I used to wear this stuff all the time, The Bare Minerals like original that has a little bit of the glow to it not the mat, and I could sleep in it it never did my skin wrong but as I've gotten a little bit older I don't know if I'm using it wrong or I'm just not used to wearing makeup everyday, I see it settling into my fine lines more, I don't know if I'm using the wrong primer but yeah my skin has been changing unfortunately. I love this stuff though I think it's amazing
That’s how I feel about Laura gellar. Her face products are amazing but no one really talks about her stuff anymore. I love her balance and brighten powder foundation and ALL of her face products. She has the most beautiful shimmery blushes. Her eyeshadow is hot garbage though lol just a little PSA if you goto the lg site make an account you’ll get a 30% off coupon. Which is a really good deal. I got stuff and now every time I go back to her site I get another 30% off code.

Mr Goss, more than any of your review, I appreciate your grace. Wheter you love or dislike a product , your commentary is never insulting. Beautiful soul.
Hi Wayne, I ordered your cream foundation, weightless powder, the beauty puff, and the Desert Blossom Blush Veil palette. Can I just say “WOW”. Absolutely stunning. The #7 foundation was a perfect match. I did decide on some names for two products based on words you use that are captivating, which are “Quite Lovely” and “Really Pretty”. It makes me want to buy anything you sell. Thank you for making quality beautiful products and for just being wonderful lovely you ❤️
I love bare minerals & have used them for over 20 years. I remember my first box that had foundation, setting powder, blush & brushes! My favourite tutorial is the powder foundation by shelbey Wilson x
My sister also loves it and I'm sure she buys hers from qvc when they have a today's special value. I used to buy mine from Debenhams but it's closed down. Thank you for yr kind comment😊
I am 65 yrs old and just some days I enjoy have a powder foundation to apply when I’m in a hurry. I used bare minerals when I was younger and had amazing skin. Think I am gonna look at trying this . Have been using the L’Oréal true match, but find it a little drying. Love the way it looks on you and the blush is Wow!beautiful! Thanks Wayne❤️
I am so excited to know! I work at Ulta and sell a lot of Bare Minerals. I feel it is so underrated. I live in a subtropical climate, so it is like a bog. Complexion rescue is one of my absolute favorite products for women who hate makeup, are outdoors and or teens. So many ladies and teens want a heavy makeup because they see it on the internet, not realizing that person, they are following does not have our climate. It is just not practical. I also love a great, easy on the go, powder foundation. Mac never did me right with my oily skin and everyone steers you to it. Thank you for the review and the recommendation. I look forward to playing with this product in the future.
I've been wearing Bareminerals products since 1997 when QVC launched it. It really is in my opinion the best choice for make-up. You look stunning in the color that was chosen. AND the blusher...Absolutely, beautiful. Your skin looks healthy and flawless!
I just love all of your videos and your personality. I appreciate the way you’re just honest with us on so many levels. It’s nice to see someone just be authentic on camera rather than putting on a show. You’re awesome 👏🏼
I love their products, I especially like using the tinted hydrating gel cream as a base and then putting the matte powder foundation on top. As someone with dry skin it was a game changer and I haven't looked back since.
I'm 53, no botox are any invasive procedures. I've been using bare minerals for 3 decades. I swear by it. Faux tan... my favorite!! Oh yes, let me give kudos to my mommy! Thank you my mom for greyt genes.
I LOVE powder foundations but have crepey skin as I'm 57 now. I currently use BarePro liquid foundation, but I'm going to give the BarePro powder a try!! It goes on so much quicker!!
I'll be picking this up tomorrow to try. I'm always looking for the perfect powder foundation that works on older skin. thank you for showing this one!
@@Queenmarie88 I like the Fenty, Chantecaille and Jane Iredale. 20 years ago I wore the Bare Minerals loose powder foundation. I have very very dry skin so it is hard to find one that doesn't make me look like the crypt keeper.
I remember you saying you loved faux tan I still have it and use it. You raved that it was the most realistic tan out there!!! You were so excited and I had to have it😁
I love BareMinerals. The unfortunate thing with the BarePRO pressed powder is that this is at least the third version of it. They don’t differentiate between the different versions, so it makes it hard to get good information from reviews unless you know when the reformulations happened. I fell in love with it last summer, before they reformulated it. But it developed that hard pan issue within a few months for no apparent reason; I only ever used it with dry brushes and sponges. I tried to scrape some off, but it never worked again. I’d swirl my brush in it, and literally got no pigment. About a month ago, I bought the new version, but I couldn’t find a good shade match so I had to return it. Got the originally loose powder, and it’s just perfect for what I want in a foundation on a day-to-day basis. It was actually the first foundation I ever purchased, many years ago, and now I’m wondering why I ever stopped using it.
the hard, unusable solid formation happens from residue left on brushes. because barepro is a "soft" pressed powder it tends to happen more frequently. i used to use tape to lift it from the surface since scraping does not.
