Thank you for demonstrating that can help my osteoporosis. I need to work more on walking & turning my head side to side. Please I need more demonstration movements to strengthen bones, glues, and my spine.🤗
I recently found your channel. It’s very informative. I am in the osteoporosis range according to a Dexa # and I would rather learn what I can do to help myself rather than take medication as a first step. I’m 70 yrs old. I walk every day and have practiced yoga and enjoyed exercise classes for years. Now I’m hesitant to keep doing that as I’ve read there are some things I shouldn’t do now. Your videos are encouraging. Thank you 🙏
Thank you vers much for all your precious video’s. In writing you from France. I have one question. My fysiotherapeute advice me to do first excercises for deep muscles of the abdomen, which one do you advice me or which video . Thanks a lot
Is it true that jumping,, stomping,, doing lunges and stomping the foot on the ground,, hopping basically any type of movement that involves landing on the ground with impact stimulates bone density? Is jumping rope also good for bone density? I've heard that squats especially with more weight helps with bone density but what about these jumping exercises?
Thanks Jeanne! Yes, both a weighted vest (start with only a few pounds at first) and low frequency vibe plates can help. Remember, it's the sum of all we do that helps with bone density. Good luck!

For those that have knee issues you can do a stationary lunge holding it for 30 seconds on each side plus that helps with balance too!
Great modification joy thank you for sharing!

You mention the need to be careful about not excessively bending and twisting. Does that mean you should limit the hip hinge exercise? Thanks.
TY Ed ! I love your videos on Osteo ! ❤🙏Could you recommend a sub for lunges ? I have capsulitis of the second toe and I have to avoid that move …
