How can someone with no experience, in the process of a career change apply this? (I am coming from manufacturing/production and trying to get into sales) - almost all sales jobs require experience
Do job-like functions at home or assist someone who is doing those functions in your spare time. ....in tech, we use home labs to get experience that will directly translate to work-value-add experience.
