Hey I have a question I am having trouble with the dawn of ragnarok dlc. For some reason the Frost giants are unkillable and reloading doesn't fix it. I have had this problem in the past and it seems ubisoft has never fixed it. Idk how I can steal the frost giants power if they aren't seen as an enemy. Idk if ubisoft has ever addressed this but it's very very frustrating and game breaking in a way. If u have any advice on how I can fix this I would appreciate it a lot.
I just found out about this armor when to get it and there was no glowing item in front of the altar and I couldn't get it. What should I do?

I swear 99% of the armor videos for this game are described as easily attainable outfits you can get early on, then they always begin with "first you need to have beaten this boss and that boss" then proceed to an area that you can't even access fully in early game at status. It's a breath of fresh air to watch a REAL helpful armor video for a change.

Not really that helpful, honestly the cleanrot knight set is hard to get early on if you ain’t got good things, I had to use my skeletal summons and yet I only got the torso the helmet and the gloves, no pants, it’s hard to get the full set early on and I know it ain’t only my luck, it’s also the skill level you need to beat the guy
The easier for me to get was the carion knight set

This is one of the only videos I’ve seen where the armors are ACTUALLY early game, and good too. You also did a nice job of showing how to actually get the armor, and strategies on how to get it if it was a armor you have to farm an enemy for. Great job, leaving a like and sub.

Yea. Lol I've been playing weeks and still get wrecked by some of the bosses close to the starting point 😂
For the carian armor you can instead go to the right in the graveyard and on that right side is a ledge you can drop down without taking damage and grab it that way rather than potentially falling down while traversing the precarious path you went.
its amazing that every youtuber i have seen discuss that armor, uses some ass backwards way to get it and the simple way you mention.
The armor is not on the tombstone for me, anyone have an idea as to why?

For the Cleanrot Armor, there's a treasure chest in the Dragonburnt Ruins immediatly to the east of where you enter the start of the game that has a chest that teleports you to this region. Quickest and definitely easiest/earliest way to get here, though you may have trouble farming the enemies until you level, but worth doing a few runs to get some gear there.

edit: i got full set of cleanrot ... and if anyone looking for meteorite staff , you can get at the same area by killing mushroom in a certain building

I wish to add another awesome armor to the list, which can be found super early in the game for the low, low price of "time invested to farm it". Statistically it's nothing special, but it sure is aesthetically cool!
I was having a hard time finding an armor set I liked beyond starter sets. Then, while trying out weapon movesets, Grace heard my plight and answered in kind because I inadvertently farmed the entire Kaiden armor set as well as the weapon dropped by the Kaiden sellswords found in various places around Limgrave.
A camp of them can be found just a few screen lengths North East of the Agheel Lake North Lost Grace. There's also one patrolling on horseback that I imagine most people encounter relatively early on when following the road south from Gatefront.
These guys hit hard but are slow as balls. Once you fight them a few times, it becomes very easy to move or dodge around them during their long wind up animations, which leave them vulnerable for long periods of time to melee attacks and free backstabs.
The drop rate can be kinda low for these items (not TOO bad or anything, just not a guaranteed drop or anything), I think it's worth it for looking so cool early game though and the experience certainly isn't bad.
It's a really dope armor set and the curved greatsword they drop, called Dismounter, could not be cooler for a wild-man barbarian type roleplay. Which my first character just so happens to be; a wild-born barbarian who found an enduring faith in himself during his years of surviving the harsh wilderness in solitude. His name is Wildsteel Jax.

I couldn't agree more that it's a dope armor set! It was such an magical moment when I discovered the eerie forests out in the Liurnia lake one very beautiful morning. I started walking slowly, with my Kaiden armor set and twinblade in hand, on the "main road" to what I would come to discover as the "Laskyar" ruins.
I felt such accomplishment seeing the armor on that walk to Laskyar with having wearing the Astrologer's robes for quite some time previously. And... the fur, the trench coat, natural colours, and all-together eastern Viking vibes. Aaa dope. I think I will have a soft spot for this particular armor set.