I was wondering about that...a couple of years ago I bought one at Marshall's, which I assume was one of the older formulations. When they re-launched it, I was wondering what was "new" about it. It's confusing, especially since the packaging is identical. 😕
I could literally see that mattifying your skin as you applied it. I need to get this!! I'm an oily gal and just can't jump on the whole "glass skin" train lol. I've been looking for a good powder foundation for a while now.
I love Bareminerals original mineral foundation and have used it for around 20 years at this point. I am also a big fan of their 'Blonzer' and that Rose shade you demo'ed has a beautiful luminosity. Not a fan of powder foundations in general (for personal 'real life' wear) but this one looks okay... I am definitely not ruling it out. It looks SO much better than their last pressed powder foundation, which I strongly despised.
Side note. . . I just had delivered the new Wayne Goss foundation all the way to New Zealand. I LOVE it. I’m over 50 and this is so light, soft, highly pigmented and hydrating. Thanks Wayne! Big fan !
This looked beautiful, thank you for sharing! I loved their original “Warmth” bronzer shade, soooo flattering on my skin. I think I’ll give this another try.
It looks GREAT!!! and so funny, I just got this last week!!! I was looking for a new or old foundation and remembered how wonderful this was on me. WOW, great....
I love the Bare Minerals original and matte powder foundations too. Will definitely try this. They do have a habit of discontinuing their best products. Like the Invisible Bronzer.
I love bareminerals and have many of their products. I use the original most days and it's just perfect. I also love the previous version of this barepro powder foundation, not sure how different this new one is.
LOVE this foundation and have always loved Bare Minerals products. On a personal note, YOU look fantastic, Wayne!! Buff, happy, and more handsome than ever!!!
I've been a Bare Minerals girl for over 20 years and I haven't looked back at liquid foundation. Having tried the original, matte and bare pro I love them all. In the summer the matte is my go to, where the others are more my winter foundations.
I’ve been wearing this for a few years and love it. I’m 53 and have dry skin and it just makes it look lovely. Doesn’t sit in lines at all, doesn’t look like I’m wearing foundation, I can touch my face without fear of rubbing my makeup off, and it lasts all day. Plus it’s just as easy to apply as Wayne makes it look. No primer needed, just my basic skincare. The one down side for me is that I can’t get a really good color match. I work with the public (most clients are my age or older) and I get quite a few compliments on what nice skin I have. Not compliments on my make-up, but on my skin! I highly recommend anyone reading give this a try if the original loose powder doesn’t work for you.
I started using this one a couple of years ago and also the Bare Minerals original loose powder foundation for the past 15 or more years and I'm still in love with it. I'm 39 with oily/acne prone skin and the BarePro lasts all day on me after I set it with the Urban Decay All Nighter spray and then topping it off with your recommended RCMA no-color powder. I usually only end up using oil blotting papers once or twice through the day only.
I was a total Bare Minerals fan back in the day. Perfect for giving a warm glow without the heavy makeup look. I would mix the powders to customise my true skin shade. Their lipglosses are still a firm fave. They even had a good acne powder product back then. Then price change happened and Sephora here in my part of Asia stopped carrying the line, much to my regret. Perhaps I should look at ordering this new product online! Thanks, Wayne!
I started using bare minerals back when it was just foundation, warmth, and mineral veil. I adored it, and still do. I do hate that they raised prices out of my range and have branched out into so many other products and diluted their brand.
That happened when the original creator sold the company. The big companies change things and raise prices. I really liked Paula’s Choice but after it was sold the prices just kept going up for the exact same product. It’s sad!!
That’s when I first started using Bare Minerals, too! It was such an easy makeup routine. Shame the company isn’t quite what it was, but this new powder foundation looks pretty great.
@@MissEMc2 Pandemic has created real price spikes and on top of that opportunistic price rises. What's bothered me the most is reformulation. That's the real capitalistic stinge. Bare minerals was my first makeup obsession like 15 years ago or so. They used to release all of these full face kits with such adorable colors. I had over 100 collections. 2016 rolled around and I started falling for all of the shit influencers sold me. Bare minerals made a pressed version which sucked as you said. Bare Pro came out a few years later and it was soooooo much better. It’s definitely one of my fav powder foundations. Even mineral veil is still a really good setting powder

Just to give us idea how to apply and who can get away with wearing it. Last time I wore this foundation was a good 15 years ago and quiet frankly I want to buy it again.
