby them so much they become way more feminine than masculine
@@mantrell502 Iyanla said a woman can't teach a man how to be a man . Then said women lack femininity. How can we teach boys femininity if we don't have it ourselves?
I hope that she centers her rites of passage program on giving back and being in service to humanity and amplifying love and kindness and the connection to source energy.
I would love to meet her one day. She's saying things that I've been dwelling on for a while. As women and as wives, atleast for me growing up in the 90's I was taught this prince charming / cinderella fairy tale or had the impression that men can do it all. They are men, they are strong, they are leaders. And though those statements are true, it doesn't educate women on how much of our energy needs to go into our men. Our men have fears, battles and weaknesses like any other human being. So we have to steer and aid in adding stability, guidance, reassurance, health, nutrition, balance into our households. And yes the foundation of that is knowing who you are as a woman and developing that. There's no love like a woman's love and people who love thier mother's understand this. A woman takes a mans seed and turns it into another person. Growing a baby by doing nothing but taking care of herself. Feed into yourself because when you are better everything around you get be better.
Your voice is so sweet, such a soul and spirit.. I love your gift to this world. Your realness and this is much needed. God bless you Ma'am aka auntie Iyanla.🙏🏼🤟🏼
Great interview! Great honest, peaceful, confident energy. I noticed that the Covid pandemic made a lot of healers and peace makers, move out of the public eye and into their own lives…focusing on staying at home and nourishing the close relationships with their own families. She definitely is missed but I’m glad she took some time for herself 💕💕💕
Ill never forget when Iyanla Vanzandt was talking to Neffe, Keisha Cole’s sister, she called her “a nasty, vile, guttersnipe…that’s right up out the hood!” Lol!!!

These new relationship gurus have women believing that your man is supposed to be your best friend. It's foolish because when you're in a venerable emotional state, feminine energy is the best option. My husband wants to protect me, not eat ice cream and cry with me. He's my mate, not my best friend.
She is so right about everythinggggg she said about relationships and our misrepresentation of what love is supposed to be! I miss her show and I will be tuning in to her podcast
God I LOVE Iyanla & the breakfast club! "Older women give you worms", "Cheap thrills in the gas station", "It's in the grits"! " You may sneak around the corner & give him alittle bit" "The fish stop swimmin"."He'll be back or not". These gems are examples of how comfortable this woman is in her skin and always delivers her points with some sugar & fun!
Our people need more women with her knowledge, Hickma and wisdom. The black family is weak man ,woman, children, grandparents, aunt's, uncles, cousin's ,brothers and sisters.. I really appreciate this sisters I mean elder. I took something postive from it and it just helped me as a man a father a husband.
Iyana Vanzant is a reflection in a mirror , a beautiful view inspiring and well-seasoned adult . Iyanla is the ONLY therapist ive ever learned something from..."feelings buried dont die" #bars
I love this woman. Her wisdom resonates through generations. I hope the youngins are listening.
“Silence” is a great power!
Four questions to ask regarding your relationship:
1. Is this an important relationship in my life?
2. Do I value this person and do they value me?
3. Am I willing to take 100% responsibility for the state of this relationship?
4. Am I willing to do the work regardless of what the other person puts in?
Thanks for capturing those questions!! I had to copy them and save them!!
The gift she has is so powerful
Iyanla preaching the gospel and hit the bullseye spot on about teaching the rites of passage for women. We all need this!
You guys need to play this over the radio allll day until the tape breaks!!!!! This was all facts!
Nah, I'll pass on polygamy 😅
As a millenial from Arizona, enticed by this woman's words, I just wanna say thank you Iyanla, but also kudos and flowers to the man and woman who raised you
Wow. She gave me chills. Omg. I’m going home today to take my girl car to fill it up. But truly I needed to hear this. So amazing. I will be subscribing to her channel. Thanks 🙏 you God
Iyanla has always been inspirational to me and I absolutely love her healing energy! I could feel it just by watching. Her presence and wisdom is needed in this world.
