    Thank you! I love these kinds of exercises that can be done easily throughout the day. The kitchen seems to be the place that has built in time to include these: waiting for the microwave, waiting for the water to get hot, etc.

    Love all of your videos and the important information you provide. Question--I have what I think is Dowager Hump. My neck has the S curve like it should and I have really been concentrating on my posture. Will these exercises help to eliminate that "hump"

      Hello Carla, great question! "Eliminate" probably not, but improve and prevent from getting worse? Yes!

    What are your thoughts on rock climbing and osteoporosis?

      It’s great exercise and strengthening, but I would be concerned about falling in the risk of fractures