Don't give prayerbooks to the monk in Roundtable hold as he leaves relatively early and then you can't buy miracles until you meet him much later. Give them to the turtle in the Church of Vows in Liurnia.
Well...i got lightning spear, and black flame, black weapon. Just started, havent got to main boss yet even lol. So it is worth it to have it soooo early game. 1 hit k.o. for everything for me. But do what you like
I got the turtle before that boss, and its way worth it.

There is another one that is very strong and kinda easy farmable early on, its the banished knight set, you can farm on in stormveil castle, the knight with the hallberd, there is a grace right above the stairs so easy to farm, you can also try to farm it with alternative version at the draconic church in caelid, right when you rest at grace, the knight pop at the doors so its close as well.
Its in theory the most tankier set you can get of all of those in term of physical reduction and poise

for the fire monk set, there's a grace closer than the Artist's Shack. it's directly north of where the fire monks patrol. Makes farming easier

I watched through this whole video and was disappointed that Beast Champion Armor wasn't featured on this list, granted it does require you kill Bernahl at Warmaster's shack, it is still a very powerful and good-looking armor for early game.

Just a quick edit, for the carian armor set you can just run behind a gravestone on the hill and drop down. Not much but still a little shorter.
Vanished knight armour and greatswors are also available just south of the cleanrot
Leyndell Knight is no joke, I'm using the Sword of Night and Fire and I know it was nerfed recently but holy hell he has so much reach and hits so hard!

Don't sleep on the Godrick armor set that you can farm pretty much immediately at the Gatefront site of grace. It's nothing special, but it does offer a lot of poise almost immediately.
Im using the Godrick Knight set sans the helm as Greathelm outclasses it in all but weight. But, it's been doing me solid so far even if I look a little scuffed.
The battling the boss fights is the best part I would progress properly its so satisfying after a hard part of the game and defeats the purpose if you rely on glitches However I'll probably try it out of course after I beat it the way it's supposed to be
near where you got the cleanrot armor there is a single banished knight at the cathedral of dragon communion that drops better armor and it spawns literally right next to you so you can keep killing it over and over, if you lure it away a bit towards ekzykes (boss) you can use summons to distract it making it easier. it attacks slower than a halberd and leaves itself open to jump attacks so you can break its poise, hit it twice more then roll away and repeat. it’s easier to kill than a godrick knight imo

I think U should also add Godrick Knight set. Its so much easier to grind for it and stats are very similar to Leyndell Knight Set. Godrick Knight is so much easier to kill then Leyndell Knight.

As a VERY new player I tried Carian night set, its not easy I died like 20 times but its possible and now I got it, be sure to spend your runes before bec I lost mine lol
Yeah... I like farmable peice of armor like the last two in the video. Somehow i feel they are accessible but these cant be all!?! A follow up video about more of the farmable armor sets pls!!!
most enemies have farmable armor, the footsoldier type ones anyway
If your going for the fire monk the eastern tableland is a better grace point it is way faster

You know, you can get one right away, it looks like the Leyndell knight but it has a waffenrock and the helemt has some nice white hair. It's hard tho as you need some time to put into it, It's better than then knight set you get from the hub. The shiled takes a lot of level in str. but the spear does not. You shoud get with ease the Brass Shiled or Lordwsworn great shield to combine with the spear. It's in Limgrave. The place you starting off. There is a ruined small stronghold where there are a lot of zombie soldiers

On the path shown in the video about getting the fire monk set there's an even closer grace near by called Eastern Tableland.
Can you get royal remains armor set being a low level? Meaning can I kill the dude in round table without being screwed too many times?

Running past the graveyard in the cliff before the building is much faster and you avoid the dog also. Just jump off the cliff and drop down to the praying zombies. Easy armor.

Guys don’t bother getting the leyndall set unless you want the cook book because the cleanrot knightset is better and easier to get than the leyndall set
for me the medallion guy died but I got the piece is that fine (won't cause any problems later?)

@@yabrielcanini2640 I haven’t killed him. I just talked to Fia twice and she gave me the Weathered Dagger that you give to D. I don’t know if maybe I did something else that triggered it but I have pretty much just been roaming around finding all the good gear I can