She hit the nail on the head about the masculinity in women! This whole interview was phenomenal! Love her ❤
People complain about that masculinity in women but can never name anything masculine about men, specifically black men.
@whowhat when that's because yall are raising feminine men. A lot of yall have son husband's. Yall baby them so much they become way more feminine than masculine
@@whowhatwhen7977 Blame that on these broken homes from these independent women who bash men all day. Y’all are the problem
@@mantrell502 Iyanla said a woman can't teach a man how to be a man . Then said women lack femininity. How can we teach boys femininity if we don't have it ourselves?
@@whowhatwhen7977 you don’t sound feminine at all.
I hope that she centers her rites of passage program on giving back and being in service to humanity and amplifying love and kindness and the connection to source energy.
I still rewatch her episodes. I miss her being on TV healing people. ❤
*Keyword: Doctor Iyanla Vanzant, I am here with my pen & paper whenever she speaks, she always drops gems. I love her laugh, it sounds like serotonin*
I always tell my younger friends that they NEED a woman older than them as a mentor… they can teach you what women your age can not ❤
100%
So true. I've learned so much from my mother in law and my mentor who are phenomenal
@@fennyyahtaylor6772 mentorship has saved my life more than once lol
Agree with this ❤ I am thankful to the women that have helped me !❤ 💫
It was endearing to see the level of respect that the men had for this queen...awesome interview!
Thank you for this real interview with Iyanla because she is so real!! Blessings to her!
The way she refers to it as "The Walmart" and "The Target" just warms my heart ❤️🤗🥰😁😁
She said a woman can’t teach a man to be a man, she can only help him heal
We must bubble-wrap her...I absolutely LOVE her
Great interview!
I throughly enjoyed this conversation! I am all ears when Iyanla speaks
I love Iyanla. This conversation was a good listen.❤️
I am soooo glad I listened to this! I feel her on so many diff levels
Ill never forget when Iyanla Vanzandt was talking to Neffe, Keisha Cole’s sister, she called her “a nasty, vile, guttersnipe…that’s right up out the hood!” Lol!!!
Tariq used to use this clip. Hilarious
And to Shay from flavor of love 😂
I love Iyanla so much! I could listen to her talk for hours
13:36 was a fucking bar, thats currently my issue and what's pushing me away from my fiancee, she doesn't have a social life and not many friends except for 2 that live out of state and she relies on me too much to be her female bestfriend and gets mad because I don't want to do the female things with her...this interview gave me so much peace and relief 🙌🏾
These new relationship gurus have women believing that your man is supposed to be your best friend. It's foolish because when you're in a venerable emotional state, feminine energy is the best option. My husband wants to protect me, not eat ice cream and cry with me. He's my mate, not my best friend.
@@MsNimGirl preeeeeachhhhh
I love her she still has so much to offer this world. Thanks for this interview.
We have to lift her up! I loved this interview. She's so real. And not just book smart but wisdom. Reminds me of my Gran ❤
Iyanla and her divine wisdom always gets my undivided attention.
"NOT ON MY WATCHHH!" 😂
She is so right about everythinggggg she said about relationships and our misrepresentation of what love is supposed to be! I miss her show and I will be tuning in to her podcast
16:05 this part touched me. I love that she speaks of accountability but at the same time acknowledge the hurt is still there.
A woman’s greatest power is SILENCE!!!! Wow this is sooooo goood damn she don’t miss a beat!

She’s a very power lady with great energy we need her back on TV
LOVE HER ENERGY..ITS ALLLLWAYS PURE AND SOOO REAL!!
I love her energy
I never watched her show but always knew how wise she was. But this interview has me hooked to her energy
She's a guide in some form for me, I can't explain it. She's nothing but the truth. ❤
I truly love this lady! I love her laughter and her smile. May God continue to bless her so she can keep on advising us.
I LOVE HER!!! She helped me to see my gifts and to do the work to find my identity. I am so grateful for her. Deep Bow Queen 💞💞💞💞
She is giving pearls of wisdom to both Black men and women. I hope we are open to listening.