I've been using Barepro foundation for years & love it. I believe this is a new version as all the colours have changed names. I love Bareminerals & have used them for over 20 years. I used to use their eye pigments all the time. I still love them. Thanks for giving this foundation the love it deserves. Emma x
Remember when everyone sold the eye pigments in sample sizes and you could try a million of them ! I still have a bunch lol. Leslie put a stop to that though 😜😎.
I have been using the Bare Minerals BAREPRO foundation - *it’s basically the liquid version of the powder* - for years and have always been so baffled as to how not more people know about it/love it! It is the most blurring foundation I’ve ever used for my atrophic acne scars! And even though it has a matte finish at first somehow about two hours into the wear it sinks into my skin and becomes not so matte anymore, but not super shiny or greasy… it’s just beautiful. I’m 32 with combo skin and acne scars (not pigmentation but actual boxcar and ice pick scars).
@@saniaz680 BarePro liquid is what I use. Not the original. Although I’ve heard good things about that one I can’t say for sure. I love my BarePro liquid foundation though, it’s been a staple for hot days or long nights out. It won’t budge.
Looks gorgeous! Very natural and pretty! The blush is beautiful too. Thanks for starting with a greasy skin - as many of us do. Your realistic reviews are always so helpful when purchasing new products. Nobody has money to waste and so a realistic review is always so welcome! Thank you! 😊
Thank you for the blast from the past. I still have a few jars of BareMinerals as well. I always did enjoy their products and agree they did get up there in price. I stopped using them because I went through years of having dry skin and found powder foundation to make the dryness stand out. Now that I'm more normal I may try it again.
OMG! your skin looks amazing with this foundation. I agreed with you, one layer of foundation looks very natural and the blush complement the look. Thank for the demo, something to get in a while. XOXOX
I worked at Sephora when Bare Minerals hit the market. EVERYBODY wanted to try it. If the client had really young, smooth skin it did look great. But anyone over 45 it made them aged. It hit all the fine lines. I personally love Laura Geller's baked.
I love powder foundation. And Bareminerals is just a underrated brand. They may be "boring" but they just make nice products.

@@Queenmarie88 yes! Those small sizes still lasted ages!
That foundation looks good on you Wayne 👌🏻
I love your shirt too!!! It looks so good one you!
Anyone else hit the like and save button b4 even watching the video? Because we know it's going to be excellent as usual ☺
Your skin looks luminous!!!!
You’re the absolute best when it comes to an honest assessment regarding beauty products!
You’re also the nicest😘
I have been using the Bare Minerals BAREPRO foundation - *it’s basically the liquid version of the powder* - for years and have always been so baffled as to how not more people know about it/love it! It is the most blurring foundation I’ve ever used for my atrophic acne scars! And even though it has a matte finish at first somehow about two hours into the wear it sinks into my skin and becomes not so matte anymore, but not super shiny or greasy… it’s just beautiful. I’m 32 with combo skin and acne scars (not pigmentation but actual boxcar and ice pick scars).
Hi! What foundation do you mean exactly?
Which one? Original liquid or bare pro liquid. They both have sunscreen
@@saniaz680 BarePro liquid is what I use. Not the original. Although I’ve heard good things about that one I can’t say for sure. I love my BarePro liquid foundation though, it’s been a staple for hot days or long nights out. It won’t budge.
What liquid foundation r u talking about ?
@@joansmith6844 the barepro foundation (the liquid form)
Love that shirt, BTW! You work hard to produce good content, enjoy your videos.
Oh my goodness. I don't think I've ever seen u in something so colorful! Looks good on you! Love it videos...super helpful for me!
Just found this, amazing product.
You have always been a cute guy, with or without makeup but I think you look absolutely cutest with glasses!
I just purchased this product, it was recommended by an Allure contributor.
OMG! your skin looks amazing with this foundation. I agreed with you, one layer of foundation looks very natural and the blush complement the look. Thank for the demo, something to get in a while. XOXOX
Fantabulous, Beautiful Muscle Shirt, Wayne. 🥰
Thank you Mr Wayne : )
I really think both products are absolutely beautiful. Thank you for this video.
Love Bareminerals powder foundation for my oily and sensitive skin❤️❤️❤️
I worked at Sephora when Bare Minerals hit the market. EVERYBODY wanted to try it. If the client had really young, smooth skin it did look great. But anyone over 45 it made them aged. It hit all the fine lines. I personally love Laura Geller's baked.
Hi the foundation looks very nice & very skin like
Thank you Wayne for sharing see you next time 🌺🌸🌼
‘Bloody lovely’ from you is good enough for me. Do you think it would work on 65 year old dehydrated skin? Thanks.
🥰 Love bare minerals also.. If its good enough for Wayne, its definitely good enough for me .. Thank you for another honest opinion x
I have never tried Bare Minerals but I think I will. Love your videos and have learned a lot!
