"High value" and "high earning" are often mixed up, but they're not the same. "High earning" simply refers to someone who makes a lot of money. On the other hand, "high value" encompasses character, integrity, emotional intelligence, and how a person contributes positively to relationships and society. A high earner might lack these qualities, while a high-value person may or may not be wealthy but consistently shows respect, kindness, and reliability. High value is about who someone is, not just what they have.
Agreed. And can we also retire the alpha/beta man conversion? The terms originated from studies of wolves and monkeys; people are a little more complex and nuanced.
Nope nope we are not finna do this today.... the best person(s) for this interview is D.J. Envy and CMG cause they are the Breakfast Club and they were doing this a lot longer....CMG is the protege of Wendy Williams the journalist in the business

Any woman, man... taking relationship advice from this woman.. Who's never been married? Does not have a functioning good relationship now. We'll find themselves still single and alone.
NUTS!!! She’s well spoken though. The articulation is where people confuse it because they project how they’d like to see themselves in this woman and will consciously overlook the raw reality.
You all know that if you have a doctorate you can be called doctor right. These comments are unbelievable. She said she has 4 degrees a masters and a PHD. 🤦🏾♀️
I wonder what her doctorate is actually in like if she actually licensed as a clinical psychologist or she actually licensed in any field specifically where her doctorate will play a part or is she just has a doctor in some vague field
I can listen to her talk all day. She sets and elevates the tone in spaces she occupies. Loved the interaction with everyone as well. More from her please 🫶🏽
Also, I think humility shows strength. I feel like people still think being loud and opinionated equals being strong. I also hate it when people say they tell the “truth.” Almost every time Uve found that not to be the case. They have THEIR own truth and don’t listen well. Also the overly simplistic takes about Kamala.
I would love to see Dr. Bryant interview with Cam and all his baby mama's. Now, that would be something. She would open their eyes if they let her. She has a gift. 😢
Saying that Jazz didn’t understand what she was getting herself into, is insulting to women’s intelligence. She knew and we need to stop absolving women from their actions simply because we don’t like their choices. When it goes right, we give women the credit but when it goes wrong, it’s she didn’t know. But she did! We all knew! And as she has herself stated “y’all ain’t never had a big baller apply the pressure on you” her dignity had a price. And feminism means allowing women the right to choose. And she chose a big baller over stability and peace. She wasn’t a 21 yr old, she was in her 30s when she met him, she knew and chose to enter.
@@erickahobson-griffin753 your excuse does not absolve her from the consequences of her actions. So women like you need to understand that making excuses for our crap not help us to learn. She knew better. She chose to not do better. She comes from a 2 parent household. She had maturity on her side. She wanted an NFL baller, it’s that simple. She lacked standards. It’s that simple. And even now when he does something publicly she posts talking about “my and my n word are good! He tells me everything and I’m kool with it and he is a man that just likes to release then he comes back to me”. You see, you can’t help people that refuse help, and she has made clear that she is grown and does not need our advice. So again, she knew but chose to not do better. What she is doing now, is a separate conversation.

@@Lind0oo "High-value" refers to the unique contributions you bring to the world. It encompasses your status, influence, and the respect you command from your peers and community. It’s reflected in the strength of your network, your usefulness to others, and your consistency, reliability, and dependability. It’s more than just being a high earner. Money is just ONE component of being a HVM.
@@g58167 that term is subjective bc value is subjective, outside of what is monetary. Her definition is the most objective, which is necessary to make sure we’re all coming into the conversation with the same thing in mind and not just what you personally see as valuable. Her definition wasn’t gender specific either so it can be universally applied. She didn’t have two different criteria for what makes a high value woman or man she just said this is what makes someone high value and applies that same definition to herself. So we can be clear about the type of people we are discussing…ppl with money and status (status that may have a certain level of power, influence and respect) You just listed a bunch of things you see that make a man high value, but would you use that same criteria for evaluating what makes a high value woman? If not then your definition of high value is not objective. At that point it’s just picking characteristics you find attractive that makes a person high value and we’re not all gonna be talking about the same thing.
@@cutiexoxoxo1 There’s an important distinction between being high-earning and being high-value. Earning and value are not synonymous, especially within the context of intersexual dynamics. While value is indeed subjective and can vary with context, in this discussion, we're specifically looking at what makes a man universally attractive to a broad range of women. Money alone is not the defining marker of high value; rather, it is often a byproduct of embodying high-value traits. In the context of relationships, men and women often operate differently. One key difference lies in the concept of hypergamy. Men typically don’t prioritize hypergamous selection, meaning they don’t restrict their relationship or commitment prospects based on socioeconomic factors to the same extent as women. In contrast, women are more likely to seek partners across or higher on the socioeconomic ladder. This tendency means that the more successful a woman becomes, the fewer potential candidates she may consider viable for dating. Therefore, a “high-value woman” in terms of intersexual relationships can be seen as someone who is able to not only attract but also retain a high-value man.
@@thepyt1 I'm back bc I have an observation: But is it me or when she's asked about Corey, the cameraman kept panning to the lady with locs that Corey's always calling Dr. Bryant's lover??🤔 Lord!! Rumors make you see what might not even be there😩 Damnit Mane!
So the Dr said she’s been single six years……nothing from Charla or Envy. However, on a daily basis, they drag Loren and humiliate her for being single. They know who to play with.
@ Where did you read that at? I’d like to read it in its entirety. Don’t joke on the host. Both women, both single, both professional, both should be respected. That double standard is diabolical.
This is stupid. Alpha and beta crap does not exist! People actively choose what to accept from another person. It depends on so many factors, but to reduce it to this person is Alpha or Beta is silly. Now we have doctors using these terms. Smh.
Not to mention the term alpha and beta was used from animals in their respective food chain which doesn't apply bc we have a civilization with laws. A lion would be in prison if a it where a man. And if a man lost I the animal kingdom for the most part the equivalent who be he "loses" everything including his family would be killed by the victory.
No disrespect, There is a DIFFERENCE of holding a degree vs license. You can absolutely graduate from college with degree(s) and have not taken State board exam. Ex: Graduating from nursing school does not mean you are a Nurse... you have to take State exam.. Graduated from Law school doesn't mean you are a lawyer.
Wrong. Graduating from law school does, in fact, make you a lawyer. However, not passing the bar or the state exam simply means you are not a practicing attorney. If she has a doctorate degree, then she is a DOCTOR.
People can 100% change. Womanizing/Cheating in most cases is a learned behavior. That was planted in adolescent boys at a very young age by peers or older men because of a low vibrational way of thinking. Anyone who has a sincere desire to change and is committed to correcting wrong beavior can certainly do so. This is a learned behavior that can very well be unlearned.
Exactly.. I agree that people can change. She is talking about God, and he changes people and not shifting them. Also, as a psychologist, she should know it is a learn behavior. .That is Psychology 101. May me wonder 🤔
Uh, no. People cheat because they WANT the benefit that comes from the decision they make. The behavior is more like a child who takes a risk to get something sweet when they’ve been told they can’t have it until later. The child doesn’t care about the consequence bc the treat outweighs any punishment they receive. Now, I do agree that people can change but the idea womanizing/cheating is mostly a learned behavior is false.
Thank you for admitting who put this learned behavior in our young men. I just had this convo with my male cousin about this. It was the men that told the young boys that. That's why it was okay for Greg to smack a girl on the butt and get high fives and daps from the grown men while if a girl was caught kissing or holding hands she was fast and got her butt whooped.
Im so girl crushing rn! I love the way she speaks. So articulate and to the point. The way she breaks down her conversation with examples that make sense. Shes so pretty and so smart! Wow. Dr Cheyenne Bryant come fix my life😂😂❤

