I LOVE your channel and videos with so much great information for seniors!! I’m 76 and on a mission to improve. I do the 7500 steps a day ( my first walk of the day is now at sunrise to beat the heat!!.. that walk is 6100 steps, which is a great start).. I do several of your videos I’ve saved thru the day..weights every other day. It is amazing how much strength I have gained in my legs (and whole body!!) and my flexibility. I do some Sara Meeks exercises with a foam roller. The other day I had a brunch with a friend so I missed my morning walk.. after our brunch it was incredibly hot, so I drove down the road to an indoor mall snd walked 6500 steps… then the rest of the day I knocked out the rest. It is such a lifesaver…I get so much energy from it and keeping track of that and my sleep makes me feel like I am accomplishing things to help my health. I also gave up all sugar and alcohol, which has had an amazing result in boosting my energy. Please please keep up the amazing videos!! We need them!!! So much information out there regarding health and exercise is geared for middle age… after 70 you really need a bit more specialized information. You are my main focus for excellent info. Thanks!!
Wow Barb, thank you so very much! I’m glad to hear that you were dialed in, yes, I agree, it’s amazing what a daily walking program can do coupled with 2 to 3 days a week of strength training! Keep going, stay motivated and positive and yes, I will try to keep on producing videos. Thank you again 😎
I really love your channel! Amazing content that Seniors need. I go to PT for shoulder and bicep repair and I have been for balance, hip, neck, back, etc. They do not address the whole body and it is difficult to navigate everything. Videos really, really help for the proper alignment and to remind us. Thank you so much for all you contribute! I also need the Osteoporosis exercises. They are the best.
Hi Ed, I enjoy all of your videos especially the Osteoporosis videos! Can you please tell me if it’s OK to do a pelvic tilt? I currently do an exercise program that includes balance, stability, flexibility, etc., sometimes we do a pelvic tilt so I’m just wondering if that’s OK to do with osteoporosis of the spine? Thank you.
@@josephineford9886 Hello Josephine, that's excellent! If you can, try to add 100-200 steps per day and you will be up to 7,500 before you know it! Just build up slowly and keep on walking!

Hello Terri, good question! As long as you don’t go too far with the pelvic tilt you should be fine. Keep on exercising!
@@FrontRowwithEd thank you!
I have osteopenia and scoliosis Just found you and I’m wondering what to do to improve bones. ❤
Here is my playlist for osteoporosis and all the info I have on it ruclips.net/video/BaJ7mGf2eys/видео.html Good luck and stay proactive!
Are these safe with osteoporosis?
7500 steps a day is too much for a Senior.
Do you track your steps?
@@FrontRowwithEd yes I do and walk 6000 steps