🎉🎉are you guys keeping both women? There's a real calming balance with BOTH WOMEN. You guys must be crazy if you dont realize both women are a tremendous asset.
I like her definition of changing vs. shifting, in reality we are always shifting our perspectives, our traits, etc. but we are not changing our entire being, there's a base of our personality that is present at birth and we stay that way our entire lives. A great example of this is an addict, someone who used to use drugs isn't able to continue the lifestyle that they had when they were using, they shift away from those friends and environments of drug using so that they can stop craving. Even being in the same room you used to do drugs in can trigger the brain to crave it so you have to shift out of that place. Someone who was cheater can't keep hanging around people he could cheat with or talking to people that he could cheat with. The person hasn’t changed they’ve made decisions to keep them away from those negative traits. I think the only time someone can change is when they have been through a big traumatic experience, like soldiers in war where it can completely alter your brain.
Right! Some tragedies can change your DNA. But for most part, we are who we are. It’s up to parents to see who their toddlers are and manage them to get on the right course (if they’re seeing something that’s off), and encourage/nurture what they see that’s good.
@@CosmicJournee Nah, I'm just smart enough to know when people are full of shit and want to make things what they arent. I agree about the challenges of broken homes - it’s something we definitely need more support around. Now that I’m divorced, I feel the weight of having created two separate homes, and it’s something that stays with me. But through it all, I’m deeply committed to being a very present father.

Technically she is wrong if you are a person who can't manage their problems CHANGES into a person who got help to manage them that's a change. If you live your life in ignorance and someone introduces a whole new perspective you didn't see then it does change you. She speaks alot in absolutes where she goes by the majority and labels everybody and leaves out exceptions

This is spot on and the confusion is the problem.
Well said!

That is NOT what “high-value” means. Im sick of these grifters hijacking words and creating their own definitions.
What’s does it mean???
@@Lind0oo "High-value" refers to the unique contributions you bring to the world. It encompasses your status, influence, and the respect you command from your peers and community. It’s reflected in the strength of your network, your usefulness to others, and your consistency, reliability, and dependability. It’s more than just being a high earner. Money is just ONE component of being a HVM.
Exactly
@@g58167 that term is subjective bc value is subjective, outside of what is monetary. Her definition is the most objective, which is necessary to make sure we’re all coming into the conversation with the same thing in mind and not just what you personally see as valuable. Her definition wasn’t gender specific either so it can be universally applied. She didn’t have two different criteria for what makes a high value woman or man she just said this is what makes someone high value and applies that same definition to herself. So we can be clear about the type of people we are discussing…ppl with money and status (status that may have a certain level of power, influence and respect)
You just listed a bunch of things you see that make a man high value, but would you use that same criteria for evaluating what makes a high value woman?

This is stupid. Alpha and beta crap does not exist! People actively choose what to accept from another person. It depends on so many factors, but to reduce it to this person is Alpha or Beta is silly. Now we have doctors using these terms. Smh.
Ong. The study where those terms came from got debunked long ago. We gotta focus on building community instead of putting people in boxes.
Not to mention the term alpha and beta was used from animals in their respective food chain which doesn't apply bc we have a civilization with laws. A lion would be in prison if a it where a man.

@@SimplyCymone427 You consider sold out shows across the country a failed career then yeah.

The literal definition of change is to alter and modify
